"No... don't run noo. Lenny stop ...." I called after my dog.
He wasn't listen to me and some how he managed to take off his leash.
"This dog drives me insane" I huffed.
"LENNY." I Said running
But he was thought it was a game.
I must of looked stupid chasing my dog all over the park.
Lenny had finally slowed down and turned to me.
"Lenny come" I called.
He stared at me then began to run back.
"Yes." I smirked.
He then came back and was extremely excited.
I put his leash back on.
"You stay with this on from now on okay." I said sternly.
"Come on, home time."
We started to walk when Lenny decided he would attack the guy in a hoody jogging along the path.
Lenny ran off with in huge tug and jumped on the man.
I of course fell flat in my face.
When I got up the guy was over at my side with Lenny by him.
"I'm sorry. " Said rubbing my head.
"Lenny never listens to me" I continued on.
"I'm surprised he was listen to you he doesn't really like strangers.
He shrugged
" dogs love me" he laughs.
He then helps me up.
"I believe he is yours" he says smiling.
"Thank you." I blush back.
He was kinda cute and familiar
"Seth btw" he said ..
Ok maybe I don't know him then.
"Carmen." I smiled back.
His face lighted up more as of he were trying to figure me out to.
"Thanks again" said before walking off.
I'm so stupid. why didn't I ask him something? Shit I always miss these moments.
" Uh hey" he said making me turn around.
"Do you maybe want to get a coffee or something ?" He asked squinting and rubbing his head.
"What'd you say Lenny?" I said.
He stared at me panting. Almost like he planned this.
"Sure"i smiled.
"Coffee sounds nice."
Lenny then started to walk his leash was now broken but he stayed closely in front of Seth and I.
"There a little coffee shop just up the path." he smiled
"Sounds great" I smiled back.
We walked in awkward silence
I ever so often took small glances at him a smiled.
The last time he caught me and smiled back.
I blushed turning away swifty.
"Have we met before.?" I asked boldly.
"I...I I mean- you just look so familiar. -- oh never mind." I said while tying Lenny to poll outside the coffee shop
He raised a eyebrow
I opened the door to get in a Seth walked in behind him.
We walked up to the line to order something.
he smiled again and this time he was smirking.
"I'm sure this is the first time were meeting unles-"
"Excuse me what you you to like to order?" I girl interrupted him.
"Uh just a medium coffee with two sugars and uh Carmen what would you like."
I turn away from him and stared at the bored
"Uh medium white mocha with whip cream" I said
"So 7.17 is your total."
I opened my purser I give him my shar-
" Keep your money it's on me" seth smiled again more cheeky than ever.
I smiled back at him.
"So.... Unless what seth."I said starting the conversation again.
"I still can't believe you don't remember" he smiled again
Was my distress a joke to him.
I pouted and sigh
"Noo I don't remember😑" I said slightly annoyed.
"I'll give you a hint. We were high school" he said
"High school??" I said.
He laughed again.
"You still don't remember" he frowned
"Seth if you really "know" me, you would remember that have have horrible memory."
"Alright Carmen... I'll tell you" he said
"But you think you remember your first kiss" he mumbled.
"Col- Colby WHAT THE HELL. You look ... your hair, it's long and the due, and your don't have your glasses."
He laughed "finally what happened to never forgetting your first kiss"
He pick up our coffees and handed me mine. Then we walked outside to get Lenny.
"I'm sorry it just you look-

"I was going for great, but better too." I laughed
I saw him shift uncomfortably.
"I'm joking" I said quickly
"Yeah I know."
I smile and took a sip of my drink.
I saw him take a quick glance at me.
"You still look the same" he said
"Thanks" I said slightly disappointed
I think he noticed.
"Mean you still look .... you still look beautiful." he said.

"I remember... you like some one else or are you're in a relationship" he said
"It was always something like that"
So it was true Colby Lopez. He did like me back then. He really meant those words, when he said he improvised for our drama scene it was a lie.
"And I go by Seth now." he said a but annoyed.
"You lier." I said smriking.

"Carmen what.. what are you even saying." he said.

Lenny barked agreeing with him.

"And if I remember correctly I was angry at you for kissing me in front of Danny puttery." I said back.
"Oh please. he got jealous and asked you out before I could." he said

"You wanted to ask me out" I said shocked.
"Yeah.. I had a huge crush on you." he said.
"But I'm over that now." he said quickly.
My face instantly frown.

"umm will I should be going" I said walking off with lenny.
"Bye uh col- Seth I mean"
I turned the other direction walk off with lenny.
Of course he would get over me it's been 4 years since we be seen each other.
Why would I think he still had feelings.
I know I have... It just that I wanted to tell him, but he wanted to wrestle so I didn't tell him how I felt.
"Wait" I heard his voice.
I turn around hoping he would say some thing.
You forgot Lenny's leash." he said handing it to me then turning around.
"Wait Colby.. " I said.
He ignored me.
"Really" I sighed looking at Lenny as he as Panting.
"Come on" I said running after him.
"Colby.... col- Seth" I shouted.
"What Carmen" he said turn around annoyed.
"Do you get it I'm over you" he said.
"But I'm not." I said before just into arms and pulling him in for a kiss.
