Her birth signified many things. Change, being the most important. The day she was born, many worlds shifted on their axis. Things were to be much different, definitely a struggle at times. Her birth signified loss, foremost. A mother had to give her life to bring another into the world. Loss would carry on throughout her life, crippling her at the worst of times. The sacrifice her mother made was one not many could, but it was one that would never leave. The small child changed many lives in her years. She had a grave impact on every soul she came across. Not one left without being touched. She was a star that twinkled bright in the eyes of the beholder, if you could look past her father's mistakes. She was a Black, from a family of purity and hate. She was a Black, but that did not mean she would meet the same fate.
