Chapter 30
Kane's POV
"How long are you going to be out for?" I asked,
"How long do you want us out for?" Joel and Wyatt asked.
"Well the whole day and night"
"That's cool, I was staying over at Sam's anyway" Joel answered,
"I guess I'm staying next door for the night then"
"You could stay with Cole Bro" I told him,
"Yeah, good shout, I'll ring him" he said "What's this all about anyway?"
"I'm treating Rics today. I'm going to pamper her, cook her a three course meal, I think she deserves it"
"Well make sure you treat her right" Joel said,
"I can't believe you even said that" I walked out then called "See you guys tomorrow, oh and Joel if you see Trent tell him to stay at Della's"
"Joel...I can't believe you even said that" Wyatt said to Joel, he smiled and they walked off together.

Lyric's POV
Yawning I sat up, rubbing my still tired eyes, the bed felt empty. I looked at where Kane should be led, he wasn't there. The whole house seemed to be deserted, well it felt that way and I hadn't even left the bedroom yet. I slipped out of the bed and went out the bedroom.
It was eerily quiet.
Kind of freaky if I was being honest. I made my way cautiously downstairs,
"Baby girl is that you?"
"Kane where is everyone? It's so quiet," he came into view,
"They've all left for the day and night"
"Why?"
"Because I don't need a reason," I looked at him, "Are you hungry? Because I made breakfast"
"I'm starving" he smiled,
"Good" he took my hand and led me into the kitchen, a plate of steaming hot pancakes stacked so high which was layered with tons of maple syrup and chocolate sauce, on the side there was sausages, bacon and strawberries and OH MY GOD,
"I LOVE YOU," he laughed,
"I LOVE YOU TOO," I ran over to the table and sat down, picking up my cutlery and digging in. Kane joined me with his own pancakes which were a little less extravagant then mine,
"So what's all this in favour of?" I asked between mouthfuls,
"Why do I need a reason for? Why can't I treat my beautiful, gorgeous fiancée and soon to be Mrs Riley-Turner to a lovely relaxing day?"
"God what did I do to deserve you?"
"You deserve the best and I am the best," I rolled my eyes, but agreed,
"Indeed you are"
...
After breakfast was finished, Kane led me upstairs,
"I brought you some face masks to do" I laughed,
"You bought me facemasks"
"Yep. Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and mint 2 packets each,"
"Are you going to do one too?"
"If you want me too,"
"Please...I'll put yours on and you can put mine on"
"Deal"
5 minutes later
"Have...You...Seen...Yourself...In...The...Mirror" I laughed
"I don't know what your laughing about, have you looked at yourself" he told me, I looked at myself and burst into more giggles, which set him off too.
"Let's stand on the balcony and scare people" Kane suggested,
"No" I laughed, "And you'd actually be seen looking like this. I still can't believe you agreed to it"
"Yes. I don't care and I'd do anything for you Baby girl, surely you must know that by now"
"I do, but we're not scaring people on the balcony. Pictures though" I ran off to get a camera, "These are totally being shown at the wedding," he laughed,
We posed a lot and took tons of photos. Oh we're so cool,
"I think we should wash it off, my face has gone like rock solid and it's hard to talk" Kane said, this was true, I tried not to smile at Kane's attempt to talk, so we ran to the bathroom to wash it off. This ended up turning into a water fight, where in the end we were both soaked, giggling we changed into some dry clothes, our faces were totally softer though,
"Your face is so soft" I told him, running my fingers across his cheek,
"Oh My God your face is so soft too" he said, touching my cheek, I grinned, he leant in for a kiss then said,
"Because I know how much you love Supernatural I thought we could watch a few"
"Aww you'd watch them with me even though you moan when I say how totally sexy and cute Dean and Sam are"
"Yes," I jumped on his back and he carried me down the stairs then plonked me on the sofa, "Are you hungry yet from breakfast? Can you eat some gummy bears?"
"Gummy bears" I squealed, he laughed,
"I take that as I can eat some gummy bears," I nodded, he walked out and I stuck on supernatural,
"What do you wanna do, poke her with a stick? Dude! You're not gonna poke her with a stick!" I said the same time as Sam did. We were watching 'Playthings' and they were in the attic where the grandma was sat in her wheel chair looking freakily dead, Sam jokily said about poking her with a stick to see if she was alive and Dean gave him the look to say 'yeah' and he was like, dude you're not gonna poke her with a stick...Ha...love it.
"You know all the words" Kane said,
"No, don't be stupid I'm not obsessed" I replied, once that disk had finished I stuck in another.
"Don't start it yet, can I get you a drink, milkshake?"
"Mmm milkshake, yes please. I'll come help you though"
"NO you won't, you stay there I'll get it, don't start it without me though"
...
He came back 10 minutes later and handed me a tall glass of vanilla milkshake with cream, chocolate shavings and a fresh cherry on top. He knew I hated the glacier cherries,
"It's made with vanilla ice cream, fresh cream and vanilla pod thingy's which I found in the cupboard, oh and vanilla thick yoghurt" he said, I took a sip,
"It tastes like heaven, absolutely delicious. How come you can make a mean milkshake but can't make brownies?" he laughed,
"I can make brownies and like I said yesterday, I'm going to make you a three course candle lit dinner tonight,"
"I can't wait" I said sipping the milkshake and pressing play.
...
Sam: "Dean, there's ten times as much lore about angels as there is about anything else we've ever hunted."
Dean: "Yeah, you know what? There's a ton of lore on unicorns too. In fact, I hear that they ride on silver moonbeams and they shoot rainbows out of their ass!"
Sam: "Wait, there's no such thing as unicorns?"
"I love that part" I said, after quoting it word from word, Kane looked at me shaking his head.
Classic, so right basically things are happening like people killing bad people and stuff like that and it's said it could be Angels and Dean believes in none of that...he doesn't think there is good...so back at the motel Sam is trying to convince Dean that they are real. So yeah!

After spending about 2 and a half hours watching Supernatural I thought we best stop. Kane's been an Angel letting me watch it, I know it pained him when I kept going on how fit, cute and gorgeous Dean and Sam were. Though after a while I kept saying they were all cute just to annoy him. So he retaliated by saying,
"Oh she's sexy"
"What Ruby?"
"Yeah Ruby"
...
"She's smoking hot"
"Bella"
"Yep"
Too bad it didn't annoy me, because I knew he was retaliating.
So it was now 2pm
"Do you want to go for a walk on the beach?" he asked,
"Okay, sounds good to me," he got up and put out his hand, I took it and we walked out. It was really hot outside, the sun was beaming down.
"I'm going to go change, it's too hot"
"You're too hot," I smiled and ran off. I slipped into some red Hollister shorts and put my black bikini top half on, then put on my gladiators. When I ran back outside I noticed Kane leant against his car topless. His six pack and body was so...drool...sorry...amazing. God he was so sexy it was unbelievable. Honestly I swear I don't deserve someone like him,
"My body decent enough for you?" he asked, obviously he'd seen me staring, I blushed, he laughed "How long have we been together and you still blush, your adorable"
"Kane...Baby, why are you with me?" I asked, he looked at me
"What?"
"Why are you with me? I mean, you're so bloody amazing, your handsome, cute, sexy, so funny and protective, kind, down to earth. I'm just a plain 19 year old. I'm 3 years younger than you. I have so many flaws and I just...you can have anyone you want, there's a ton of people who are much, much more beautiful than me...so..." he took my hand,
"I'm with you Baby girl because I love you more than the air we breathe, you are the most beautiful, kindest, caring, gorgeous, sexiest girl...no wait person I've ever met...age is merely a number Baby girl, no one in my eyes are a scratch on you, don't you ever forget that okay," I felt tears in my eyes,
"I love you"
"I love you too silly, now come on," he led me down to the beach, and we led together on the sand, well I led on him and he put his arms around my stomach. I shut my eyes.

"If you two lie there any longer you'll turn black," we sat up and opened our eyes to see Angelo standing over us,
"You look like an Angel standing over us" I said, Angelo laughed,
"I thought you two had been beaten up and left for dead. I saw you led there and you haven't moved since an hour ago when I came to surf, so I thought I'd best see if you were okay" he said,
"Thanks for your concern" Kane said,
"No worries, I best go see what Xander's up too, see you later"
"Bye Angel," he smiled,
"Bye beautiful...see you Kane"
"Yeah...bye...bye," we watched him stroll off then Kane said,
"Xander's living with him,"
"Yeah, he took in him, them being good mates and that"
"Oh..."
"He'll probably want to meet up with you and you know, finish what he started"
"Shut up" he laughed, hauling me over his shoulders,
"Let's go for a swim" he sang running to the sea...which was pretty far out "3...2...1..."
SPLASH...
"Ahhhhhh, cold, cold, cold" I squealed.
"It is cold, but it's refreshing" Kane said then laughed at me. I splashed him and then swam off,
"Oh it's like that is it" he called darting after me.

"Did you really kick my brothers and Wyatt out of the house for the day?" I asked, I was sat on the kitchen counter kicking my legs whilst Kane was looking through recipes for our three course meal,
"I didn't just kick them out for the day. I kicked them out for the night as well"
"What and they agreed to it?"
"Well Joel said he was staying at Sam's anyway, and I told Wyatt to stay at Cole's, don't know where Trent was but I told Joel to tell him to stay at Della's"
"You're awesome"
"I know"
...
"Baby girl your starter awaits" Kane called. I'd been watching more supernatural as he banned me from the kitchen. I entered the kitchen and he led me out to the decking, the table was laid really neatly with a black, red and white colour scheme, a pretty idyllic candle piece was set in the middle of the table lit. I sat down and in front of me was a black glass bowl of prawn cocktail; the prawns were led on top of a dark green crisp lettuce. The sauce was rich and tasted so sweet and the prawns were so delicate on my tongue. I finished it off with a sip of the finest white wine which silkily flowed down my throat, it was so smooth but had a subtle tang to it.
"That was delightful"
"I'm glad you enjoyed it, the best is yet to come, you can go back to your boys now. I'll call you when the main course is ready" I laughed,
"Okay Baby. I'm coming boys" and I danced off back inside the house to the sitting room diving on the sofa.
"But you didn't shoot the deputy" I said with Dean. "I shot the Sheriff, but I didn't shoot the deputy" I then sang.
...
Before I knew it I was sat back outside and Kane had plated up in a large red bowl, pasta and meatballs sprinkled with parmesan and topped with a sprig of basil,
"It's all freshly made, including the pasta," he said, I dug in. Words to describe this dish are to amazing to fit into my vocabulary. The meatballs had a gooey mozzarella inside and the taste of them was like a mini explosion in my mouth. The pasta was gorgeous, homemade is the bomb, the texture, taste, it was just perfect. The sauce well, think of your favourite food and times it by a billion and it still won't be as good as the sauce over the pasta and meatballs, this was untouchable.
"Why in hell aren't you a bloody chef Baby? You could have your own chain of restaurants all with Michelin stars by now and why in the whole time I've known you you've never cooked for me"
"I'm not a chef because, well I don't know...it's not what I want to do and I've never cooked for you because you've never asked," I pouted,
"You're going to be cooking for me a lot more from now on" I said,
"Anything for you Baby girl"
I helped him clear the table even though he didn't want me too, he said that we would eat the pudding on the balcony.
"I'll wash and you dry"
"You go and sit down and I'll wash and dry,"
"Okay," I said and started to wash, he lifted me up and carried me out of the kitchen "Kane unfair. I'm only helping, I can't expect you to do all of that washing, drying and clearing away"
"You can and you will"
7.30pm...
"This is so tasty" I said with a mouthful, we were snuggled up on the sofa out on the balcony, Kane was feeding me the pudding he made, chocolate millionaire shortbread cheesecake. It's honestly mouth-watering to say the least.
"I'm glad your taste buds approve," he replied, feeding me another mouthful, the chocolate and caramel together was like fireworks hitting every taste bud and the crumbly shortbread topped it off to a tee.
"Are you trying to make me fat?" I asked,
"You fat...never," I laughed. We both ended up finishing the pudding and led there stuffed,
"I'm going to tell your Mum that you cook like a professional and have been keeping a secret," he chuckled,
"You do that Baby girl..."
"I will and she'll probably say I'm lying"
"She will say you're lying, she thinks I'm useless at cooking, that's why she's always cooked for me"
"No more, your 22 years old Kane, a big boy. Mummy is now banned from cooking for you and I will tell her"
