When a person asks me what happiness was.
I would probably say that happiness is at this moment.
The moment where I saw the love of my life, along with the newest love of my life.
Scratch that thought.
-LOVES OF MY LIFE 💜
Why?
Because at this moment I felt complete.
My FAMILY was COMPLETE.
You see after 3 hours of excruciating wait , I was blessed with the best news in the world.
As a father, it probably was the greatest news I have ever heard.
Care to ask?
Well, when the Doctor marched out of that DELIVERY ROOM, she was all smiles.
Meaning that every thing went well and that my wife had done an absolutely great job.
And to add to all that positivity, Doctor Yeon Soori announced that Lisa had delivered not one,
but two beautiful angels.
Yes, we had another set of twins.
A boy and a girl.
Man, I guess it truly runs in the family. Who would've thought that we'd get double blessings again?
And let me tell you when I freakin' ran to the Postnatal ward just to get a glimpse of my two angels.
And they looked beautiful.
Gosh, when my hyungs were able to catch up to me.
They found me in tears staring at what seems to be the future replicas of me and Lisa.
I was inlove.
They were tiny creatures wrapped in blue and pink.
I smiled at everyone.
This moments made me realize how blessed I was to have experience such a gift. And I'd treasure these two precious gifts no matter what.
Our parents were sobbing and in awe and they couldn't contain their happiness upon seeing the new additions to the family.
Just then the nurses told us that Lisa was already transfered to a private ward and is recuperating.
I left everyone there to go the love of my life.
There she was sleep soundly and evidently beautiful.
I held her hand tightly and squeezed it.
"You did it babe. God, how lucky am I to have you? " I stared at her beautiful face.
Just then her hands winced and she opened those gorgeous eyes of hers.
"Hi. " I said.
"Hey. What happened? Where are my babies? " She said with a smile.
"There in the Postnatal ward babe. Clearly we never knew that you'd be carrying another set of twins love. " I beamed at her.
She giggled at me.
"Are you ok? You tired? Do you need anything? " I asked her.
She smiled at me and motioned for me to come closer.
And I did. Only for her to kiss my cheeks and say "I love you Jeon! "
That made me kiss her on the lips.
"I love you more Lisa Jeon! You have no idea how much I love you. "
I looked at her and smiled. "Thank you for giving the kids to me. Thank you for being a great mom and thank you babe for being the best wife. I don't know what my life is without you. "
"You're so corny Jeon! But then, thank you because I wouldn't have Ella, Sky, Lia and the twins if it weren't for you. So thank you baby Jeon! "
Our moment was cut short when the door flew open revealing everyone.
The kids suddenly burst inside not minding their elders.
"Mommyyyyy!!!!" Lia ran and hugged Lisa.
"Mommy, are you ok? Are you feeling better? " Sky asked Lisa.
She just nodded.
While the eldest, came to me and hugged me.
She then beamed at her mom.
"Hi Mommy!" Then what caught us off guard was Ella bursting in tears and hugging Lisa."Don't scare me like that ok? Promise me. Pls. I love you Mom!"
Lisa just pinched her cheeks and smiled.
"Oh Ellie, stop worrying! You know Mommy always gets through everything. Stop crying! "
Everyone greeted Lisa and it was such a beautiful sight to see.
Just then,
The doctor entered the room.
"Hi Mrs. Jeon! How are you feeling?"
"I'm fine Doc.. thank you for everything! Uhm, where are they? Can I see them? " Lisa asked with a gleam of hope in her eyes.
"Yes of course. "
Then another doctor came in with a nurse. And the two were carrying two babies wrapped in a blue and pink blanket.
In that moment, Lisa cried. It looked she just saw a miracle.
Her eyes held love and hope.
She was happy.
And I was happy for her, for us.
Sh held the twins and looked at me.
I came closer and kissed her forehead along with the twins.
Everyone was silent until
"Wow! There so little. Look Sky, the babies look like me. " Lia commented as if realizing for the first time.
Everyone laughed at her comment.
To be followed.
"No, they don't. You're ugly, they are beautiful. There's a difference. " Snarky little boy. 😉 I guess he did get something from his Uncle Yoongi.
And in that moment, everyone bursted I. Fits of laughter.
"Mommy, they look like me? Don't they? Sky's being mean. " She pouted.
I couldn't hold back the smile because of the two kids. Then when I looked at ELLA, she was staring directly at twins.
She was silent for a minute and then..
"I'm going to name them Jeon Hyuna, and Jeon Junsu. " Pointing at his little siblings.
Then she looked at us as if she's asking for permission.
"Sure baby. You can name them. "
She beamed at us and then jumped with glee.
"She's looks like Rania and the little boy would be Kyle. Right? They are so cute. "
She went near the twins and spoke.
"Hi! I'm your older sister Ella, you better be nice to me ok? " Then she held their little fingers and kissed them.
Lisa and I were just looking at Ella. She looked really happy.
"Mommy , Daddy say hi to Rania and Kyle Jeon! "
This kid. She's always gonna be incharge.
I found Lisa staring at Lia and Sky to see their pouting faces. So I carried the tow little monsters to their mom, careful not to hit my little angels and then Ella squished everyone for a FAMILY HUG.
Ok. So maybe I should probably say that
TEAM JEON is COMPLETE!
