John Lennon is teenage boy from Liverpool who becomes obsessed with rock 'n' roll so he starts a rock 'n' roll group and meets a boy who fascinates him. Paul McCartney. Paul is like no one John has ever met. Paul likes rock 'n' roll, but isn't really a trouble causing Teddy boy, because for him it's all about the music. Though John first doubts Paul, because of his young age, Paul is soon accepted to the band. John's plan is to learn Paul's tricks and kick him out of the band after that. However, soon John notices even though Paul isn't the toughest lad he knows, he couldn't kick him out of the group, because together they are better. They become best friends. Or maybe... even more. modern au / 2018 Highschool senior John Lennon was a role model for many of his peers. the punk rock loving, openly bisexual teen was likeable to many and an inspiration to those stuck in the closet. One of those being Paul McCartney. A kind, shy musical theater geek who wasn't seen much. He spends most of his time with his best friend George Harrison; who keeps Paul's sexuallity a secret. Because he was a good friend. Paul had already been beat up enough at his last school simply for looking like a "fag." When he ends up with a crush on John he tries to find out how he will get the boy for his own while avoiding coming out to his family and friends, while John, Stu, and Pete try to find dates for the senior dance.
