An agent without a name. A life reduced to missions, targets, and silence. In BLACK FILES, every operation is documented through classified diary entries-precise, controlled, and deadly. Each mission follows protocol: infiltrate, eliminate, disappear. No mistakes. Until something breaks the pattern. Targets begin to recognize the agent. Operations feel staged. And a file surfaces containing information that should not exist-her real identity. Now, the line between assignment and manipulation is no longer clear. Someone is watching. Someone is recording. And every move she makes may already be part of a larger operation. In a world built on secrets, the most dangerous truth isn't what she's been hiding- It's what's been hidden from her.

Umbra. The most mysterious and most exciting word Earth has come to know. An organization that protects the world from all the secrets beyond their atmosphere. It's every kid's dream to work for them. It makes families proud and made any normal person a hero. Still, it might not be all it's made out to be in the end. The world is being threatened by monster-like creatures and the situation is only getting worse. With a commander heavily driven by ambition, Umbra's newest mission may soil their good name and risk unnecessary lives. He knew it wouldn't be easy but Koa didn't think he'd get thrown onto a planet to fight for his life against savage creatures from other worlds. Umbra: the fully shaded inner region of a shadow cast by an opaque object, especially the area on the earth or moon experiencing the total phase of an eclipse. Literary: shadow or darkness.

This is a short story I wrote for a project in English 12. I thought it was quite good, and I got a very high mark on it, so I thought I might post it on here and see what the rest of the world thought. It was part of a project on the Shakespeare play Othello. It was intended to showcase a "tragic flaw", like the tragic flaws that all heroes in tragedies have. We were supposed to envision ourself as the protagonist of a tragedy, and write a story, illustrating our "tragic flaw". This is mine. Since I'm interested in the onions of other, concerning my writing, please feel free to comment or criticise on my work. I won't be able to improve if people don't let me know what needs improvement. :) Now, without further ado, enjoy the story!
