3 months later
They tried to keep me in the hospital but I refused, I told them if I've got only a month left what the point. I'd rather be in my home than be in a hospital room.
Any day.
Any day now and I'm gone.
I'm in pain all of the time and at this point I just want to go.
The pain is excruciating, it's constant.
I can't sleep, I'm not hungry, I'm physically and mentally exhausted.
I've asked everyone to come to see me today, I need to say goodbye to everyone before I can't.
"Hey you wanted to see us?" Ellie asks walking in
"Yeah" i say and they sir down on the edge of my bed
"I just want to say thank you" i tell them
"For what?" Bella asks
"Giving me some lifelong friends, creating memories. I never really had proper friends before you guys came along and I'm so grateful that you're in my life" I tell them and Freya starts crying
"Don't cry please, cause I've got to hold it together for everyone else I have to talk to" i say and they chuckle lightly
"Ellie" I ask and she looks at me
"I'm going to ask you to be patient with Jordan, he's stubborn and I'm afraid he'll act out" i tell her and she nods
"Don't worry, I'll look after him" she says and i nod
"I love you girls so much" I say and they all hug me
"We love you too"

"Hi Holls" Ryder says walking into the room with Ace, Issac, Raymond and Kelly
"I just wanted to talk to you guys because, you guys have been like my second family" I say and Kelly starts crying.
"Now I hope you all, are going to be strong for Finn" I tell them and they nod
"I can see it now, he's going to act out, lash out and I need you to not give up on him because as much as he's pushing away his feelings to be strong for me, it's only a matter of time before he breaks" I tell them and they nod
"Ryder, Ace, Issac i hope you guys do well for yourselves, go to college. Get a good job, meet someone nice. I want you guys to be happy because your like family to me, your my brothers" I say and they start crying
"I love you all, your my family whether you like it or not" i say and they all give me a smile
"We love you too"

"Hey honey how are you feeling?" My mom asks me and I shrug
"I need to talk to you both" I tell them and they look at each other before sitting down on my bed
"Now, any day now I'm not going to be here anymore" I say and my mom starts crying
"Now, I want you to not grieve over me for too long. I know that's hard because I'm your daughter but I need you to know that I could have not have a better life. You two, are the best parents in the entire world and I'm so glad that you raised me to be who I am today" I say gripping their hands
"Now, please don't argue once I'm gone. Don't get ratty, talk to each other because the last thing this family needs is a divorce and you two need to be strong and not fail. I love you two more than anything in the world and I'm so happy that you have given me life I've always wanted" i tell them and they are both crying
"I love you guys so so so much" I say and they hug me
"I love you too" they both say at the same time.
I'm turning not to cry right now.
"Can you ask Jordan, Emily and Oscar in here?" I ask them and they nod
"Hey" Emily asks running up to me and she jumps onto my bed and hugs me
"Is this where your going to say goodbye?" Oscar asks crying slightly and I nod
"I need you two, my little angles. To be strong, for mom and dad yeah?" I ask and they nod
"I need you two, to behave because they are going to be going through a lot. Can you do that for me?" I ask them and they nod again
"Good" i say before looking at Jordan
"Now, do you remember our talk three months ago?" I ask him
"Yes, so please don't make me go through that again" he says and i chuckle slightly.
"Now, I love you three so so so much. I'm so glad that you guys are my siblings because you've been the best siblings a girl could ask for" i tell them and they smile crying
"Now Emily, I want you to dance. To practice and work as hard as you can because it's what you love to do. And Oscar, if you don't know what you want to do, become a chocolate taster" I say and he laughs
"And you" i say looking at Jordan, "don't drop out of school, make me proud yeah? Do this for us, focus on school and what makes you happy. And know, that you are not alone, I'm always going to be apart of you because we're twins Jordan, I love you" i say and he cries and hugs me
"I love you two, Holly" he says and two other sets of arms wrap around me
"We love you too" they both say
"I love you"

"Hey blondie" Finn says walking into my room and he lies down next to me.
"Hey Flynny" i say and he laughs
"That's a new one" he says and i smile
"I need to talk to you and you need to shut up and let me talk before you interrupt" I say and he nods
"Okay"
"Now, Finn" I say and my voice cracks, "I love you with all my heart. But I'm in pain, I need to go and deep down you know that too"
"I want to thank you, for everything. For supporting me, for encouraging me, for helping me be happy. You my darling, are my lifesaver. I wasn't truly happy before you came along knocking on my door all moody" I say and he chuckles slightly with tears falling down his face
"I need you to promise me that you'll carry on, that you'll stay in school. That you won't do all of these crazy drug things. You my love, are talented and you can't waste your life. You can go to the Olympics, I know you can. Your strong and determined, you can do anything you set your mind to. So please do it for me, it will make you happy and I want you to be happy because I love you, so much" I tell him
"I want you to know that I have loved, fully. But you can't stay hung up on me once I'm gone" I tell him crying and he frowns
"I need you to find someone better than me. Someone who makes you even happier. I need you to let me go because you deserve a future with a family in it, you deserve a future with kids and a girl who makes you proud and she makes you want to love her more than you love me" i say wiping tears from his face
"Your my Flynn Rider and I'm so glad that I got to spend my life with you. You make me proud every day and I'll be with you, encouraging you on" i tell him
"So when I go, don't grieve for too long. Let me go, please. You deserve to" i say and he pulls me into his arms.
"I love you Flynn Rider" i say crying
"I love you Rapunzel" he says wrapping his arms around me tighter and I cry until I start to feel sleepy.
I close my eyes and drift off into a sleep.
Finns pov
"Holly?" I ask shaking her and she doesn't move
"Holly?" I ask again crying
She's gone.
I kiss her forehead and I walk out of her room and down to the living room.
Everyone looks at me once I walk in.
"She's gone"

I don't think you realise how much I cried writing this chapter. I've been fully, full on sobbing.
