with that i skipped away into my room to get ready
y/n's pov
it only took me like 5 minutes to get ready (surprising ikr) but i quickly put together a half decent outfit and quickly did my makeup - just some concealer, lipgloss, mascara and a little bit of blush
this is what i put together
after i was done, i basically ran back into the living room to scream at everyone to get ready
y/n: GUYS HURRY UP I DONT WANNA BE LATE
alex: jesus y/n calm down
kouvr: yeah we'll get ready in a minute
y/n: NO YOULL GET READY NOW THANKS
mia: you heard the lady...... MOVE
they all got up off their asses and went to their rooms kinda scared bahaha. they came out pretty quickly and we were finally on our way. we took 2 cars cause obviously we couldn't all fit in one. we sung songs in the car and laughed a lot. after maybe 15 minutes we pulled up to my parents house and i started to get kinda nervous
chase: they'll love me. i can tell

mia: everyone shut up i wanna meet y/n's parents already
y/n: agh ok. everyone be nice ok
they all nodded in agreement and i rung the door bell. i heard some shuffling inside and soon the door opened to reveal my parents
mum: y/n!!! i'm so glad to see you!!
dad: hey little girl!
y/n: hey mum and dad i missed youuuu
claire: hi june
jess: hi colin
mum: hi girls!! oh come in come in!
we all went inside and i introduced everyone to my parents.
it all went really well and my dad seems to like nick which is a huge relief hahaha
mum: you guys must be hungry! what do you want for lunch
claire: CAN WE PLEASE GET KFC PLEASEEEEEEEEEE
chase: yes lets get that
y/n: cool what does everyone want
everyone told me what they wanted and i wrote everything in my notes (cause i'm super forgetful 😌) and i went with nick to get the food.
while we were waiting for our food me and nick were just talking about random stuff
nick: i'm glad your parents like me i was lowkey gonna cry if they didn't-

i looked at him kinda shook while he just smirked at me. i decided to be ✨bold✨ for once in my life and i kissed him. he deepened it and i pulled away and grinned

i laughed and our order was called. we picked up the food and drove back to my parents house. as soon as we walked in ryland chase and alex came running towards us.
chase: UGH I LOVE YOU THANK YOU FOR THE FOOD

y/n: jesus i just got food- plus nick payed anyway

y/n: SCUSE ME
i have ryland a glare and he put his hands up

we brought the food to the living room and ate and talked and watched some tv
i looked around and saw my best friends and my parents laughing and smiling and i smiled to myself thinking i could not be happier
