Ash was escorted to the Pokemon center with the help of security.
He at least got a dozen of challenges on the way from trainers of the academy. The reporters army were escorted to the Auditorium, for a conference meeting with the Champion.
Fortunately for Ash, the center was quite empty. He gave his pokeballs to Nurse Joy and waited with Pikachu.
"Pika chu pikapi," the mouse said.
"I guess I was stupid when I thought if people would still remember me," Ash chuckled while scratching his head.
Pikachu laughed, but the rodent immediately got nervous. Ash noticed this.
"Hey buddy what's wrong?'
"Pikaa chu," the mouse said nervously.
Ash was confused. "What do you mean behind me?" he said as he turned around and almost immediately got engulfed by a group of people.
"ASH!" Two girls yelled as they hugged him crushing his bones.
Ash looked down to see two familiar faces. Max and Bonnie pulled May and Dawn respectively when they noticed Ash was suffocating. They hugged him as well but more gently. Ash breathed heavily as he returned the hug with a smile.
Misty wanted to beat up Ash with her mallet, but seeing Ash's smile melted her heart as she and Brock hugged the raven haired boy as well.
Goh and Kiawe looked serious for a moment, but then broke into grins as they shared a heartful hug.
Iris hugged him too. Happy to see her friend again. But also scolded him about being away was very childish of him. Ash sweatdropped and chuckled at Iris's behaviour.
Lana and Mallow gave him a group hug which he returned. Lillie hugged him and whispered congratulations in his ear. Ash whispered back with a thank you. He shared a polite hand shake with Cilan and gave him a brotherly hug afterwards.
Serena was reluctant at first, but when she hugged him, it felt so warm and good she didn't want to break it. She blushed when his strong muscles grabbed around her returning the hug. However, she was a bit sad when Ash broke the hug to greet Clemont.
Ash was happy. No he was delighted. He never felt so good in a long time as he kept getting hugs, high fives and fist bumps from his old friends.
Pikachu was happy to see them as well. He was close to them just like Ash. Bonnie squeezed Pikachu so hard to the point of getting shocked before Clemont stopped her. Nevertheless everyone looked happy.
"Hey," was all Ash could say while giving his signature smile.
The gang smiled back. May, Dawn and Serena went a bit red from his cute smile.
"Training journey huh?" asked Brock with a slight serious tone.
Ash was slightly taken aback. He really wanted to tell them everything but now wasn't the time.
"Y-yeah," he said, "I feel like I owe you all an apology for not keeping in touch," Ash said looking at the ground.
"Geez, don't worry. We totally understand. After all its your dream to become the strongest trainer right?" Goh said reassuringly.
"Thanks, that means a lot," Ash smiled.
"But remember, you owe us a lot," said Lana witha playful look.
Ash laughed. "Course I do."
"Yo Ash," said a voice from behind.
Ash turned around. "Oh hey Ethan."
Misty looked shocked.
"You're the new Elite Four of Kanto Ethan Gold, right?" said the Tsundere.
Ethan looked flattered.
"Yep that's me. I am guessing they are your friends? " he asked Ash.
"Yeah."
"Hey Ashy-boy? You two know each other?" asked Gary.
Ethan laughed.
"Arceus sake, he is the Kanto Champion, of course we know each other," he said. Gary nodded after remembering.
The gang looked lost.
"You guys heard the announcer right?" asked Ethan.
Suddenly the gang remembered as they had a bemused look on their face when they looked at Ash again. They seemed to have missed the small detail due to all the excitement.
Ash just laughed nervously.
"Hey Ash I can't believe how super strong you've gotten. I am a trainer now so let's have that battle you promised, what do you say?" asked Max excitedly.
Ash knew what he was talking about and wanted to as well, but he was exhausted after the journey from Kanto and also the battle with Paul.
May understood this and gave a punch on her brother's head.
"Ow."
"Can't you see he is tired Max? Your battle can wait," May said as Max pouted.
Ash gave a sweet smile at her for understanding, in respond to which she looked away with a red tint on her cheek.
"Speaking of which, here Ash," Ethan said handing some keys. "These are your dorm keys. I collected them for ya."
"Thanks Ethan."
"No prob. I will see you later Champ." He walked away.
"Say, what if all of us hangout together tomorrow? " Bonnie suggested.
"Not bad Bonnie," said Serena.
"Yeah in this way, Ash, you can even get to catch up with things you've missed," said Dawn. Ash just nodded approving the idea.
The other guys weren't so sure about this because the girl's hangout always meant, well...shopping.
So Gary decided to pull out a card.
"Let's go to the beach," Gary said to which the other guys instantly agreed. The girls looked a bit disappointed but nevertheless agreed too. They decided the time and place of the hangout before parting ways. But three girls in particular glanced back at the raven haired with a smile on their lips.

Ash made his way towards his dorm by taking directions from a clerk.
He was happy his reunion went good and well and of course, without taking any hit.
Ash entered his dorm. He was given a single room all for himself. It was luxurious indeed just like his room back in Kanto, with Kitchen, TV and a King Size bed.
Pikachu instantly took his spot on the bed and fell asleep. Ash smiled as he changed to his sleeping clothes before crashing onto the bed as well.

Ash woke up early in the morning after a good night sleep. He got up from his bed, careful enough not waking Pikachu as he went to take a shower. He grabbed something from the kitchen and went out for his 2 hour morning training session.
Ash returned a bit late as he entered his dorm. Pikachu was awake and drinking a bottle of ketchup from the kitchen. Ash sighed.
"How did you even manage to find that?" asked Ash incredulously.
Pikachu didn't answer as he proceeded to open another bottle. Ash stopped him.
"We are going to be late for the hangout if you keep drinking one after another," said Ash as he dragged the ketchup-addicted mouse out of the kitchen. Pikachu just grunted with an annoyed look.

"Is everyone here?" asked a blunette.
"Everyone except Ashy boy," replied Gary shaking his head.
"Really? Late again? Some things never change do they?" said a swimsuit wearing Misty as the others laughed at the remark.
Max and Bonnie were already in the water. Lana and Misty were talking about a swimming race. Some of the boys were playing volleyball and the pokemon were enjoying by themselves as well, some playing in the water and some having a sunbathe.
"Did the three of you decide to wear a bikini before coming here?" Iris asked bluntly looking at Serena, May and Dawn who instantly went red in embarrassment from the question. It was true. Among the girls, only they seemed to wear a bikini instead of a swimsuit. The bikini was showing of their hourglass figure, which the boys couldn't help but glance at.
"We coordinators and performers always have to put up a show," May said reasoning as the other two nodded in agreement. Actually unknowingly, the three of them decided to wear it to catch the attention of the boys, or more specifically.. a boy.
"Its a coincidence. Right girls?" Dawn said laughing nervously.
"Yeah we can't help but think alike," said Serena.
"Kids," Iris muttered receiving glares from the trio and laughs from the others.
Suddenly they heard a cry from above which sounded familiar to Iris. They looked up to see a flying pokemon landing on the beach with a person sitting on top of it.
"Sorry I'm late guys," Ash said as he got of his dragonite. He was wearing his black T-shirt from yesterday and shorts.
"A DRAGONITE!!" Iris squealed as she ran towards the dragon pokemon.
"Now who's a kid?" Dawn said as her two friends giggled.
Just before Iris could even reach their, Dragonite pulled her into a bone crushing hug. Iris didn't feel a thing a she hugged back with delight.
"Awe its so cute," said Dawn.
"Still the same I see," Goh said with a laugh.
Ash chuckled. "Yeah, he really is very friendly towards everyone, people and pokemon, " Ash said glancing at Dawn. Her beautiful hot outfit caught his attention as he immediately looked back with a small blush. This didn't go unnoticed by Dawn as she was shocked a bit and went slight red.
"It's the complete opposite of mine," said Iris laughing as she brock the hug.
"Hey Dragonite? Why don't you go and play with the others?" Ash said as it looked very happy at the idea and flew away, not before giving its trainer a hug. Everyone smiled at the interaction.
"Is it just good at hugs or can battle as well?" asked Gary mockingly.
"For your info, he is just as strong as my Garchomp," said Ash with a sigh shocking him with everyone else. The way it acts, no one could even imagine that.
Ash took out another pokeball. A beautiful and graceful bipedal creature appeared with a cry.
Everyone looked with awe at the pokemon.
Gardevoir looked around and realised she was in the beach. She looked happy and delighted.
"Thank you master," she said through telepathy shocking everyone again.
Ash looked at the gang. "Telepathy," he simply said before anyone could start the
'It talks?' shit.
"Of course Gardevoir, I know how much you love the beach," Ash said smiling towards her.
The Embrace pokemon smiled back as she started interacting with the other pokemon.
"You have a Gardevoir too?" asked Brock. He was really impressed with the fact how well it was taken cared of.
"She's really beautiful," May said with dreamy eyes.
"Must be powerful if it knows telepathy," Calem said joining in.
Ash looked at the unfamiliar face with confused look. Serena stepped in.
"He's Calem. Our friend and also an Elite Four of Kalos," said Serena as Calem looked at her for the millionth time after they came at the beach.
"Pleasure meeting you," Ash said stretching his hand.
"Yeah, likewise," Calem shook his hand reluctantly.
Miette noticed this. She knew Calem liked Serena secretly. She assumed he was a bit jealous of Ash because Serena had a crush on him.
"Hey Ash," Dawn said by grabbing his arm. "Let's go and have some fun." Ash blushed a bit but didn't resist as Dawn dragged him towards the beach.
Everyone started minding their own business, playing, talking and having lots of fun. Cilan and Clemont decided to cook. Brock would've joined too but he was busy checking out the other women at the beach.
Miette dragged Calem away from Serena. She thought the Kalos Queen would like some time along with her champion. She wanted to know Calem better as well. He didn't seem happy but went along.
Serena and May followed Dawn not wanting to be left behind. They started playing in the water with a bitchball. They would occasionally steal glances at Ash's strong muscular body.
While playing, Ash couldn't help but took notice of his three female companions. They surely have changed since the last time he had seen them. Each of them were beautiful in their own way. May had long brown hair, beautiful eyes, an hourglass body figure and a cute smile. Dawn was no less with her long blue hair and eyes with her attractive body that can make any guy drool over her. Serena still had her short blonde hair but cut in a more stylish way with bangs. Her sapphire eyes and elegant look would take the breath away of any guy anytime. They really seemed to have blossomed into fine women.
"Ash? ASH?!
Ash snapped out of his thoughts as he looked at the girls looking at him worriedly.
"Are you alright? You were spacing out," Serena said with worried look.
'No, NO Ash! You can't have this thoughts. They are your good friends. Don't let your hormones get the best of you,' Ash thought scolding himself.
"I'm just fine girls don't worry," Ash said with his lady-killer smile.
The trio sighed in relief not before thinking, 'That smile, that damn smile.'
"Hey there is an ice cream parlor nearby. Let's go and have some," Dawn suggested.
"Yeah great idea," said Serena.
"I love ice cream," said May.
"My treat," Ash said, to which he received three hugs from three super hot ladies. The girls went ahead to change leaving a blushing Ash behind.
In these years Ash has matured. He understood about this sort of things like dates, relationship, kiss, love, romance,etc. better than he was younger. You can thank Gardevoir for that. The Embrace was shocked at first to see how dense can a person be. It was hell according to her, but she managed to crack her master's shell of sheer density. But he was still unable to tell which girl saw him more than as a friend.
Ash waited for the girls as he looked around. The gang were having a fun time. Misty and Lana were having a water battle. Goh, Kiawe and Sophocles were checking out for any pokemon. Iris was running around on her Haxorus and Gary was simping around.
Ash looked at the pokemon to see his Gardevoir and Mallow's Tsareena talking and laughing. 'They seem to get along' Ash thought. Togedemaru, Glacion, Snowy were playing with Pikachu who seemed happy to meet his friends again. A shy Buneary could be seen around the mouse as well. Dragonite was having fun and got along with the other pokemons.
"We are ready Ash. Let's go."
Ash turned around to see the girls. Their definition of 'ready' was just putting on a white hoodie over their body, leaving their sexy legs exposed.
Ash gulped. Even his Charizard didn’t generate this much heat as the girls were doing right now.
"Yeah le-let's go," Ash said trying his best not to look at them. The girls noticed this and quietly giggled.
During their walk, each of them were walking oddly close to Ash. Sometimes their bosoms seemed to connect with his arms which didn’t make it any easier for the raven haired as he was sweating and blushing. But he managed to ignore that by conversing with them on many topics.
"Really Harley actually did that?" asked Ash dumbfounded, not believing that the guy actually locked the judge in a bathroom to disguise himself as one.
"Yeah and when people found out, it was a big mess I tell you," said May sighing.
They arrived at the ice cream shop as they entered. The girls immediately attracted attention but most importantly, they were with the Champion himself. It was difficult but they managed to get their ice creams and got out of there, not before signing autographs and taking pictures.
As they started walking back to the beach, May caught her breath and said,
"Remind me to never go in a crowded place without a disguise."
"Agreed," said Dawn.
"At least we got the ice cream for free," said Serena.
"Oh right. Remember Ash your treat is still pending," said May demandedly.
Ash tilted his head to the side, smiling before ruffling his own messy raven hair, nodding.
That gesture shot an arrow straight to the girls heart as all of them turned red.
They went back to the beach just in time for lunch. Ash had a wish to try out Brock's, Clemont's and Cilan's cooking all at once. He stuffed himself along with the others as they praised the cooking. After some time everyone started to go back to the campus one by one.
Ash returned his pokemon. With Pikachu he started to leave.
"Ash wait," a voice called as he turned around to see Serena smiling.
"Let's go together," she said and Ash nodded with a smile.
Just before they left, two voices interrupted.
"Hey don't leave without us," Dawn said tagging along with May.
Serena huffed. Annoyed that her alone time with her crush was ruined. Ash just genuinely smiled, not seeming to care as he gestured them to tag along.
Their walk was lively as before, which includes walking close to the Champion.
"Pikapi chu pika," Pikachu said with smirk.
"I am not a chick magnet," Ash muttered quietly with a hint of anger.
They soon arrived at thier destination.
"We should do this more often," said Dawn suggesting.
"We make a pretty cute group," added May.
"Yeah what do you say Ash?" said Serena.
"Yeah I guess," he said a bit unsurely.
"I will see you girls later," he said suddenly as he started walking towards his dorm.
The hot trio looked towards him until the boy disappeared inside the boys dorm.
The girls looked at each other, reminiscing the moments they had with Ash. It was an awkward silence.
"Alright spill it!!" they said in unison glaring at each other.
