The cabin. Gibson shut the engine off, he stayed inside for a while and let out his rage, his anger. He punched the steering wheel harder and repeated like a mad man, he was there when Jake and Belle enjoyed their date.
Heavily breathing he was and leaned back as he closed his eyes. I will get you two!
Minutes later, Gibson climbed out from the truck, his hand slipped inside the pocket pulling out his phone then dialed the number.
He speaks. "Do what you have to do. I want to know exactly what this Harley's does for living (hung up, smile) you will never get away from this Belle, not even from me!"
Locker hall. Day. Students are chattering, laughing and gossiping. Belle leaned her back on her door locker. At the end of the hall there was a bullies event where they didn't bother to help the nerd, not even Belle herself.
Three boys asking for money toward the glassy nerd weirdo boy. They punched the nerd stomach hardly you barely imagine, Emma shaking her head as she watched.
"Well look at those idiots (she points) I mean why the nerd parent's sending him to this school. I don't get it".
Belle crossed her arm on chest to watch the harassment. The nerd glasses drop on his crooked nose, his nose now bleeding, braces teeth and his smell like lavender.
That nerd boy name is Richie Gregory, coming from the Gregory's rich family. His family could afford him for boarding school, why bother in here and getting bullied by other teenage boys the same age.
Now look at what his parents had done to their precious boy, giving up on everything. No one dared trying to help or stood for the nerd, not even Emma or Belle.
Once. Belle tries to stand for the nerd but Emma forbids her to do so. The bullies are strong. Emma is afraid they will hurt Belle that she barely imagines how Belle will breathe if they sit on her face.
Shit I couldn't imagine that.
"His family can afford to pay him for boarding school, why do they bother sending him in here anyway".
Belle shrugged as she looked around. No student cares about the nerd. They are trying to save their own ass.
"Look at the nerd who is lifeless now".
Belle couldn't watch it anymore. She runs through the crowd and students want to save the nerd but pairs of strong arms grab her from behind, she stops and turns as she is face to face with Victor Gibson himself.
Wasn't Jake but Gibson. His face looked angry. He let go of her arm then he walked toward the bullies.
"What on earth?" Emma stood beside Belle. "He is trying to save the nerd ass".
Gibson grabbed the bullies collar neck then pulled them roughly away from the nerd. His eyes read like the devil. Gibson's angry voice roared through the hall.
"Is this what your parent had spending their money to their f*cking kids!" he yells. "Idiots like all of you! (his eyes to Belle where she standing) all of you motherf*cker! you three? principal office. NOW! as for you nerd boy go to the medic room".
Gibson eyed the students at the hall who didn't move an inch.
"Well, don't you stand there. Help this nerd walk to the medic room! as all of you f*ckers!? (exactly the school bell rings) go to your class".
They hurried up their feet to the class, most of them accidently bumped into Gibson that didn't bother him. He then walks toward Belle and Emma.
"Fool! Are you trying to be a sadistic hero? (his eyes to Belle) they could hurt you if you try to stop them Miss Decker". he growled. "All of you may be educated but I was wrong, no one tried to stand up for Mr. Gregory".
Belle leaned closer to him. "I was about to Mr. Gibson, you are the reason who grabbed my arm as I was trying to. Who is the fool now Mr. Gibson?"
"Are you trying to question my position as a teacher in this school, Miss Decker?" his voice suddenly calmed. "Delightful to hear it from those red lips of yours".
Emma studied his smirking face, she hadn't said anything. "Are you scared Miss Decker?"
"Why should I? You are not a god Mr. Gibson or perhaps reminding yourself not everyone can be a hero like I am. Speak of yourself.. those idiots are waiting for you at the principal office".
Gibson nodded and smirked. Turn his heel and make his own way to the principal's office. Belle turns to Emma.
"What the hell was that about?" ask Emma to Belle. "Did you two fight over that Richie".
"We were supposed to Emma. Poor that boy. What do you think Richie's parents will do to this school? His family is rich, this school got sponsored by them. What if they are taken back?"
Shrugs. "Richie is still alive thank god for that". The girls didn't realize the hall was empty. They stare at each other. "Jake wasn't here to save you".
"I don't need to be safe Emma. Let's go".
Outside the Principal office. Gibson sees the bullies study their laps after meeting the principal, he walks past them and growls.
"I'll make sure you three won't get away from this. If I were Mr. Gregory parent, I f*cking kill you three!"
He reaches the knob and enters the room. The principal looks up. "Mr. Gibson?"
"You let this happen aren't you!?"
"I don't know what you are talking about?"
Gibson growls again. "How can you let this happen in our school? do you know who the boy was, his f*cking Gregory's. His parents spent their money for this building and yet you let those bastards kill their son!"
"Language Mr. Gibson! those cursed words I don't want to hear in my office. Of course I know the boy and the boy's family. What I am supposed to do, I can't ruin this school's reputation by calling the police and taking them away".
"You should do that! or you rather see the boy died in the hand of that three bastard. How can you let them hurt Mr. Gregory's? Because the boy deserves to be punished for being born rich? you've done nothing to keep the boy safe. You had failed to protect the students from this shit!"
The principal pulls her glass down, rubs her crooked nose. She had enough to hear Gibson curse words. She put her glass back and looked up at him.
"They have been reported before and their parents are.. uneasy to be pleased about their boy matter".
"F*cked them all then. This is someone's life we talked about Mrs Principal, we as a teacher are supposed to protect them! not letting them hurt each other's students".
The principal sighs hard, Gibson speaks. "How long is Mr. Gregory going through this all alone?"
"I just know".
"You.. just.. know..? (Gibson eyes unbelievable) that boy is suffering! That means it's been a long time before I came. Don't you know what kind of the devil you raise in this building!"
"Mr. Gibson, please let me do my job".
"For how long huh? (the principal can't describe anything to stop these bullies) for how long if I ask you Mrs Principal? until the boy died!"
She breathed. "I am the principal. I know my job Mr. Gibson!"
"Is that what you called yourself while you know nothing about them!"
She suddenly smiled, she said this out of the topic as they were talking about this matter. The principal snickering. "Your marriage changed you Mr. Gibson?"
"What does it have to do with my marriage and these bullies?"
Smirking. "You were right it didn't. It changed you so much when I saw you back from your visit. I hope there is a ceremony and you didn't even invite all the teachers for your wedding".
"It's a private ceremony, Mrs. Principle, just a couple of people, friends and family were invited (he stared), don't you dare change the topic. We are still talking about this matter and my marriage is perfectly fine!" he gritted his teeth. "If you do not take any action on them I will. Mark my word they will regret what they did".
Gibson turned his heel out from the principal's office. His eyes met the bullies.
"You better watch your steps after this if I caught you three again. Kiss your graduation goodbye!" He then make his way toward the medic room to see Richie Gregory. "How is he Mrs Wood?" his eyes at Richie Gregory who was lying asleep on bed.
Mrs Wood signed. "Poor this boy Mr. Gibson. I already called his parents about their boy, they sounded devastated about it. You want to know something? Mr. Gregory once attempted to kill himself and they had to send him into psychiatrist which is a therapy for Mr. Gregory to get better".
"I don't think it was.. a better thing he received from this school (Gibson sigh) how long he's been bullied?"
"Before you came? Of course. What else is this boy trying to kill himself".
"Why no one does help this boy or protect something like that (he growled) Mrs Wood if Mr. and Mrs Gregory come please send them to me. I need to talk with them". Mrs Wood nodded and Gibson left the room.
