Sam's pov
I woke up and I wasn't in little space anymore and I noticed Colby was next to me and I smiled I had an urge to slip into little space I didn't want to but it happened anyway. I sat up and I grabbed my stuffie and started to play with it while giggling. I got out of bed and found Stormy I pet him and fed him after he was done I started to chase him and I tripped "oww" I started to cry I got up and went to the bed "cwoby" I shook him "cwolbyy" I whined but he didn't get up and i started to cry more "cwolbyy" I shook him I cried more and I gave up trying to wake him up. I grabbed my paci and put it in my mouth and I grabbed my stuffie and held it close and my sobs cane out as muffled because of my paci. "Sammy oh Sammy what happened" i looked up and seen Colby awake and I hugged him "hey hey it's ok what happened" "I-i was playing w-with Stormy a-and I fell" "oh Sammy why didn't you wake me up" "I-i tried and y-you didn't wake up" "I'm sorry does it still hurt" he pulled me into his lap "m-my knee still hurts a wittle" "oh I'm sorry do you want some ice" I nodded "ok come on" "cwan y-you carry me" I blushed and looked down "of course I can" he picked me up and i giggled and clung onto him he set me in the couch "I'll be right back" I nodded and Stormy came by me "hi Stormy" he started to lick my tears off my face "eww" I giggled "stop it" I squealed I heard Colby chuckle "cwoby help" he chuckled and grabbed him and put him on the floor I giggled and wiped my face "does your knee still hurt" I nodded he put the ice on my knee "tank woo" "your welcome" he ruffled my hair and I giggled "hey I gotta go back to my place I'll be back in like 20 minutes ok" "otay bye bye" he chuckled "bye Sammy" he left and I decided to change I put on short shorts and a white crop top and some white ankle socks I didn't put shoes on because I wasn't going anywhere today I went to the kitchen to find some breakfast
Colby's pov
I went back to my apartment to get ready I grabbed black jeans with zippers on them and a slipknot hoodie and I hopped in the shower. I took a ten minute shower so I decided to eat some breakfast. After I was done I went back to Sam's I opened the door and Sam was in the kitchen looking in a cupboard and his back was facing me and he was wearing short shorts "hii cwoby!!" "Hi Sammy" he ran towards me an jumped and i caught him he wrapped his arms and legs around me and put his head in the crook of my neck and he was giggling "what's so funny" "you smell good" he giggled and snuggled closer to me and I chuckled and walked towards the couch and sat down with him in my lap he giggled and tightened his grip on me I put my hands on is hips "ok Sammy let go" "uh uh" "Sammy let go" "whyyy" he whined and I sighed "Sammy please let go" "I no wanna!" He whined "please Sammy" "NO!" "Sammy stop yelling now get off" "nooo" he whined "Sammy stop arguing with me please get off" he sighed and let go and went to his room "Sammy" he ignored me and went in his room I signed and went in there "Sammy what are you doing" he sniffled "oh Sammy" I sat next to him "what's wrong" "I-i was arguing with woo a-and now I need a t-time out" I sighed "come here" I opened my arms and he crawled in my lap "I sowwy" "hey it's ok you don't need a time out for this just don't argue with me ok" "otay" he hugged me "do you want to watch TV now" he nodded I picked him up and he squeaked and clung onto me I sat down on the couch and he was still on my lap I grabbed the remote and turned it on "what do you want to watch" "SpongeBob" i chuckled and turned it on "ok get off me now" he sighed and got off
Sam's pov
We were watching TV for awhile and I really wanted to cuddle with Colby "da-cwoby" "yeah Sammy" "can we umm" "can we what Sammy" "c-can we c-cuddle" "yeah of course" I smiled he laid down "come here" he opened his arms I smiled and laid down next to him and he put his arm around me and I smiled and cuddled closer we continued to watch TV and I ended up falling asleep
Colby's pov
We we're cuddling for like 30 minutes and I heard soft snores I looked down and I seen that Sam fell asleep I smiled Stormy then jumped on the couch and laid down in front of Sam I pet him and I got a notification on my phone
Jake: why aren't you at school
Colby: sorry dude I slept in
Jake: it's alright but there is 2 new people and turns out Corey knew them so now they hang out with us
Colby: alright what's there names
Jake: Elton and Aaron
Colby: ok is that all you wanted me for
Jake: yeah
I put my phone away and Sam stirred in his sleep he turned around and cuddled into me but he pushed Stormy off in the process and he just jumped back up and laid by our feet. I looked down at Sam and smiled I kissed the top of his head and decided to go to sleep as well.
I woke up to a thud "OW!" I woke up and seen Sam on the floor and he's about to cry "Sammy are you ok" I picked him up and put him on my lap a tear fell down his face "oh Sammy don't cry" I wiped his tear "I sowwy" "hey it's ok what happened" "I fell off the couch and hurt my elbwow" "oh Sammy does it hurt still? do you need ice?" He giggled "I'm otay d-cwoby" he yawned "ok do you want to go back to sleep on the bed" he nodded "ok but change first" "otay I'm hungwy" "I'll order pizza while you change" "otay" he got up and went to his room I chuckled and ordered the pizza once I was done he came out in a onesie "ewww" "what" "Stormy pooped" he giggled I chuckled he walked over and picked up the pad and threw it away and giggled and walked over to me "Sammy go wash your hands" he giggled and went to the sink and there was a knock at the door I answered it and it was the pizza I payed and thanked him and Sam was sitting on the couch. I walked to him and put the pizza on the table and we ate it
"Sammy come back here" "no!" He giggled I sighed "Sam you've been running around for 5 minutes let's go to bed" "NO!" he stopped and plopped on the floor pouting with his arms crossed I sighed and walked over to him and picked him up "no I dont wanna go to bed!" He squirmed in my arms "Sammy stop whining now" "I don't wanna go to sweep daddy!" His eyes went "OH NO didn't mean too!" He started to cry I sighed and sat him in the bed "Sammy look at me" he looked up "it's ok if you call me that" "weally" "yes remember you told me that I could be your caregiver yesterday" he thought for a second "oh yeah" he giggled then he frowned "hey what's wrong" "I'm sowwy for yelling at you" "hey it's ok how about tomorrow we will go over the rules" "otay" he hugged me "I'm sowwy" "it's alright" I gotta text
Gage: hey could you drive me to the airport later
Colby: I thought you weren't leaving for like another 2 days
Gage: I wasn't supposed to but I had to move it up

Colby: no its okay when do you need me to drive you
Gage: could you come now I need help packing some more things and plus the airport is far away
Colby: ok Ill be there soon
I looked down at Sam and he was sleeping I got and got up "don't leave" "Sammy I have to" "pwease don't" "Sammy I need to go im sorry" he started to tear up "Sammy don't cry I'll be back I promise" "no p-pwease don't go" "I have to help my brother I'll come back after but you will be asleep but I promise I'll be back" "pwease" "Sammy I'm sorry I really need to go" he cried "p-pwease dont go" "Sammy stop crying" "I'm sowwy but pwease don't go" "I have to why are you so upset" "I don't want woo to go" "Sammy I will be back I promise you that" "i-" before he could finish I turned off the light and shut the door "DADDY!" he sobbed I walked back in and turned on the light and went and sat next to him "Sammy that wasn't necessary" he looked up and hugged me and sobbed into my shirt I calmed him down "Sammy why'd did you do that" "I-im scared of the dark a-and woo left" "Sammy I need to go I'm already late and I'm sorry for leaving you in the dark I didn't know" he sniffled and let go of me "do you have a night light" "n-no" "then what do you use" "t-the wamp" I nodded and turned it on I hugged him once more and kissed the top of his head "I promise I'll be back ok" "no pwease" "Sammy I promise I will be back" "no" "Sammy when you wake up I will be next to you I promise" "promise" I nodded he hugged me and I hugged back I laid him down and covered him up "can woo bring stormy in here" I nodded and went in the living room and I found Stormy on the couch I pick him up and brought him by Sam "tank woo" "you welcome Sammy" I kissed his head "I'll be back I promise" he nodded and grabbed his pacifier and put it in his mouth "goodnight Sammy" "night cwo-daddy" he giggled and I smiled and ruffled his hair and he closed his eyes and I turned off his light and left.
"Hey where have you been" "sorry Sam wouldn't let me leave" "oh is that the little" "yeah he kept crying and yelling for me to not leave" "oh I'm sorry" "it's okay are you done packing" "I'm almost done" I nodded and helped him finish we left the apartment and went to my car I drove for 2 hours and I finally got to the airport I got out of the car with him and helped him take out his suitcases "well I'll see you when I come visit" I said "yeah same" we hugged "it's gonna be wierd without you around" I nodded and sniffled "hey don't cry I'll also visit" "sorry" "well I should get going" I nodded "also take care of Sam I know they can be a handful" I chuckled "I will" we hugged again "have fun" "I will bye" "bye" I got back in my car and headed back to the apartment.
I got back to the apartment and I went to my place first I changed into joggers and grabbed different clothes for tomorrow and my charger I got back to Sam's apartment I opened Sam's door quietly and closed it I put my things in the corner I took off my hoodie and I got into bed next to Sam I looked at his face and his cheeks were tear stained I sighed and kissed his forehead he smiled turned on his side I put my arm around him and pulled him close and kissed his head again and went to sleep.
