Maroon Stories

Uhhh yeah, I'm doing it. Your parents never wanted to have you, as a phantom, your kind were outcasts in the world of impostors. You try to prove yourself by going to a place called Polus, where it's -30 degrees and lava at the same time. Your parents, they really didn't want you? Damn I'm surprised.

Inspired by Maroon 5, Daylight. A beast by day and a boy by night. Harry Styles was far from normal. Cursed at a young age, he was forced to flee from his home and roam the streets of London in search of his true love, who could break his curse. Harry was a fragile boy. He hid his emotions beneath an expressionless mask. The town people of Doncaster only knew him as the Beast in the bedtime stories they told to frighten their children. Harry roamed alone and pining for that perfect man who would break his curse. Yes, Harry Styles, also known as the Beast, was gay. Bet you those bedtime stories don't tell you that. One night, while he was running along the rim of a building, he happened to glance into a window. He stopped. His heart stopped. He caught his breath. Harry moved closer to the window. It was open. Harry stepped through it, his eyes never leaving the boy lying in the bed. He was perfect. With feathery brown hair that flopped over eyes while he slept and perfect pink lips. His lashes were so long that they made him look like a girl. Basically he was the most beautiful boy Harry had ever seen in his entire life. Harry watched the boy sleep like it was the most fascinating thing in the world. Creepy, I know. At last, when the pink dawn spilled its light in through the window, Harry stood up and left the boy silently without waking him.

"She's much better." Sighs of relief echoed throughout the room. "However," That question cut through the relief and filled the air with even more tension as the father spoke slowly. "What is your name, sweetheart?" I raked my brain for some sort of answer, pulling hopeless and empty thoughts from the depths of my mind. I could not answer his question. My name is lost. I am lost. My past is lost, and my future is now lost. "I don't know... Who am I?"
