Bethany's POV
"beth. beth wake up we have fucking school" gabbie said as she shook me awake
"uchh its too early" I groaned and pulled my sheets over my head - gabbie pulled it off and wacked me with a pillow
"you have to drive us - I choose Daniel's car , its a convertible!!!" she said and I laughed, I then slowly dragged myself out of bed and got changed.
I packed my bag ready - basically put my headphones and three cans of red bull in there - and then went to have breakfast , obviously toast again. I walked into the spare room
"you ready to go to hell?" I asked and laughed
"ready as ill ever be I guess" she replied. I had to grab Barnaby and drop him off at Corbyn's house because his mom is gonna look after him, I put him in the back of Daniel's car and prayed he wouldn't pee or puke in it because Daniel would literally kill me - Gabbie had connected to the Bluetooth before I even got in the car, when i started it our favourite songs started to play as i took the top down we were only in the car for 5 minutes before we got to Corbyn's. I leashed Barnaby and lead him to the door - I knocked and his mom answered
"Bethany!" Saskia said opening the door
"hey!" I replied
"ohhhh hes grown so much! hey Barnaby!" he barked at her and I smiled
"do you mind keeping him till tomorrow after school?" I asked
"of course darling" she replied and took the leash off of me
"bye!" i said and got back into the car, when it started gabbies music started again.
when we pulled up to school people stared and we could see them whispering about us, i dont like it when people talk about me so i shouted
"YES IM DRIVING A BMW CONVERTABLE STOP STARING"
gabbie laughed so much and i pulled a tongue at her and we walked into school together.
fifth period - physics.
"right miss Marais, your partner mr Besson has gone on some tour so ive had to bring another boy from his class - class this is mr Walker, miss Marais he will be your partner" i slowly nodded until i saw who my partner would be - it was the guy that Corbyn beat up at Christmas.
"oh hey pretty girl" he said and winked at me
"piss off Walker " i said and rolled my eyes i put my head on the desk and just stayed there, but it wasn't for long
"Bethany i need you to give me your number so we can work on this together"
" 1 . how do you know my name?" i asked
"your text book....." he said
i sighed " 2 . cant you just get my snap or something?"
"no i need to have your number - facetime"
"okay fine" i said and gave him my number, he texted me straight away and i rolled my eyes.
the class dragged on but at least that was my last lesson of the day. the minute i got out i called Corbyn and went to the bathroom to talk. he answered straight away
"babe are you okay?" he asked
"okay you know we had that physics thing we had a project together?"
"ohh yeah?"
"i had to get a new partner..."
"who is it?"
"that guy, that tried to hook up with me at Christmas - something walker"
"fuck... Bryce?"
"yeah Bryce - what do i do - i had to give him my number"
"okay baby its okay. What you need to do is only do the project over facetime - dont take him to your house , dont go to his house, dont meet him except for that class okay?"
"okay ... shit this is bad right?"
"it could turn out bad yes .... " he said "shit baby ive got to go - stay safe, i love you"
"i love you too"
when he ended the call i walked out and to "my" car and waited for gabbie - she had one more lesson so i had to wait quite a while.
an hour later
as i saw Gabbie walk out of school i got a text

"heyyy Beth" I jumped "shit did I scare you?" it was gabbie
"nah your fine" I replied and chuckled
"listen your gonna hate me but I need to go live back home - it's not that bad since I only live across the road it will be fine yeh?"
"oh yeh okay" I said - we didn't play music we drove in silence and I dropped her off, I didn't release but she watched me drive off and not drive into the garage.....
