Sokka:Why do we constantly land in the worse spots?

Aang:Yup! Plus Appa needs a break...he constantly carries 4 people around...
Katara:Can you carry all of us around like that Sokka?
Sokka:Okay I get it! Let's just set up the tent...
Katara:Ill get a fire place set up...
Sokka:Why have a fireplace when we have y/n...he's basically a portable fire place...
Aang:Where is he anyway?
The three of them look on top of Appa and see y/n on his stomach, kicking his feet back and fourth while humming to himself
Katara:He's still drawing...
Sokka:Thats fine...
They all jump down as Aang goes to get food,and Katara and Sokka get wood to burn
After a bit of time,Aang goes back to Appa and sees y/n just sitting down
Aang:Were you waiting?
Y/n:Yes!
He gets up and jumps off Appa as he pats his head

Aang smiles a bit before leading y/n to the fireplace
Sokka and Katara are already sitting down

Y/n mods his head as he put his finger out and shoots a small burst of fire
It ignites the wood,now acting as a fire place
Him and Aang both sit down
Aang:So you guys here anything about The Great Divide?
Y/n:Heard tales...of guide named...Ulysses...
Aang:Yea those are just legends right?

Katara:I heard that it is the biggest canyon in the world...
Y/n:Y/n has been...to canyon before!

Everyone starts to go inside the big tent Sokka set up earlier
Y/n quickly takes the fire from the fire place
He heats his own body up a bit to compensate
He lays down as everyone scoots closer to him to get the most warmth
As the night goes by,Y/n stays awake quietly
Aang wakes up suddenly not screaming but sweating nonetheless
Y/n:Is Aang...okay?
Aang:You're still awake?
Y/n:Keeping friends...safe...
Aang:It's...nothing...I'm gonna go back to sleep...
Aang lays back down as y/n keeps an eye on him for a bit longer
The sun eventually starts to rise as does everyone in the tent
Sokka sluggishly gets up as he waits for everyone to get out of the tent before taking it down
Katara and Aang however get up enthusiastically
Katara:I can't wait to see this canyon!
They all start to pack up everything and follow Aang as he leads them to the canyon
Aang:Here it is guys! The Great Divide!
Katara:Its amazing...I could stare at it forever...
Sokka:Okay I've seen enough...
He quickly turns around to get onto Appa
Katara:This doesn't fascinate you Sokka?
Sokka:Im gonna be honest...not particularly...
They hear shouting from behind them
"You Zhangs are nothing but theives"
"And you Gan Jin probably took so long to get here because you were too busy cleaning up"
Sokka:Guys maybe we should get out of here before we-
Zhang:Hey kids we were here first!
Gan Jin:You're funny! We were here long before!
Sokka:Involved...
Aang steps forward
Aang:Let me show you how the Avatar handles things...
Y/n tilts his head a bit
Y/n:Badly?
Aang:Just watch...why are you two fighting?
Zhang:We are waiting for the guide,he is the only person that knows this canyon and we need his earthbending if we're gonna make it out alive!
Gan Jin:Except it will be us going first!
Zhang:We have sick people who need to get treatment quickly!
Gan Jin:We have elderly that a weary from traveling!

Y/n nervously raises his hand behind Aang
Sokka:I think y/n has an idea Aang...

Y/n:Appa could...take your...sick and elderly...as well as...a portion of... each of your clans...split even so...it is fair...
Aang:It would take Appa a couple of hours while with the guide it could take days...

Both sides gather the people they will be sending off
They all get on as Aang gets on Appa as well to bring them to the end
Aang:Its a good thing this happened so early,you guys might've had to wait until night time...see you guys later! Yip Yip!
Sokka:So we're just...stuck here...
Katara:Where is that guide?
Zhang:We showed up early to secure our spot...
Sokka:Yea I'm going back to sleep...
Katara:With what? The supplies are still on Appa...

He lays on the ground and somehow starts to drift to sleep
Katara:I guess that leaves me and yiu y/n...
After an admittedly uneventful wait Aang finally arrives back with Appa
Aang:Alright we should all be able to go now!
Sokka gets up quickly as he gets onto Appa just to go back to sleep again
Y/n face palms as Katara pats his head for doing so
Everyone gets on Appa as they all go to the others
When they eventually arrive they see the two groups that were dropped off first talking to each other...civilly...
The second group take notice

They get off of Appa as they bow to each other

They thank each other before flying off once again
Aang:We should all get some rest...we'll have to get supplies soon...you too y/n...no staying up...you need to get some rest too...

He opens the doors and closes them as Fire Lord Ozai sits on his throne

Ozai:As expected...you were too weak...you are banished from the fire nation...I did the same for Zuko but you can both restore your honor...Zuko has been tasked with bringing the Avatar here...I want you to obtain The Eternal Flame to kill the Avatar...this means only one of you will be able to return while the other lives in shame...you can protect Azula if you do kill him...
