Donny did not continue his trip to Korea.
He went to his friend Neon instead.
"Donny, it's too late, what brought you here?"
"I can't go. I can't go. I really can't go."
"I don't know what to say, but if you need help just ask me."
Donny gets inside his condo.
It is on time that his friend is watching international news and they watched about Shar's accident.
Donny switched off the TV.
"Donny, I'm sorry to hear about it."
Donny stayed at his friend's condo.
"Donny, are you not really going?"
Donny did not reply feeling so much sorrow.
"Donny I think you have to visit her for the last time."
"She's not yet gone. She's alive. I know she's alive."
Neon was frightened to how Donny reacts.
"Donny..."
"She's alive, she haven't said goodbye so she's alive," Donny insisted.
Neon thought Donny going crazy so he asked their family doctor to visit at his condo.
When Donny saw the doctor, he immediately made a response.
"I don't need a doctor. I only need a sleeping pills."
"Donny, please listen..."
"Neon, I'm okay, okay?"
"But how can I see you that way? I'm threatened, I feel like you're going to do something that will... that will..."
"I said I'm okay, if you insist your doctor then I'll better leave," Donny said then he quickly leave.
Neon followed him but he was not able to stop him.
Donny went to the airport where he usually waited for Shar before.
He seated. He seated and decided to wait until Shar will arrive.
He slept while waiting. Then Neon received a message.
(Go and get Donny back he's at the airport) with a picture.
Neon went immediately. It's true Donny was there.
Donny did not notice Neon as he get him back to his place.
Morning...
As Donny wakes up...
"Shar...Shar...Shar..."
"Donny, wake up..."
"What am I doing here? How did you know where I was?"
"Stay here. I will believe you're okay, starting today."
"Did you see her?"
Neon did not answer.
"Did you see her?"
"You eat your breakfast, I am going to my work."
Donny is puzzled why Neon was able to find him.
On the other hand, Donny's dad did not see him at the wake. He's worried to what Donny might do or been to.
He told his secretary to check Donny's location.
While on their way to the airport,
"Chairman, Donny did not come here. He is in Philippines."
"Trace his exact location."
"Yes Chairman."
Chairman Peterson is somewhat worried with how his son reacted about Shar.
[Why does Donny has to overreact about it?]
"Chairman, I'm sorry but we cannot trace his location. His cell phone is off."
"Then find another way."
"But sir Donny is fine..."
"How sure you are? Tell them to find him no matter what happens."
"Yes Chairman."
"Don't talk unless I told you to talk."
"Hon, I think you don't need to worry to much. Mr. Conio is right, Donny is okay."
"I saw how he overreacted the other day and now I found out that he just changed his mind, how could it be possible?"
"Hon, let's go home first. Then we will talk about that later."
"Mr. Conio, do as what I said."
"Yes Chairman."
On the other hand, Sharlene has to stay in a house where Chairman Peterson owns. It's a rest house near the sea.
"I don't know if I could go back as me or will forever live as Hara. What if uncle won't call me, will I stay here forever like an alien?"
Water from the sea splashes as Shar is walking at the seashore.
"Dad said, I don't know him. Dad said I have to forget he's my father so that when I see him, I won't approach him. Why do I have to live like this?"
Chairman found out that Donny is at Neon's condo.
"What are you still doing, go and get him."
"Chairman, what if Sir Donny won't come?"
"Just tell him I have to talk to him. But in case he is still hesitant, you don't have any choice but to force him."
"Chairman, shall we do it?"
"Of course. Hurry up and bring him here."
POV Donny
I did not voluntarily followed Dad's command. They forced me to bring me at his office. I was kidnapped by his men.
"Dad, please let me free this time."
His dad is afraid Donny's panic disorder will re occur so he decided to tell him the truth.
"Donny, do you really want to see her?"
Donny nodded.
"Visit our rest house near the sea. She's there."
"Dad, you think I will just believe you?"
"In every statement there is always true and fake, either you will choose to listen to any of that, it's up to you."
Donny did listen to his dad.
At first he did not see Shar but as he continue to stay there, and by believing she's there, he was able to wait what he's been waiting for.
"Donny."
Donny smiled widely and cried with joy to see Shar again and knowing she's safe.
Donny is saddened by the truth about Shar's situation yet happy that he will see her everyday.
In the celebration of Peterson Law Firm and Shin Law Firm there's a party organized by Peterson Law Firm.
I attended so with Shar or Hara I should say.
"Shar, are you going to the party too?"
"Uncle is hesitant to let me attend the party but I pled him so he let me."
Dad and her dad noticed something about me and Shar.
Her dad talked to me.
"Director Peterson, I heard you're a real asset of yoir firm."
"Thank you President for that recognition."
"Chairman, would you let Director Peterson to come and help my firm in Korea?"
"President Shin, I know you have a good mind in choosing who ro lead but that's my successor," Chairman replied.
"Chairman Peterson, I wish I could have an heir as well."
Then Chairman excused himself to talk to other business partner.
After that celebration, Dad and her dad requested a meeting for us.
Dad asked if we are in a relationship.
I was very happy to say yes but Dad and her dad suddenly go against it.
"Business is business. Let's not include love over business."
"Chairman, the more that I don't like their relationship."
"Sharlene, better to love someone who is not our business partner."
"You too Donny, you think I will let you, no, find someone else to love. Not our business partner."
If others are doing all they can to make their daughter or son fall inlove with the son or daugher of their business partner, Dad and her dad are different.
"But President Shin, have you forgotten what you said when you seem to throw me away just because you can't protect your daughter? And have you forgotten what you said that I am no longer your daughter?"
"Sharlene, no matter where you are and whatever I say or will you say, you are still Sharlene, and you are still my daughter."
"Uncle, please don't do this to us."
"I'm sorry."
"President Shin, please reconsider..."
"Love is love. Business is business," President and Chairman both said at the same time as they stood up and left us inside the conference room.
They have their united decision about not to include business into love. They said love is love while business is business and no one can change it.
