After eating tacos, playing with Festus and many other crazy things. It was time to sleep because there was school tomorrow (man I hate that place) but the good thing is that Nico is going to be in the same school as me! Yay!
"Bye Neeks! See in school tomorrow!" I shouted, smiling, "Bye Lee-lee!!" Nico shouted back with a huge grin on his fa- wait... what did he call me? Lee-lee? I guess it's payback for calling him Neeks but seriously? Lee-lee? Sounds like a flower to me, I am no flower, I'm the Super-sized McShizzle! Well anyways, I have school tomorrow, god give me strength to handle the torture.
The next day, I woke up and did my daily routine of screaming how late I am, grabbing the first clothes I see, changing, falling on the stairs, grabbing a big cookie, saying goodbye to mamá and running to school still screaming how late I am.
Yes, a beautiful routine I know, there is no need to say it, it is very hard to have a routine as perfect as that one, I took a whole year to master it.
I arrived at school, late, and threw the door open screaming "Don't worry people! I am not dead! But there was a dead spider in the sideway! Don't cry anymore I'm here!" Everyone laughed at my joke, even the teacher, I just went to my seat with a grin on my face and froze when I heard it, that angelic laugh, I looked up and yes, Nico was in my classroom! Even better! Next to me! My grin widened when I saw him, "Hey Neeks! It's so good to see you!" I exclaimed.
"Hi Lee-lee, I see you weren't joking when you say you always make a big entrance" Nico said and started laughing some more. "Ok class, now that Leo is here, let's start this session with History! Open your history book on page 41"
(Skipped classes because no one cares about them and are boring)
Finally! Torture is over! I was sitting, waiting with Nico for our moms to come for us when I heard a car coming closer and Nico saying "That's mamma's car!" Then the car now known as Aunt Maria's car stopped in front of us. We stood up and I saw something that surprised me, mamá was in the car too!
"¡Hola niños! Hop on! We're going to McDonald's!"
"YES!!" Nico shouted, scaring the heck out of me and almost broke the car door screaming "Happy meal! Happy meal!" I shrugged confused by that boy's obsession with happy meals but still went along with him.
After we got our happy meals (Nico literally screamed of joy when he received his, seriously, that kid has a problem with happy meals) we went to Nico's house, and let me say, they do have a pretty good house.
In the entrance there's a gate life in the movies, a garden with all types of flowers, the doorknob looked like it was made of gold, it was almost a mansion with all kinds of security and it was so cool.
Aunt Maria said that where they used to live in Italy, it was very dangerous so the houses needed their security and everything to keep their families safe. That's another reason they moved here, even though New York also has its dangerous places, is nothing compared to Italy. So they come from a dangerous place, nice.
After we ate and played for hours, we needed to go back home. We said our goodbyes and went back home.
