i said back and kissed him on the cheek. i picked up his hand and put it on my thigh then rested my head on his shoulder. i couldn't stop smiling.

y/n's pov

we drove for idk how long it felt like forever, but we finally arrived at Santa Monica Pier.
i guess i must have fallen asleep with my head on nicks shoulder

nick: hey y/n?

y/n: hmm..... yeah

nick: we're here

y/n: oh haha. sorry i fell asleep

at that, he threw me in the freezing cold water
i came up and struggled to catch my breath while everyone laughed. when i finally caught my breath and did what i told the girls i would do. i gave them a signal to get out their phones and they did. when i saw that i slapped nick as hard as i could.

nick: OW WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT FOR

y/n: well i said to the girls if you threw me in i would slap the fuck out of you so i did

y/n: because we made a bet and i lost

i kissed him and he was shocked at first then kissed back. we pulled away and he went back in but i dodged it and whispered in his ear
