you may not have the motivation to shift but you really want to, but you're just too unmotivated? been there.
what I usually do is watch some youtube videos about shifting, it can be experiences, tips, or anything you know that's gonna make you wanna go. I usually spend 1-2 hours watching these videos on youtube.
work on your script! literally didn't get motivated until I worked on my script. I work on it almost every night to make sure I have the best experience I can!
listen to subs! there are so many subs on youtube for shifting, just listen to them while you're cleaning your room or doing homework!
learn a new method and try! read up on a new method and try it. My go-to method is the raven method, which i've gotten pretty close but haven't shifted yet. but i'm gonna think positive!
read someone elses script! there many on wattpad
comment some things that made you motivated!
