Oya read on and finally the story yall have wanted to hear.
Fikayo sobbed uncontrollably for minutes. Everyone was staring at her like 'if she Is not talking we should go na' .
"Fikayo as much as we want to hear your story please can you start?" Lade asked and Fikayo turned to her and laughed
"Story? I should tell you guys ,my story and what 2ould make me do that" Fikayo laughed still crying
"I don't trust you guys at all I mea even if I tell you of what difference does it make? It doesn't make me better so I don't see any need besides you are only hearing it for your amusement so if you think I am going to seat her and tell you my story like that then mhen! You are damn wrong" Fikayo said and left the room
"I warned you guys not to do the prank" Shewa said
"Mtchew! She deserved it really, I don't even know why all of you are keen on getting to know her, it's not like when I came y'all took interest in me like that" Stephanie scoffed
"It is true I wanted to do big girl and Mary , Shewa Funmilade, Lade and Joyce beat me" Angela said
Everyone murmured in agreement.
"Yes why are we even going special interest in this girl" Mary asked
"I don't even know sef when Lade started making moves I joined the crew" Funmilade said and they all agreed.
Lade stood up and went around looking for Fikayo.
She saw her on a bench near matrons office. Her office was locked because all staff were at a meeting.
"Fikayo" Lade said sitting down. Fikayo looked up and then looked back down
"Why don't you trust us?" Lade asked
Why don't I trust them? Am I still living by my dad's words? Does it make an impact in me still? She asked herself
The matron came and greeted them.
"Go to your dorm your monitor wants to address you" she said opening her door and entering
Fikayo still sat while Lade stood up and left.
Fikayo cat walked to the hostel and met monitor rose locking the door.
Fikayo out her hand there and Monitor Rose poles her head through the small hole
"Didn't you hear I wanted to talk to you? Yet you were practicing for your beauty pageant" she said
Fikayo was in a worse mood than usual so she blasted her straight and final.
"Suprised you even know the meaning of pageant wait o you may not know sef maybe you saw heard it from a student nhi" Fikayo said eyeing her
"Dont you have regard that I am in front of you?" She asked
"To be honest ma I really don't have regard for you" Fikayo said and entered the room.
She went straight to her bed and sat down.
"I heard you all have been fighting" Monitor Rose
"Finally she heard something right" Shewa muttered but she is loud so everyone heard.
"Adeshewa!!" Monitor Rose shouted
"Please tlak and stop shouting my name jare" she said to herself.
"So?" Monitor Rose asked
"So what ma? You said you heard we have been fighting so what should we say we should say welldone abi we should kneel and say sorry? Baa?" Mary asked
"Why are you so rude?" She asked
No one said anything and kept looking at her.
"So carry bucket and let's go wash toilet" Monitor Rose said
Nobody stood up.
"Ma I can't go my leg is aching me" Funmilade said lying down
"Ma I am reading" Mary said bringing a book out
"Are you all deaf I sai stand up!!!" She shouted as evryone jerked up
All except Fikayo and Joyce
"Wait let's all settle this fight matter" she said and sat on the nearest bed.
"Fikayo what happened" she asked
"What do you think happened?" Fikayo shot back
"See very rude and no regard for older ones" Joyce said
"Are you any better?" Fikayo asked
"At least I am not fake" Joyce said
"Lol, mtchew ,you don't know you look like doll that mama sala sells" Fikayo said
"What do you mean?" She asked
"I mean you are FAKE abi your brain can't pick it up nhi?" Fikayo asked opening her eyes
"At least I don wear makeup" Joyce beamed
"Becuase you don't have money to buy it nau" Fikayo said
"Stop it!!" Montior Rose shouted
"Ma don't burst abeg we don't want to be cleaning insides of someone after toilet" Fikayo said
Monitor Rose just calmed down and went out
"Carry your equipment and let's go" she ordered and left the room
"Fikayo keep your mouth shut" Mary said
"And if I don't?" Fikayo asked
"I would shut it for you" Mary finished
"Ah! Hehe! See this rat o shut kor shutter nhi abeg vamose" Fikayo said pushing her roughly out of the way.
They went to the ss1 toilet first and washed it.
Fikayo only poured the soap and water and told them her nails are expensive. Lade stood there supersizing and shayo followed monitor to her room.
After Lade led them to Ss3 toilet.
Fikayo entered and saw Tanto, Atowoju and Victoria. They were popular in school well Atowoju and Vickie were but Tanto was a tag along.
"Hey!" Atowoju greeted Fiakyo sent a very fake smile in her way.
"This is the Fikayo girl" Tanto whipsered to them and they both "oh'd"
Her set mates greeted the seniors and started washing.
They chatted easily till fikayo felt look talking
"So who get boyfriend?" Tanto asked
"Chai! What us your business ma?" Fikayo asked and they all turned to her
"Look fikayo I know you are ugly but ..." Tanto said and fikayo laughed
"I am ugly abeg Tanti do I look like mirror to you nhi?" Fikayo blasted and Tanto walked out silently
"Why can't you be fun for once?" Shewa askes
"I am only fun t sensible people" Fikayo said
"So I am not sensible?" Shewa askes
"You said it yourself dear" Fikayo replied and washed her face.
"Bye!" They all shouted and stormed out.
