I have the decision to leave my job at Redbull as Max's PR, it wasn't an easy decision to make I loved my job but it was no longer right for me, I grew up with a heart condition but in the last, it had gotten worse,I had told Christian in January, as I was no longer able to travel,I was offered the job at the factory but I decided being home with my family would be better as the only option was a heart translate, which may never come.
Max's and I relationship, was romantic we never were public, we liked being private he was the funniest guy I had ever met and made me feel like a princess.
On the last day of Barcelona testing,I left a letter to Max, in his driver room I couldn't tell him face to face, I gave me a Christian,I agreed to keep in touch, keep him updated, he told me I was welcome back anytime.
Max POV
I had finished for the day,I walked into my drivers to get changed when I saw an envelope on the table,I sat down and opened it.
Dear Max.
I have decided to leave the team, as much I have enjoyed being apart of the team and being your PR,it has come time for me to move on, don't know what we were, but I enjoyed having spent the time I did with you, you made me smile more then most people have in my life. I have to tell you the truth the mean reason is as you know I have a heart condition, the last couple of months the doctors have informed me that I need a heart transplant and should stop traveling,I don't need you to worry about me, I hope you the best, I believe that one day you will be world champion.

I couldn't believe what I had just read, I felt heartbroken then I felt angry Christian surely had known for a while and couldn't even tell me. I stood up, walked out of my room and into Christian's office..
-Did you know Y/N was leaving?
-Max, calm down.

I sat down on one of the chairs.
-Listen, she came to a couple of months ago, when she found out I tried to make her stay,I offered her a job at the factory but she wanted to stay with her family till she is better,I know how close you two were and trust I tried to get her to stay.
