Summary: Peter has a field trip to the Avengers Tower but he isn't allowed to go.

Peter POV
I'm currently in my last class for today, chemistry, and I can't wait to go home and help my dad in the lab. "Alright, I want you guys to stay behind for a little bit because I have an announcement to make!" I hear my teacher, Mr Black, say right as the bell went. Everyone, including me, groaned, "We're going on a field trip tomorrow and the location is going to be told on the way there!! I want you to come grab a permission slip before leaving to classroom. Remember to hand it in before going on the bus tomorrow, no permission slip means no field trip"
I'm the last to grab a permission slip and my teacher says, "Actually Peter, you can't go seeing as you have been absent to many times.", I groan and pretty much race down to my locker. When I say goodbye to Ned I walked outside and got into the car in which Happy was waiting for me.

I walked into the common room and flopped onto the couch as soon as I was in the penthouse. "Hey Bud, how was school?", I hear my dad ask and I just push my face further into the pillow and groan. "That bad?" "No, it's just my class has a field trip tomorrow and I can't go because I've been absent to many times.." "Where was the field trip?" "I don't know! I would've liked to go on the tour.", my dad just smiled and gave me a hug. "You can stay home tomorrow if you want?", my dad offered and I hummed in response.

Peter POV
I woke up at 8 am and got dressed into my black hoodie and grey sweatpants. I went to the kitchen and saw uncle Steve making his amazing pancakes and my dad and aunt Nat sitting at the bar munching away. "Morning guys", I say and my dad stands up to give me a hug. "Morning Pete", Steve and Nat said in unison. Then all the other Avengers came in and choruses of "Morning" where heard as everyone sat down and began eating Steve's pancakes.
"Hey bud, how about we go work in the lab today??", my dad asks me, "Sure dad!", I say and me and my dad walk down to the lab.

Ned POV
I'm really bummed about the fact Peter can't go on the trip. I sit on the bus in front of MJ as I text Peter.

Chat: Peter, MJ and Ned
Ned: Hey Peter, we're really bummed you can't go on the trip..
Peter: Hey man it's okay, my dad said I could spend the day at home so it's cool.
Ned: OMG you're so lucky!!
MJ: Hey Loser, sorry you can't come on the trip.
Peter: It's okay, MJ
MJ: 😊

"Alright, we're going to THE AVENGERS TOWER!!!", cheers were heard throughout the entire bus and me and MJ gave each other a look saying 'Peter is fucked'

We arrive at the tower and everyone except MJ looks at the tower in awe. We walked inside and Mr Black walked up to the reception, "Hi we are here for the 9 am tour for Midtown High" "Yes, hello, I will get your tour guide and then you will start your tour", the lady behind the desk said.

Peter POV
"Hey dad, I'm going to train with aunt Nat before going to the lab, if that's okay with you?", I say as I stand next to my dad, "Sure bud, have fun" I give my dad a hug before going down to the training room with Nat.

"Okay, hit me again" I do as I'm told and hit again. We are now full on fighting as I hear something above me and Nat, in the vents to be precise, I step aside and pull Nat with me just in time when Clint jumps out of the vents. "HEY GUYS", Clint says with a goofy grin on his face and me and Nat burst out laughing after glaring at him. "Hey uncle Clint! Alright I'm leaving, see you later" "So I'm here and you're leaving? Okay, I see how it is", Clint says pouting and to be honest it looks very stupid, I grin and say "Why of course Bird brain, that's just how things are." I then run when he starts chasing me, both of us laughing.

"Hey dad, what are you doing?" "Hey Pete, just working on some things for the team. By the way, since you're here, could you go to one of the intern labs and go get me something?" "Sure, what do you need?" "Just some tools Bruce took with him when he went down to the labs" "Okay"

"Hey FRI, can you take me down to the intern labs?" "Of course, mini boss", I roll my eyes at the nickname and say my thanks as I get out of the elevator. I walk into the labs and find Bruce talking with someone, "Hey uncle Bruce, dad sent me down to get the tools you took down with you, he needs them" "Oh hey Pete, hold on let me go grab them, they're in the lab down the hall" "Alright, I'll wait.", I say smiling and walking to one of the cupboards, might as well grab the blueprints I need while I'm down here. "HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING OVER THERE?", I hear someone yell when I've grabbed the blueprints, "Nothing, I'm just getting some things for Da- Mr Stark" "Yeah right, who even are you?" "I'm Peter, I'm an intern here", I say deciding I'll go with my cover. "Sure you are, well I am the head of the interns, my name's Oliver and I have never seen you before", I decide I'd better go find Bruce, and just then Oliver grabs my wrist. "Let go of me", I yell and he just says "If you're an intern, you also have a badge, show it to me", I mentally curse because I left my badge in my room seeing as I don't really need it. "I don't have it here right now, I left it with Mr Stark" "Sure you have, let's get you out of here", he says dragging me down the hall to the elevator, just then I hear a voice I'd rather never hear again, Flash.
"HEY WHAT IS PENIS DOING HERE?", I look behind me and see my entire class standing there, I look at Ned and MJ and they just mouth 'sorry'. I roll my eyes and Oliver takes me down to the lobby. "Hey man, I've got someone who claims to be an intern but I've never seen him before, can you please escort him out?", he says to a security guard and I pull my arm out of his grip and try to run back to the elevator. Wrong move. "HEY KID, YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO GO THERE", I hear many guards scream and it just all gets too much, I wince and the screaming gets louder, and everything hurts. I fall down on the floor.

Tony POV
What is taking Pete this long? I get up and get in the elevator, just then FRIDAY calls out, "Boss, it appears mini boss is dealing with a sensory overload right this moment." "Where is he, FRI??" "Mini boss is currently in the lobby", when FRIDAY says that I immediately tell her to take me down to the lobby.

I get to the lobby and I hear screaming. That's Peter's scream. I also hear yelling and immediately know that that's the source of the sensory overload. I get out of the elevator and see my son on the floor curled up into a ball and multiple security guards yelling at him to stand up and leave the tower. As soon as I get out I yell as loud as I can without hurting Peter any more, "GET THE HELL AWAY FROM MY SON!", I run up to Pete and tell FRI to activate the Sensory Overload Protocol. FRIDAY tells everyone to be quiet and I crouch down next to my son, "Hey Petey, let's go upstairs ok?", I whisper and still I see Peter flinch and I hear him wince, "O- Okay..", he manages to say and I ask him if he's ok with me picking him up, he nods and I take him upstairs. Before leaving I give the security guards a look saying 'I will deal with you lot later' and I feel many eyes on me and Pete as the doors of the elevator close.

I place Peter down on his bed and pull the covers over him, I tell FRI to turn the lights off and make sure no noises enter the room, I place a kiss on his forehead and leave his room.

Peter POV
I wake up and my head hurts, I tell FRI to turn the lights on at 20% and I sit up. When I feel a bit better I get up and go to the living room where I see everyone on the couches and chairs. I feel everyone's eyes on me as I enter the room and immediately walk up to my dad. I sit next to him and curl into his side. "Hey buddy, you feel better?", I hum in response and bury my face into the crook of his neck, I feel someone sitting next to me and I look up to see Nat holding a plate full of Bucky's famous chocolate chip cookies. I give her a hug and grab a cookie. "Love you, Petey," my dad says, "Love you too dad", I say once again curling into his side but this time munching on a cookie. Then I hear choruses of "I love you Pete" and an "Love you ребенок паук" "Love you too мама паук"
