"I will take the punishment sir," Donny told Shar's dad.
"Why would you expect me to give you punishment?"
"I know you're against us, but please let us live our life with you also."
Shar's mom was really happy to see them again.
"Yes, I am letting you live your life with us."

"Sorry, but I am already giving them my blessings."
Sharlene hugged her mom and thanked her. Maria was in tears because she does not mean to bring heartaches to her daughter. She was sorry for what she've done.
Then, suddenly Chairman Peterson and his wife just appeared. Upon Donny heard his dad clearing his throat he immediately talked to him even with the presence of PShin.

Donny and Sharlene's Dad looked at each other eye to eye, then proceeded at the garden to talk.

"I'm sorry. I know our first meeting wasn't that good. I was so careless talking the way I did before. But here I am now, no matter how you will hate me for your daughter because of the pains she felt, I will always be here, I won't be tired telling you and prove that I love her this much."
"Do you know how much I love Sharlene?"
"I don't know, but I'm sure you love her so much."

Donny can't express her gratitude to what he heard. He just only let his tears fall because of joy. Maria hugged him while giving some reminders.

After the conversation of their father, Chairman Peterson called Donny.

Donny looked at Sharlene.

"I am too grateful to all that you gave me, everything. But I am always afraid to what will happen tomorrow, I can't just stand and watch the law firm fail."
"The firm is already free from bankcruptsy."
"Then, that's a good news dad. But I already spent my days having the spotlight. I believe it is the time to let go of it and start a new life."

"Appa, I want to have my own family with Donny."

"Donny, choose now either to be the next President of Peterson Law Firm and we will go home now or get married with Sharlene without expecting anything from us, especially from me?"

Friendship between So Hyun and Sharlene's mom was rekindled.
Sharlene resigned as an attorney to their law firm and likewise Donny planning to get married.
PShin and CPeterson knew about the plan of Donny and Sharlene. They even helped for the preparation of their wedding. Their fathers were friends and they did what they did to see and verify how Sharlene and Donny love each other. Since they passed all the challenges so they secretly made such effort for them.
But at the end, Donny and Sharlene, did not accept the offer of a very expensive wedding. For them, it's more enough to be with their parents on their special day.

They chose to live a happy life even without so much richness. They chose to live a normal life together away from stressing people and environment.
They went back to the place where there's no internet connection. They built their house near the sea and they prefer to live peacefully and happily.
Although they've never seen the same old woman again as they went back, happy they are that their dream to be together is the reason why they fought and never get tired despite heartaches and every struggle.

Sharlene and Donny smiled.

The old woman nodded.

Their very rich parents visit them twice a year. They are very happy to have grandchildren.
Once a year, Sharlene and Donny together with their children visit their parents in Seoul and once a year also to their parents in the Philippines.
Being a parent is challenging but Sharlene and Donny are always excited and happy to be the parent of their children.
