The scene shows Terranort and Lingering Will locking blades. Everyone was surprised to not only see the possessed Terra, but his sentient suit of armor.
Sora: the Lingering Will?
Ventus: the what?
Sora: Donald, Goofy and I fought him a while back. We never knew who he was, but he sounded like he was looking for someone.
Aqua: Terra?
Terranort: (jumps back) this is impossible!
Lingering Will: (walks towards him) how I've waited for this moment.
He stops walking and transforms his Keyblade into a whip that wraps around Terranort's, and uses the momentum to swing him around and throws him out of the window. Terranort dismisses his weapon and starts diving back down to him. The armor jumps outside, and surprising to everyone except Sora, Donald and Goofy, he transforms his weapon into a massive cannon and fires it at Terranort. The blast was powerful enough that it didn't kill him, but burnt his entire coat off, revealing Terra's original outfit. He then gives chase and they began clashing again.
Riku: what the hell?
Sora: that armor...was Terra?
Akame: a version of him. However, all I sense from it...is rage. One that won't rest until Xehanort is killed.
Ventus: (about to run after them) Terra!
Aqua: (holds him back) Ven, wait.
Ventus: but, we have to help.
Kairi: how can we?
All the sudden, alarms began to go off, and Sentinel checks the systems and sees Soulless attacking the city.
Sentinel: Terranort sent Soulless in the city. The people are in danger.
Riku: we need to contain the fight. Sora, Arc, Aqua, Ventus, you four go after Terra and the Lingering Will and try to lead them away from any populated area. The rest of us will help the city and stop the Soulless.
Everyone: right!
Arcturus then takes the three and runs them out into a forest near the city, then proceeds to take one of his grapnels and runs to where the two warriors were clashing in the sky. Arcturus then catches Terranort.
Arcturus: Lingering Will! (Armor looks at him) follow me!
He runs off to the forest and the Will turned his weapon into a glider and went after them. They made it to the forest where Arc tossed Terranort to the ground, and the armor lands and gets in a stance.
Terranort: (stands up and glares) wretched spirit!
Lingering Will: as long as Master Xehanort resides within you, you're a threat to Aqua and Ven.
Terranort: (mockingly) how noble. You would give up your life for theirs?
Lingering Will: you must be removed from existence. At all costs!
Hearing those words, the others gasped when they realized what he's implying.
Arcturus: he's going to kill him.
Aqua: if he does...
Ventus: both Terra and Xehanort will die.
Sora: (angered) that won't happen! We need to stop them. Arc, can you use Dragon King?
Arcturus: (checks the Drive Energy) it's still recharging. But, I have enough for a summon.
Aqua: alright. When you have an opening, use it.
They then hurried over and got in between them. Terranort summons his guardian and grabs the Will's head. Aqua and Ven knocked the creature off and started clashing with Terranort.
Ventus: Terra!
Aqua: look closely, it's not Terra.
Ventus: maybe not, but I'm still going to keep calling his name. We have to light his way home.
Aqua: Ven...
Arcturus: hey, guys. You might wanna hurry.
Sora: we can't hold him much longer.
Sora and Arc were restraining the Will, but Terranort started to push it over the edge.
Terranort: even after coming back in that hunk of junk, did you really think you could defeat me? You're nothing more but cursed being who will sooner die then prevail. And, your precious friends will soon join
Lingering Will: (red aura grows around it) your Heartless lackeys could not defeat me, the Organization could not control me, and you will not live to see the end of this day! (Roars in rage) I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!!!
The aura throws Sora and Arc off and he rushes in for the kill. But Terranort holds Aqua and Ven in hostage position. Despite his anger, Lingering Will hesitates enough for Terranort to use the guardian to knock him back. The creature then holds Sora and Arc before they recovered, and Terranort runs in for the kill. But just before he could, the armor pushes them aside and the Gazing Eye shatters his helmet.
Everyone: TERRA!!!
The armor then collapses into pieces, and disappears into light.
Terranort: (smirks) all that rage, and he still failed.
Ventus: (barely a whisper) no...
Clara: wait! I'm still picking up two life signals from him. Terra's still alive!
Ventus: then we'll bring him back.
Terranort: if it's darkness you're looking for, Ventus, then I have more than enough to go around.
Aqua: stop! Quit using our friend for your games.
Terranort: a Keyblade Master wielding your key in anger? Shameful.
Arcturus: you're one to talk, Jerkanort! After what you've done to them and Eraqus, you're a disgrace to all Keybladers! So, release Terra, now!
Terranort: you truly do sound like her. (Solemnly) Laura... (snaps back to being sinister)
Aqua: (readies Keyblade) we have unfinished business. I fell into darkness, and for ten years I wondered through the dark realm. Now...I'm finally here. And I want only one thing, with all my heart. (Filled with determination) Xehanort... I'm casting you out of Terra forever!
Sora: (everyone gets in battle stances) let's do this!
They engaged in battle. His attacks were strong, but they did find a few opens for attacks. Aqua and Ven did a Limit Break and Aqua channeled ice magic into Ven's Keyblade and he uses it as a board and spins it fast enough to trigger a strong blizzard attack. With him stunned, Arc uses the summon.
Arcturus: Warrior of the Night!
(Cue Gargoyles Theme. End when summon stops)
The sky begins to turn night, and in a flash of light, a stone gargoyle arrived. Then it starts cracking and it's eyes glow. The cracking increases before it breaks apart and reveals a creature with purple skin, dark hair, large wings, a brown tunic and claws. This was the leader of the Manhattan clan, Goliath.
Terranort: no matter who you summon, that beast will soon whine and die.
Goliath: a gargoyle doesn't whine. He roars!
He lunges at him and deals with punches and claw attacks. He also uses his wings to perform air attacks and landed on the ground, creating a crater. They keep this up until Arc triggers the finish.
Arcturus: Lunar Shockwave!
The two go back to back both gain a purple aura. They then roared and created a powerful force that dealt great damage the Drive then runs out.
Arcturus: thanks for the help.
Goliath: (smiles) it is the gargoyle way. (Returns to his world)
The sky returns to day and they attack again. Sora finishes him off with a form change and Terranort lies unconscious.
Aqua and Ventus: (runs to him) Terra!
The help him up, and Terranort spoke in barley a whisper.
Terranort: Aqua... Ven...
Aqua: Terra, please!
Ventus: come back, Terra!
Terranort then begins to hold his head in pain and it looks as if he's fighting with himself.
Sora: Terra! Your friends are here!
Arcturus: remember who you are!
Clara: (scans him) something's not... (eyes widen) guys, get away from him!
Too late. A dark aura bursts from him, and everyone is suddenly grabbed by dark chains. Arcturus tries phasing out, but is unable to.
Aqua: Terra!
Ventus: Terra!
Sora: you have to fight the darkness!
Terranort: (grins sinisterly) you'll never be able to break these chain. They are our bonds. (Shakes them around) you have no power over me! (Laughs)
Sora: stop, Terra!
Arcturus: this isn't who you are!
Sora: please stop it!
He stops, but Aqua and Ventus are passed out. He chuckles darkly, and begins to raise them up.
Terranort: farewell.
Arcturus: Terra, please! Remember who you are! You're stronger than Xehanort! Fight him! For Aqua! For Ventus! For Eraqus! Break free for them—
Terranort: (forces him down and chokes him) enough form you, Farron! (Beat) you seemed to have had a taste of the Black Dragon's power. It seems you should try more of the darkness.
Arcturus: wh-what are you—
Terranort: (blasts him with full force) darkness awaits you!
Arcturus: (screams in pain)
Sora: no!
Ventus: (weak voice) Terra... I kept my promise...
Aqua: (sheds a tear) I...I swore I wouldn't fail you, Terra...
The two drop to the ground, but the unexpected happen. The guardian rose from the ground, and catches the two wielders before they fell to the ground. Terranort was shocked at this, and to make him more surprised, he crushed the chains, freeing everyone and setting the two wielders down.
Terranort: how!? (Tries to summon his weapon) you fell to the dark—
He was interrupted when the guardian appeared behind him and grabbed his face. The shock makes him let go of Arc's neck and he coughs a bit and catches his breath. As Terranort struggles, the guardian grabs the wrappings around its mouth, and rips them off.
Guardian: (horse voice) one day... I...will...set...this...right... (holds Terranort out) one day...I will set...this right... (louder in Terra's voice) I will return to this land...
When they saw the guardian again, they saw Terra's form in a gold light.
Terra: and protect...my friends!
The heart shape hole from the guardian began to glow, and seeing this, Sora knew what he needed to do.
Sora: Arc, get outta the way! (Arc runs back)(summons and points Keyblade) Terra, now!
He fires a massive beam of light at Terranort. The guardian then begins to fade away as a orb of light remains. It was a heart, and it flew directly into Terranort, ad black smoke flew out of his mouth, and Arc got enough strength to jump up and destroy it, killing the Xehanort possessing him. When the light fades, they see Terra, back in his body and free.
Terra: (runs over to them) Aqua! Ven! (Crouches down and hold Ven up)
Aqua: (gets up) Terra... is it you?
Terra: (small smile) yeah. You never stopped lightning my way back.
Ventus: (opens his eyes) you're here...
Terra: I heard you too, Ven. (Tears stream down) you found me, just like you promised. Thank you.
All three were crying tears of joy, and got into a group hug. Sora and Arc smiled at the reunion. After everything these three have been through, it was good to see them back together. They then got up and walked over to the two.
Terra: Sora, Arcturus, thank for help us.
Sora: of course! It's what friends do.
Arcturus: we knew you'd make it back.
Clara: to add it to more good news, Riku messaged us and said the Soulless are gone. I'd say this is an absolute win for all of us!
Sora: alright! Let's head back to the others.
*HQ*
Terra was given a medical review, and after the docs gave him the all clear, they released him and he joined the others except for Arc, Lightning, and a few others. They went off to discuss something else.
Sora: how do you feel, Terra?
Terra: better. I don't feel any traces of Xehanort's darkness in me.
Riku: that's good to hear. (Offers hand) it's an honor to meet you properly, now.
Terra: (accepts hand) the honor's mine. I was right to pass the power to you. (Breaks handshake and turns to Sora) though, I'm sorry I didn't pass it to you, Sora.
Sora: it's no big deal. It all worked out in the end.
Terra: but, I need to apologize to all of you.
Mickey: Terra, you don't have—
Terra: I do. (Turns to Aqua and Ven) it's my fault Master Eraqus was killed. I lost myself into darkness and it tore our friendship apart. And, after he possessed me, (turns to the Destiny Trio) his heartless brought you three into this, (turns to Lea) his nobody hurt you and your friends, (looks down) and helped created a monster that effected Arc. (Looks back up) I'm so sorry to all of you.
Everyone looked at Terra in sympathy. It was bad enough that he felt responsible for what happened to Aqua and Ventus, but it was worse when he felt terrible for the others, and remembering everything clearly. Aqua holds his hand in reassurance and the others give him understanding looks as well.
Kairi: we don't blame you, Terra. The fact that you hold regret for any of that, shows just how much you care.
Donald: we're friends.
Goofy: all for one, and one for all.
Axel: yeah. We got each other's backs in this. Got it memorized?
Terra was surprised by their sincerity, but smiles in appreciation. Sentinel then walks over to them to give them news.
Sentinel: we have the equipment for the replicas all ready in the FireFly.
Mickey: perfect! We'll meet with Ienzo and figure out how to get the rest of our friends back.
Sentinel: good. We'll depart when Farron returns. In the meantime, Sephiroth has requested to see you, Sora.
Sora: what for?
Sentinel: all he said is that he wants to talk to you in private and won't say what it is unless you come alone.
Curious of what it could be, Sora agrees and follows him. Meanwhile, Arc was told some news that really took him by surprise.
Arcturus: Chelsea's alive?
Akame: yes. She, along with the rest of Night Raid and Jaegers, were found at the castle.
Arcturus: how is this possible?
Lightning: (pulls up the cosmic energy) does this look familiar?
Clara: those are the same readings from the Infinity Stones.
Arcturus: then that means...
Jaime: when you used the stones, they fed on your deepest desires. I don't know why your Dad wasn't effected, but, you brought Chelsea back.
Yuri: and, since you didn't have control over it, you brought back those other teams, as well.
Arcturus: where is she now?
Akame: we don't know. After we got everyone into recovery, she disappeared. We have no idea where she might be.
(Cue Caught in the Fire)
They then looked at Arc in concern. His expression was a mix between shock and fear. Not only did he learn that his sister's alive, but he also found out something new with arm.
Jaime: listen, buddy, I get it's a lot to take in, but we'll find her.
Arcturus: ...
Yuri: Arc, please say something.
Arcturus: (slightly scared) it's not just Chelsea I'm worried about. It's me.
With Sora, he entered the room where Sephiroth was kept and was sitting in a meditative pose.
A/N: for the rest of this, it'll go back and forth between Arc and Sora.
Sora: Sentinel said you wanted to see me. Well, I came alone, just like you wanted. So, what did you want to tell me?
Sephiroth: what do you know about Arcturus's Dragon King?
Sora: huh? Well, just that he was chosen by the White Dragon to protect the light.
Sephiroth: but do you know how he and Kuroi chose their vessels?
Sora: huh?
Sephiroth: they're chosen by the certain traits in their hearts. Kuroi through darkness, and Shiro through light. And every time, it was always one on both sides. But, something's changed.
Arcturus: my arm's changing. It...it's spreading more and more throughout my body.
Jaime: how long has this been going on?
Arcturus: since we left Monstropolis. And, every time I trigger it, it changes something in me. Now I...
Lightning: what?
Arcturus: ... I have wings now.
Sora: what changed?
Sephiroth: (stands up) at first I wasn't certain. I thought, maybe I was wrong about him. That, he truly is just Shiro's vessel. But, then I saw that transformation, and it confirmed my suspicions; Arcturus was chosen by Kuroi as well.
Sora: (confused) what? (Glares) that's ridiculous! Arc would never give into the darkness!
Sephiroth: true. But, that doesn't mean he's not capable of using it. Luckily for him, the power's only small, and has easy control over it. Even so, it leaves the question; where did Kuroi go?
Sora: Yen Sid said... Cronos is the Black Dragon.
Sephiroth: (smirks) correct. (Beat) listen to me, Sora, and this is of the upmost importance; protect Sho.
Sora: huh?
Sephiroth: you've noticed the arm changes, correct? (Walks closer to him) at first, it didn't have any effect, and he just had a normal dragon arm. But now, with both powers taking effect on him, it's spreading more and more.
Sora: what does this have to do with—
Sephiroth: (pounds on the glass) Sho must not be harmed!
Sora was surprised by this outburst. He then looked closer at Sephiroth, and for the first time since he ever saw him, he noticed something faint but noticeable in his eyes. A rare emotion that the One Winged Angel never showed; fear.
Sephiroth: he is connected to Arcturus. If the child is harmed, or worse, killed, then there's nothing that will stop the speedster from going too far.
Yuri: I'm sure you'll get use to them, and figure this out.
Arcturus: it's not the fact that I have them scares me. It's how they look.
Akame: tell us. What did you see?
Arcturus: I'm scared and confused. I was told I was Shiro's vessel because of my strong light, right? That means, I shouldn't be experiencing any of Kuroi power. So, I don't understand wh-wh-(yells) why!?!
Lightning: why what?
Sora: what's going to happen to Arc?

Sephiroth: if the child dies, the arm will finish spreading. When that happens and he become full dragon.
Arcturus: why are they still like this?!
Sephiroth: the universe will be destroyed.
Arcturus then shows them his wings, but instead of white, they were black with a dark energy pulsing through them. He ways breathing heavily and had a look of fear on his face. The others were just speechless as to what this meant, and Sora was letting Sephiroth's words sink in, and knew that if he didn't figure out how to stop Arc's arm before it was too late, he'll loose his friend and they're all doomed.

I was originally going to have them fight at the graveyard, but since the world's locked until the final battle, it wouldn't make since for them to arrive there, only to leave and not return for a while.
If you're wondering how the armor came to Future City, he followed Terranort and had planned to kill him to save Ven and Aqua.
Goliath's here! Fun fact, I was toying with the idea of having a Gargoyles world in the previous story, but I couldn't figure out how it would work, and settled to having a summon to replace the Sparta charm. His combat's the same as Beast's from KH2.
They have the replica equipment. Now, we'll save Roxas, Naminé, and Xion.
Arcturus now has wings. They'll return to the regular color, but this shows of what's happening to him, and draws closer of what this means for him.
Sephiroth will return. But, it'll be in a way that's very unusual for him.
