I did find my way to class that day, but I was very late.

Day after day you called me names, you laughed at me.
You started off very simple, then you started to get physical. Not only that the angrier you got, the more I hurt.
What are you angry at and why did you pick me?
I ask these questions because I'm wide awake, I'm trying to sleep but all I see is you in my nightmares.
I'm scared, I'm drifting off to sleep now but I'm fighting to stay awake.
I fail.
My eyelids feel heavy, I'm drifting off to sleep. I think it's because of the lack of sleep lately.
It is quite hard to sleep when you're in pain.
