I accidentally switched from Izuku's P.O.V to Shoto's while writing this and was too lazy to change it so this is the end result. Enjoy two P.O.Vs in one.

As I was sleeping, I could feel myself withering. At some points, I was moving my feet constantly, trying to make myself more comfortable since I felt unbearably hot.
I slowly opened my eyes, clutching my stomach, and groaning. I felt horrible and the sweat that was coating my forehead and bare chest did nothing to ease the way that I was currently feeling.
Shoto was still sleeping and I didn't want to wake him up. Today was the day where we would see if the pack would be ours and more than likely, we succeeded. We got a lot of good feedback from the pack members so there was no doubt that the ceremony would be today. Our parents would be back as well.
I blew out a puff of air, forcing my way out of bed and made my way with trembling feet to the bathroom. My head was pounding and it only added to the pain. This didn't feel like heat and I wasn't producing any slick so I knew then and there that it wasn't.
Another groan left me and this time, I held over the toilet, throwing up everything that my stomach refused to keep down. I kept coughing and wincing at the disgusting noises and the way that my stomach felt. I couldn't help but do it again, gripping onto the toilet seat and letting my stomach continue to empty the contents inside of it.
I held back with a sigh, dragging myself to the sink after flushing the toilet so I could brush my teeth and wash out my mouth. I made sure to spray some air freshener to get rid of the disgusting smell.
My eyes traveled to the mirror and I looked entirely drained. I knew that Shoto and I were working hard since we really wanted to show that we were responsible. We did everything that we were supposed to do anyway so I was alright with it. We would get to rest for a bit anyway before we actually did anything around since the workload was doubled for the past week.
When I was finished brushing my teeth, I made my way back to the bedroom. It looked like it was around 5 a.m as outside was still a bit dark but was slowly getting brighter.
I crawled back into the bed beside Shoto. This action woke him up because he took a deep breath, wrapping his arms around me and gave me a small peck on my forehead. "Are you alright?" His voice sounded a bit groggy. I wrapped my hand around him as well, burying my face in his neck and nodded.
"Yeah, just feeling a little bit sick," I replied. Shoto hummed and I felt when his hands ran through my hair.
"Want to go to the pack doctor? I think you should. Your scent has changed as well," He started. "It doesn't smell like heat to me." I agreed with Shoto because it seemed like more than that. "Your gland is swollen as well," The Alpha rubbed his fingers lightly over my gland and it caused a whine to fall from my lips. It did seem like it was more sensitive than it usually is.
"Okay, I'll go," I told him and the Alpha hummed.
"We'll go after the ceremony once you don't feel as bad anymore." He added and I nodded, drawing myself closer to him with a sigh so I could to get back to sleep. My wolf appeared to be clingy to Shoto since yesterday so I found myself wanting to be constantly next to him. We had about three hours left before we had to be up anyway so I would be calm for quite some time.

Our parents were soon home as the ceremony was to take place soon. Everyone, in that case, was getting ready and wolves could be seen going outside to the front of the packhouse where it would be.
Izuku wasn't feeling any better but he insisted that we did it today. His exact words were 'we worked too hard for me to be puking a few times to mess this up.' I was in no position to deny him but I had told him if things had gotten worst that I would call off the entire thing. He didn't want to go to the doctor as yet also saying that it could wait until everything was over.
Just as I was about to go outside, I saw our parents coming in. Their bags were taken by some maids of the packhouse but they looked ready to go back outside to the ceremony that was about to start. When they saw me, however, they stopped in their tracks.
"Oh Shoto. You're ready," My mother said, walking away from the group and coming closer to me. A smile formed on my face as she hugged me, telling me how proud she was of me and Izuku for handling everything as she expected we would.
"Where's Izuku? Shouldn't he be ready as well?" It was his mother who spoke this time. A sigh left me at her words and I ran a hand through my hair. Izuku said that he would be done soon but the truth was, I didn't see him for about two hours.
Just as I was about to speak, a muffled voice cut me from doing so. "I'm here," As if on cue, we turned our heads to the source of sound to see Izuku standing there with a few nervous people behind him. All of them were holding some type of makeup, ribbons, and hair necessities in their hand. They were probably who were helping to get Izuku ready.
I raised an eyebrow at the way Izuku appeared to be after taking my eyes from the nervous people. His hair was untidy and dark circles were evident underneath his eyes. The yukata that he was wearing wasn't even on his body properly and a chocolate bar was in his hand that he was eating happily.
"We're sorry Superior A-Alpha but he wasn't really complying." One of the people said, making me sigh. Izuku huffed at what they said, continuing to eat the chocolate in his hand.
"Oh no my baby," Izuku's mother said as she ran up to him, cupping his cheeks. Izuku looked down at her, finally not eating the chocolate anymore as he let his hands drop to his sides. "What happened? Why are you not ready?" She questioned. I watched as Izuku took a deep breath in and I wouldn't deny that I was in slight shock when I saw his lips wobbling.
"I feel so t-tired and d-disgusting and I was throwing u-up the entire m-morning." Izuku began with a whine and the wolves behind him squeaked and looked like they were somewhat trying to calm him down. His mother seemed to be doing the most though, cooing at him and whispering stuff to him.
"My son is a big baby," Hisashi sighed, gripping his nose bridge with his index finger and thumb. At this point, I felt stuck to the ground, especially with the glares that were shot his way from both Izuku and his mother. I've never seen his mother look that way at all.
Hisashi looked startled at the looks but seemed more surprised at the words of Izuku. "A-Alphas annoy me m-mom," Izuku hiccuped as tears rolled down his face. I could only blink my eyes in surprise much like Hisashi from the way he went from being happy to crying as quickly. "Except R-Rei," He continued and at one point, I wondered what I did to him that he classified me as annoying as well. Even though I didn't show it, I was even shocked at the bad look that he gave me.
"I know I know," His mother said as she began to take him away. "We'll get you tidied up and carry on with the ceremony alright? Then we will take you to the doctor and you can sleep," Inko continued to coo at him as she carried him away, the three startled persons following behind the two of them.
My lips were parted and I was certain that I looked as perplexed as I was. "What did I just witness?" I whispered with furrowed brows as I rubbed my hand at the back of my neck. My eyes averted to my father who stood beside me with his hands folded and began to speak with a shake of his head.
"That's just the beginning." I raised an eyebrow at his words but thought nothing of it, shaking my head and making my way outside to wait on Izuku.
Izuku was finally here and the two of us were ready to claim the pack as ours. He looked much better than he did about half an hour ago and his scent appeared to be sweeter as well. It also surprised me how he was smiling brightly and holding my hands tightly even after calling me annoying earlier this morning.
I didn't have much time to think about it when I heard my name from my father who was standing behind me as Izuku's father stood behind him.
"The two of you proved that you are able to take of this pack." He began and Izuku seemed jittery, bouncing on his toes with a big smile on his face. "Now all that is left to do is one thing. Do you accept this pack as yours and the duties that will come along with it?"
Both Izuku and I looked at each other before speaking up. "We accept it as ours," We said in unison and our fathers carried on.
"Then I, Enji Todoroki,"
"I, Rei Todoroki,"
"I, Hisashi Midoriya,"
"And I, Inko Midoriya,"
"Are therefore relieved from these duties and hereby accept both Shoto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya as the new Superiors of this pack."
The howls of wolves could be heard along with cheers from people who remained in their human form. Izuku and I came closer together and I marked him again but this mark was more of a binding mark of the pack that was now ours. He did the same as well but we used our thumbs to wipe the blood that came from the action as our teeth pierced our skins.
We held back, the two of us smiling at each other as we felt a bigger bond now with everyone around us. Even though I felt a need to protect this pack, it seemed stronger now and everything seemed much closer to me.
Izuku hummed, running a hand through his hair. He parted his lips and it looked like he was about to speak up but it was quite confusing as his smile gradually dropped and his mouth seemed to fill with air.
Izuku slapped a hand to his mouth and ran back into the packhouse and I was sure that everyone was quite surprised just as I was since most heads had turned into the direction to which he ran.
I sighed, raising my hand basically telling everyone around that it was alright and followed after him. "Can the pack doctor please see us?" I questioned and I heard a 'yes Superior Shoto' as I continued to walk.
At least he'll be able to rest for a while in case his condition was too serious.
