Hope POV
It has been a week since Becca has got back and she has been very different she is always on alert and just seems off all the time I was on my way to take Alycia over to my house so we could hangout because I haven't seen her in a few days. Becca and Josie have been hanging out a lot. its nice to see Josie happy again and I'm glad that Becca is staying because everyone has really missed her. I have been getting to know Erick and there other friends and they seem very nice and they do care about Becca and Alycia. I pull up to Becca's house and her friends are over I ring the door bell.
"Hey Hope come on in." Becca says as she moves past to let me in.
"Hope!" Alycia yells and runs into me and raps her arms around my legs.
"Hey sweetie ready to have some fun?" I say as Alycia smile and nods at me. I tell Becca I'm going to be back later around 6 she nods at me and I hug Becca and leave.
Becca POV
Hope left with Alycia and it is just Me, Erick, Robert, Keenan, and Taylor standing around the counter and as I take a sip of my water.
"Becca we have to leave again." Erick says and I almost chocked on my water
"I'm sorry what." I say as I look at them
"We have to find that compound again because we all forgot and we have to kill her because we believe that she is looking for Alycia." Erick says and all the other boys agree.
"how long will we be gone?" I ask
"days, weeks, months, years we really don't know." Taylor ways.
"What no Erick we cant leave Alycia she just got us back. I also cant leave Josie my wolf side will lose its shit. We cant leave." I tell him.
"But if we kill her then what do we come back to if its years later what do you think will happen to Alycia. Erick our parents were never there for us now look what we are doing to our own kid?" I say as Erick look down to his hands.
"she will be safe." Erick says
"how do we even kill mother we don't even know how." I ask
"already ahead of you." Robert says
"we figured out that so you need the embodiment of darkness or light to kill her the thing is you don't need both you just need one." Keenan says
"Great so how do we do we get that." I ask
"We already have one." Taylor says as they all look at me
"What do you think I am one of them." I ask
"There is a way to find out. Give me your wrist." Erick says as I give him my wrist and he lifts up my sleeves and rubs a damp cloth on it and I have no idea what is on it once he takes it off a black circle appears on my wrist.
"What the fuck." I say
"Well at least we know you can kill her." Roberts says
"So are you guys saying that I am darkness itself basically?" I ask
"Yeah that's basically what that mean." Keenan says.
"Your kidding right." I ask
"No, Becca we have to go you are the only person that we know of that can kill her and we can kill her we can do that we can make sure Alycia is safe we have to go." Erick says
"What are we going to tell her oh sorry mom and dad have to go for who knows how long again." I say I know we should go but we just cant leave right now.
"Our job is to always be there for her." I say to Erick
"Yes but we also have to protect her." He says I know he is right
"when are we leaving." I say with a sigh
"Now, Alycia is with Hope and she is safe and we cant waist any time." Ericks says
"What are we gonna say?" I ask them.
"Nothing we are just going to leave." Ericks say.
"That's not a good idea." I say
"Its a waste of our time and people would want you to stay. We leave now." He says as he leaves and the other boys follow him I look around the house and I'm leaving again I couldn't help but fell like an ass whole I stayed for a week and now I'm gone again I'm already ruining Josie's life and Hope's and I'm only 18. Not to mention Alycia I am the worst parent right now but I am doing this to protect her. I get in the passengers seat of the car.
"Where are we going to look?" I ask
"every country and every part of the earth." Taylor ways I the back seat.
"That's going to take a very long time." I say as Erick starts driving
"It will be worth it. We are going to search the USA first." Erick says
4 months later
We are in Utah and we got an RV because it will be easier to move around and I am looking threw books on the couches.
"I GOT SOMETHING." I yell out to the boys there were outside by a campfire and they all came running in .
"Look right here it says there is a spell you can put on places that moves it around the earth every year so it is in a different spot. That must be what spell she uses to make it harder to find." I say
"That's great but do we have any idea where to even start we have searched Utah and there is nothing we haven't gotten done with the USA and it has already been 4 months." Robert says.
"Robert is right this just makes it even harder. Your family didn't find anything and they tried for 2 years." Eric's say
"Well its all I got right now lets just head to the next state." I say as I put my books away and i lay in one of the beds and fall asleep
Hope POV
I get back to Becca's house with Alycia and the door was unlocked and no one was home there was no note and no nothing they where just gone I looked around the house and I took Alycia back to my house and i came back the next day to see if she was back and still nothing I told my family and Josie and we started looking into it but is just like last time she was just gone and it made no sense.
4 months later
Me, Landon, Alycia, and Josie are eating dinner Josie has been over a lot and Alycia really likes her. It must be because Becca imprinted but I have no idea. I put Alycia to sleep, I walk downstairs and Landon is doing the dishes and me and Josie sit on the bar stools.
"Do you think Becca will ever come back?" Josie asks as she takes a sip of her water.
"If I'm being honest I don't know its unlikely." I say as Josie nods.
Becca POV
8 Months later
It has been a year since we have left and my wolf side has been getting very annoying I'm mad all the time and my eyes always glow when they mention Josie. We are in Canada and we found nothing here so far but we are going to keep looing.
2 years later
We have been gone for 3 years now and Alycia is now 5 I keep on thinking of how much we missed we are in London in a hotel and I'm reading threw something a witch gave me when I found something.
"I got something." I say as the boys walk over to look over my solder.
"Look it says there was a witch back in the day who lived in London and people would call her mother but her real name was Edith Bell. It also says that she was one of the most powerful witch's in London." I say as Taylor runs over to a book he was reading.
"I remember that name, Here it says that Edith Bell owns and abandon compound on the outskirts of London." Taylor says as we grab out things and leave. We arrive the the place but there was nothing here.
"Damn it! We missed it the compound must be located somewhere right now this is a just a place it goes in the rotation." I say as we are all disappointed
"Lets go see if Edith Bell owns any other properties." Taylor says as we leave London.
1 year later
Another year has passed and we are in Russia at one of the locations and still nothing we have searched 4 other places and we have searched ever one she owns and there is nothing so we have to retrace our steps.
Hope POV
It has been 4 years and not a single word from Becca. Josie and Penelope started dating about a year ago because Josie decided to move on and I agreed with it but Alycia seemed to not like Penelope. I am sitting with Alycia watching TV she is 6 now and she looks a lot like Becca but something has been off today.
"Aunt Hope why don't my parents not want me they never call or send anything and we never talk about them." She says as she looks like she was about to cry
"Hey sweetie that not true they love you a lot and I know wherever they are they are always thinking of you they are just gone to protect you they miss you a lot." I say as I pull her into a hug I felt bad that she is only 6 and she has to go through all of this if Becca ever comes back I am going to kill her.
Becca POV
1 Year later
We are in London to check and see if the compound is here and it is it has taken 5 years but we found it.
"We follow the plan and we can do this and go home." I say as the boys nod and we fly the doors open and walk in the see Edith just waiting for us.
"I figured you guys will come back to kill me but here is the thing you don't have what you need to kill me." The boys try to run to her but she stops them I throw a spell at her and she blocks it and throws it back at me and I go flying across the room. I get up and vamp over to her but she stops me I push threw and she sees the mark on my wrist and her eyes widen she gets taken off guard and I run to her and rip her heart out. We all fall to the ground and let out a sigh it was all over it took 5 years but it was all over.
"We can go back now." Erick says
"But what are we going back to?" I ask them
"Home." They say
"Is it really home though we have never had a home. Plus my family probably hates me anyway there is no point on going back." I tell them we get back to our hotel.
"Becca Lets go and see how everyone is doing and if they don't need us then I don't know." Erick says as we back our bags.
"Well we have been out of our daughter live for 7 years basically so I don't know we just killed Edith but it feel like we did nothing i mean none of us feel any better do we?" I asked them and they all shook there heads.
"Let's just go back to check on then." Erick says as leave and get a plane back to mystic falls.
Hope POV
Alycia has started at the Salvatore school and she has really been liking it this weekend we are going to go to the fare and play games and have a family day. Me, Landon, Josie, and Penelope are all going as well as Alycia it should be something fun to we pick her up after school and we are all walking around the fare for me about an hour now we played some games and I won a teddy bear and gave it to Alycia. We went to get ice cream and as we are waiting in line Alycia lets go of my hands and runs over to someone.
Alycia POV
I am at the fare with my aunt Hope and Landon, Josie, and Penelope I am
Not really fond of her but I guess she is okay we are waiting for our ice cream and I am holding Hopes hand as they are talking about adult things that I'm not paying attention to. I notice a group of people 4 guys and 1 girl and the girl look a lot like my mom she has the same tattoos and everything. I let go of Hopes hand and run up to her.
"I'm sorry to bother you miss but can I ask what's your name?" I ask as she turns around and looks down at me with the other boys. My aunt comes running up behind me.
"Rebecca?" My aunt asks and it hit me she is my mom.
"Yeah." She says as she still has her eyes locked on me and her eyes start to water. Landon, Josie and Penelope come up as well.
"Sorry about leaving we had to deal with something." One of the guys said.
Rebecca POV
We arrive at mystic falls and we go to the fare to have some fun for once in 7 years and we are relaxing then a little girl comes up and ask for my name and Hope comes up behind her. I realize it was Alycia I realize I missed everything.
"Sorry about leaving we had to deal with something." Taylor says and he could tell me and Erick were focused on Alycia we snap out of it and I look up to see Josie holding Penelope's hand and I get so angry but I manage to contain myself.
"What was so important that made you guys leave without saying anything?" Hope asks
"We had unfinished business with someone." I said I'm pissed about Josie and Penelope.
"Really you guys come back and that all you say." Hope says I could tell she was angry.
"Nothing really to say." I say having a hard time keeping my wolf side in check.
"Come on Becca lets go." Erick says as the other boys start walking away.
"Wait you guys are just leaving." Hope says as I turn around to look at her I look down the Alycia who looked so hurt. I walk over to her and kneel down and take off my necklace that I have had every since I was 5 it was a moon and I put it on her.
"Just remember I love you." I say to her as I get up look over to Josie I sigh and shake my head a little and walk away. We get back to my old place that I still had. We put all of our bags away and let out a big sigh at the same time.
