This chapter might be a little short
Time: 12:07pm
Gerard's point of view
"Fuck" a voice called out "I don't know what to do" the voice said again. I was still asleep but I could hear everything. I slowly sat up to see frank and ray staring at the tv. "Frank?" I said, my voice groggy. "Shit-" he said as he turned around to face me "what's going on?" I asked when his face went blank "Gerard remember when we were at the gas station in the bathroom with..." he stopped trying to think of the name "bob?" I told him and he nodded "they found him dead...today, he hit his head very hard on the sink but they found my fingerprints everywhere and blaming me for his death. He told me with no emotion which kinda scared me. "Why can't we tell the police that it was self defense?" I questioned as he looked down and told me "I'm currently "missing" and just killed a guy, if they find me they'll bring me back to my mom and bring me into questioning about..bobs death and my mom will make them believe that I killed him. We are just gonna keep moving, just don't worry about it I'll take care of it"
"Are they gonna take you away..?" I said with my voice breaking. "Don't worry about it" he said and kissed my cheek.
Time skip because I'm lazy
We stayed at rays for a couple days, I liked ray he was cool he also played guitar and helped me learn a bit. Frank said it was time to go though because he wanted to lay low for awhile. Frank and I climbed into the car as he gave ray his goodbyes and exchanged phone numbers to keep in touch. "Bye Gerard" ray said as he waved goodbye "bye ray, we'll keep in touch" I said as I waved. Frank started up the car and drove off "I liked ray.." I told frank "I know babe..you knew you were getting close" he said as he rubbed his thumb over my hand "we'll get to the next town in a couple hours" he almost whispered, I looked at him then looked back out the window "was there something you wanted to tell me?" He asked looking over every once in awhile "I just wanted to look at you" I told him, smiling and blushing just a bit. "I know this trip is gonna be kinda boring and we are basically running from the cops-" frank said but I cut him off "No this is what I wanted, to be with you, going everywhere all the time, this is what I wanted." He nodded "I know" he said as he put his hand back on the steering wheel. "I know"
We were driving for awhile, every time frank saw a cop he got paranoid I wouldn't blame him, I would've been paranoid too. "Frank?" I asked "yeah" he said without any emotion "is it okay if I take a nap?" I knew I wouldn't care but I still asked "yeah, of course" he said as I leaned the seat back and closed my eyes and slowly drifted too sleep.
Dudes I'm sorry for making this chapter short and I really haven't had much inspiration to actually write shit. Alright thanks for reading I guess, I'll work harder on the next chapter.
