Harry Potter was a flirt. Many turned to look at the attractive male but he simply raised an eyebrow causing them to turn away
And Alula was ok with that... Harry grinned and winked at her causing a bright flush to enter her cheeks
The way he would whisper in the ear of whoever was closes to him and make them flush a bright red was proof of that. The fact that neither Ron nor Hermione would bat an eyelid proved that this was not unusual behaviour. Ron snorted "it really isn't unusual...do you remember when..." he trailed of "don't you dare" Harry threatened but by now the whole hall was listening "come on it was funny" "nope" Harry denied before turning back to the book
But Alula couldn't help feel jealous every time her did it. Sure, he flirted with her but he also flirted with everyone else, well she had never seen him flirt with Hermione but she put that down to a sibling like relationship.
"Hit the nail on the head" hermione and Harry said in perfect harmony
She knew her not so secret crush was obvious to the adults, as her dad always gave her knowing looks whenever she was caught staring at Harry's impressive build.
But she couldn't help it.
He was perfect. Harry mocking looked away and pretended to fan himself "why thank you" he said as he jokingly bowed causing a few laughs
She had also gotten to know the personality behind the looks. And she had liked what she found. He was kind, caring, smart and all in all a boy many girls would kill to know. Many looked shocked that he was anything other than a pretty face but quickly schooled there expressions
But there was something else...
Something the flirting covered, something behind the suggestive comments, the teasing tone. Many looked confused but Harry's emotionless mask was slipping
Something dangerous...
Many gasped and looked at Harry only to find him staring at Alula with a look of pure loathing in a way saying 'how did you know'. The realised she had hit the nail on the head
And Alula was ok with that.
