Erik's POV
"You want to get McDonald's"
"We just ate like an hour ago"I turn to Chez and stare him down while I continue to drive in the direction of McDonald's."Dude quit looking at me, keep your eyes on the road"I don't move from my position. He sighs out and looks forward"Of course I want McDonald's"I smile before looking back at the road as we pull into the drive thru

"What, the burger mixed with the chicken is a must" I stare at Chez as he places his McChicken in between the two patties of his McDouble. How did this man even think of this and why does he eat it. "Sure it is"
Driving down the street, I turn on my playlist. Recently things have been going well with the gang. No one has died and we haven't had any threats. Dalen seems to be in a happy relationship. Chez and I have our flings. Speaking of which, I should call Jessica back. Or was it Sarah I said I would call back? You know what I'll call both of them back and invite them over so all three of us can fu-
"DUDE!" I jerk at the wheel do to Chez yelling at me
"What"
"We're being following"
"What"I look in the rear view mirror and see a blacked out car following close behind"Shit,get N and D on the phone"
"No"
"What, what do you mean no"I look back and see it getting closer as I sped up
"I mean no, want to hear it in Spanish" I stare at him before looking back at the road
"Would you stop tik toking right now. Besides" I slam on the brake and change gears before reversing swerving from the black cars until we're behind them and spin us around before switching back into drive"You don't know Spanish" I punch the gas and speed off. On the wrong side of the road might I add.
"I will have you know sir, I got a B in Spanish last year, thank you very much" Chez unbuckles himself as he moves to the back seat. I pull over the right side of the road. "Are they close?"
"Yeah, they're pretty close, but keep zooming maybe we can lose them" Right when he finishes that sentence I slow down"What the fuck are you doing"
"There's traffic, I can't just ram all these cars" I look in the rear view and see them getting dangerously close
"Well, I think I know a way to clear it up"
"What are you ta-" Before I can finish my sentence Chez pulls out his pistol and shoot the front tire of the black car causing it to jerk around. Once the shot was heard, people started to speed away in their cars trying to escape so they don't get hurt"Go man, what are you waiting for" I punch the gas and drive off down the street. I take a right then two lefts.
"Are they still behind us"
"No, I think we lost them"
"Hell yeah"We both cheer before a police car pulls up behind us and chases us with it's sirens on"Oh, shit"we say in unison
"What should I do"
"Try to out run him" Suddenly two police cars appear in front of me causing me to push down on the brakes.
"I don't think that's going to happen" I sigh out as I turn the car off. All of the officers step of out their cars while pointing their guns towards the car.
"COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!!!"One of the car's megaphones announce. I look over to Chez as he starts to climb back up to the front.
"'Call N and D.' 'No, want to hear it Spanish'"I mock him from earlier. "Idiot"
Diem's POV
I wish there was a way I could help out the gang. It's not like they're in trouble but I want to be apart of it, not the whole violence and stuff but the behind the scenes type stuff. Maybe I should talk to Dalen about it. But he wouldn't like it. Maybe I could talk to one of the other guys. I mean, they're all the leaders of the gang right? Maybe I should talk either Chez or Erik because they'll be more willing to let me do things and they will most likely-
"Diem!" I blink a before looking up at Nick
"Yeah?"
"You okay? You spaced out just now"
"Yeah, sorry about that, what were you saying"
"Dalen's birthday is in a week and we're throwing a party for him. It's going to be here and the whole gang is going to be here"
"T-the whole gang?"As in, all criminals? I'm going to meet them. Oh my god, I'm going to be meet a gang. What should I do. Should I act tough? Should I get a tattoo? Should I-
"Yeah the whole gang is going to be there. Don't worry they won't hurt you"
"How can you be so sure"
"Because, your Dalen's girl. And no one messes with Dalen's girl. Now we need you to keep him busy for the day"
"What? How am I suppose to do that? I don't have a car, I'm the worst at entertaining people and my dad is finally home so I can't bring his back to my house. Plus if I act suspicious he'll know something is wrong-"
"Diem, in case you haven't notice, all you have to do is be in the same room as him and he will be distracted for hours"
"Are you sure because I-"The door to the office opens and Dalen walks in"Because I know for a fact that the egg came first. And there is no way that you can say other wise because eggs originated from-oh hey Dalen"
"Hey, what's are you guys talking about"
"Apparently the chicken and the egg"Suddenly my phone goes off. I pull in out of my back pocket"Who is it"
"It's a unknown number"
"Don't answer it, it could be a hacker" D and I turn out heads to Nick"What, it's a thing"
I shake my head as I swipe to answer the call"Hello?"
"School spirit! Thank god you picked up."
"Erik?"
"Yeah it's me. Look do you know where Nick and Dalen are?"
"Yeah, they're right in front of me"I pull the phone back at the number and don't recognize it, which is odd because I have Erik's number saved"Erik, who's phone are you using, where are you"
"You see funny story. Chez and I went to McDonald's and Chez got this thing called the McGangBang, i know, it sounds gross. Then as we were leaving this car was following us and we got into a high speed chase blah blah blah Chez shot one of the cars tires and then the cops chased us down and one thing led to other and now we're in jail."
"Wait what!"
"Did you not hear what I just said, I said Chez and I went to McDonald's and Chez got this thing called the McGangBang, it sounds gross, I know, Then as we were leaving-"
"No I heard you. I mean what do you mean you guys are in jail?"
"What!" Nick and Dalen shout in unison. Dalen takes the phone from my phone"What did you idiots do to get arrested?" There's mumbling"Okay, we're heading over there now"Dalen hands me back my phone"Stay here"
"What no, I'm coming"
"Diem, you have no reason to go there. Just stay here"
"I'm starting to sound like property again"Dalen sighs out before wrapping his arms around me and rest his forehead on mine
"Diem, please stay here, it's a way to protect you"He looks down at me with pleading eyes"Please just stay"I nod my head and hug him. Leaning up a bit to the crook of his neck, I place a soft kiss there"Be safe"
"Always baby"He nods to Nick before they both leave the office.
"Hello!?" I pick my phone back up to my ear"Come on hurry up I don't have much time left"
"Erik?"
"Yes,Diem I need you to tell Dalen something, it's really important before him and Nick bail us out"
"What is it?"
Erik explains to it to me and now I wish he spoke up about this earlier. And if it sounds as bad and Erik is making it, then I have to go help them
Erik's POV
"That guy has been staring us down for a while now"I look to the one of the other guys in the holding cell with Chez and I. He looks familiar. The tattoos and where they're placed. His bald head and bitch face.
"Isn't that Richard Fallon?"I whisper down to Chez while leaning into him
"Who"
"Richard Fallon, the guy who we worked with since our start and then cut once we realized he was stealing from us?"
"Oh, that Richard Fallon. What number does that make now"
"12"There are multiple people in here that we have put away. You see, we are in a 'holding cell' which is really a small pod where you wait before they take you to the back. And in this pod are some of our former workers and some of our enemies. So, i hope you can see why Chez and I are a bit on edge"I'm sure they're all waiting for the officers to leave to attack"
"Really"Now is not the time to be sarcastic. Soon the last officer leaves the area, leaving it unguarded. All 12 make they're way to us. Richard in front of all of them. He bends down to my level due to the the fact that I'm sitting down"Hey Rich"
"Don't 'Rich' me.
"Why not pal, we've known you for years now man"He turns to Chez as he talks"How are are the wife and kids, they still got a restraining order on you?" Richard grabs Chez by his shirt and yanks him up.
"I wouldn't hit him if I were you"I stop Rich before he punches Chez
"And why's that"
"Because, one slip of the tongue from either one of us and your sentence will be extended" I turn to all the other guys"All of yours" Frustrated, Rich drops Chez on his ass. Soon a officer comes in
"Um, Erik Chefman" I stand up and walk over to him. Please also call Chez. Please also call Chez. Please also call Chez."And Edward Fuller"Edward? Who the fuck is Edward? I look back and see Chez get off the floor and walks over to us. I stare at him confused and he just gives me a look that says 'don't say anything'
We follow the officer out of the cell and out to the front where we meet Nick and Dalen. "You've been bailed. We need you to sign a few things before you go"
After signing some pictures and having our hands finger printed, we all walk out of the station"Finally freedom. Oh that some nice ass fresh air"
"You're telling me"
"Okay, now why did you guys get arrested"Dalen doesn't want to show it but the slight tone in his voice exposes that he was worried about us. Whipped. We walk down the stairs to the curb and jay walk to our car parked in the ally
"I told you, we went to McDonalds and then one thing led to other and we were chased down by a car"
"And other thing led to other and we were arrested"Chez leans against the car as he finishes talking"Did Diem tell you guys"
"Tell us what"
I was about to answer when Nick was punched in the face and landed on top of the car hood. We all look over and see the Drakoln Brothers, all four of them.
"Landon"Nick wipes his face
"Nick"
"Mac"
"Erik"
"Craig"
"Chez"
"Robert"
"Dalen"
"So when did you punks get out"
"About the same time as these two went in"Mac points between Erik and I while we walk towards them so that we are right in front of them.
"Well, looks like you guys haven't even been there. None of you limping and crying in pain. I mean, did you guys even take it up the ass?"
"When are you going to stop letting people like this help run your gang Willis, i mean their literal children"Robert spits out
"Yeah, well you play ball like a girrrllll"We all look over to Chez for his random comment"The Sandlot? Ever heard of it"
"Idiot"Mac says under his breath but I still heard it
"Hey! That's my idiot you're talking about!" I punch him square in the face. It only takes him a second to respond before he kicks me to the ground. I look around and see the other guys fighting. Mac tries to kick me in the side but i catch his foot and twist it causing him to spin and layed on the ground . I get up and punch him over and over again in the face.
He tries to flip us and get on top but I hold down his arms with on hand and throw a hard right to his face causing him to pass out. I get off him and notice Craig attempting to slam Chez's head into a wall. I ran and tackle that bastard to the ground. He must have hit his head hard cause he didn't get back up"You good man?"
"Yeah, thanks" We walk over to Nick and see he has blood on his fist and some on his lip"You good bro?"
"Yeah"He turn his head to the side an bit"Dalen!"Chez and I both snap out head over to where Nick is facing and see Dalen on the ground bleeding looking the weakest he's ever been. Robert right on top of him holding a switch blade
"Dalen!" We all start to ran towards when Robert's head was thrown back and a fist came up from behind and punch in the throat then the stomach causing him to hunch over and to try and breathe. Only he didn't get to once he was kneed in the face causing him to black out. We all look up at Dalen's savior"Diem?!"
"Little lady, what did you just do"
"M-my dad taught me th-that if any g-guy tried to f-force himself on me, to just punch his throat and w-while they were down to hit their stomach and knee their f-face"Shaking she bent down to Dalen"D? Dalen open your eyes please baby"
"Come on let's get him out of here before the cops notice"Nick walks over and drags him to the back of the car
"Speaking of which, how have they not notice, the station is right there"Chez point behind us. I help Nick while Chez tries to calm down Diem. After getting Dalen in the car, Nick and Diem get in. You know all this fighting and finally being out of there finally made me solve the puzzle. I grab Chez by his shoulders before he can get in the car
"Your real name is Edward?!!"

This is my all time favorite chapter.
But in case you are wondering, the Drakoln Brothers are the Blonde Boys rival. Remember them cause they come up again later. Also,
Landon is Nick's rival. Mac is Erik's. Craig is Chez's. And Robert is Dalen's.
They are all brunettes and their back story as to how they tie in with the boy's will come later
