[high school au] junior year of high school. And two friends discovering their feelings for each other

Juuuust an au I've had in mind for a long time now that I've finally started putting into words. This is another story I'm writing for myself that I've decided to share. Criticism is allowed just be kind with it ig. IF there will be any sensitive topics in this fic, I will put warnings. The prologue is unusually very long (~4000 words) but you can skip it if you'd like since it's just a build up or whatever. You do youu - - - - - - - - - - Objects battle for all sorts of things-- it's nothing new. It is usually for a large amount if money but nowadays plenty of shows have other prizes, too. This competition, specifically, is peculiar. It takes place around (and in) a school that is surrounded by the woods. It is classified as a school to avoid legal charges, since teens are not allowed to participate in these types of shows. Not only this, these objects 'battle' for an island. Not much is known about it other that it's of high value. But what happens to those that are eliminated? They just sit in a room, or island, or whatever until the competition is over, right?... Right? It's not like they want to escape or anything. No, that would be foolish. Especially with that monster roaming around the place. Surely they wouldn't plan anything like that... right...? - - - - - - - - Book cover and other arts are made by me!! ^^

Four pairs up the contestants by tying them together 2 of each group some weren't Allowed to participate though anyways one member has to walk while the other can't see so they have to figure out how to work together in this situation

Coiny Omoiyari, also known as the Ultimate Banker has recently been accepted into the well-known school he had admired for years, Dream's Sky Rocket Institution. However, as soon as he steps foot into the school, despair creeps it's way into the light. Coiny and 19 other students who had been accepted into the school are forced to play a twisted murder game, where one needs to kill and not get caught in order to leave. Will they be able to escape? Or will they all die in the hands of the mastermind..

Firey was at the peak of the entire world, as he and his band became the Top 50 Most Influential bands of all time. Despite him and his band being fairly young, they were able to beat out everyone in the music industry due to their unique genre. Until a particular tape showed up on the internet. That one tape cost him his entire career. He was sent to prison for 3 Years by Goiky's laws and he was ostracized by society. After Firey's release from prison, he along with his manager he had hired, decided to host a tryout to form a new band. Well, a band with 2 people on it. As the clock was ticking down to its last minutes of the tryouts, he met a person who was just as young as him. She was decently skilled at her job, better than those other teens and middle-aged people. Instead of being an average band member and not caring about everything, she reminded him that not everyone had been avoiding him intentionally because of a single mistake. When Pin starts to become self doubtful, hesitant to be kind, feeling pressured at the smallest things and such. Little did she know, her as the background character was slowly losing her sanity due to her love life and such. Also, her friends were acting...off. Firey dumbs her down. Coiny went missing. Cake began hallucinating whatever. Needle killed Clock and then Eggy? Loser seemed to be manipulative. And Leafy... She doesn't love her back... Leafy regrets what she did, she really does. She has no friends left and everyone hates her. Not only that, but Yoyleland is becoming boring. She wants to explore. Two years after leafy gets cast out by the Bfdi cast, she decides to leave her old life behind and travel the world to make new friends and see what is beond Goiky. Nothing could go wrong, right? INSPIRED BY PROJECT FOUR. The world had always been in a state of war and destruction, well, there was a time that everyone remembered when things were not this way. Those were better times. Everyone in this world had been given a gift: a power, or ability. Some stronger than others, it determined your success and your future, and the stronger you were the more likely you would be looked up to and treated as a respectable member of society who had more of a reason to live. A war uprised due to this reason, powerful vs the weak. As the war became worse, people could no longer stay in their designated homes or live their lives as normal, as it was too dangerous to even be outside. A company had set up a sort of "boarding school" some where highschool students could go to get away in safety, but also assist them with their powers to help them find a way to contribute to stopping this war. This company named their project the "Code 10" Or ..so they thought it would help them get away to safety. Needless to say, it was just as corrupt as the rest of the world. Unfortunately, the students unwantedly discover shadey secrets and reveal this school is not the safe space it claims to be, slowly coming to the realisation everyone there is in grave, grave danger. But they cannot do anything about it. Warning for potential themes of: abuse, gore, heavy violence, suicidal themes as well as drugs.
