Wendy didn't respond to Kotori's question. Kotori's lost her patience and grabbed hold Wendy's clothes. She asked Wendy the same question.

-Yesterday after Kato's incident-
Wendy: Hihihi. Tomorrow is the day! I can't wait!
Dark Rose: Ara-ara. Welcome back, Wendy.
Wendy: Hmm?
Wendy saw Fallen Knight was badly injured. She asked Dark Rose what had happened to him.
Dark Rose: He almost killed the Twin Fate. Even though I warned him about it.
Fallen Knight: You had to open your big mouth!
Wendy: Why would you do that?!
Fallen Knight: It's none of your business.
Wendy: Tsk! Answer me!
Dark Rose: Ara-ara.

Wendy was about to attack Fallen Knight but was stopped by Dark Rose. Dark Rose told them to calm down and not to fight with each other. Fallen Knight stood up and walked away from them.
Dark Rose: Wendy-chan. You know the deals right? You don't intend to break the deal we made right?
Wendy: Tsk. I know!
Wendy then walked away from Dark Rose and went somewhere else.

Wendy: I don't.
Kotori: Liar! You're one of the Overlord's people! You came here so you can gather information to kill Kato and Sako!
Wendy: ?!
Wendy grabbed Kotori's hand strongly that caused Kotori to feel pain. Wendy then invited Kotori to go to the Dark Zone to settle everything.
Wendy: Fight me. If I win, you'll have to stop bothering me. But if I lose, I won't show my face in front of you ever again. Come.
Kotori:...
Ifrit: Kotori-sama, you should not—
Kotori: I made up my mind. I'm going to settle this once and for all.
Wendy opened a portal and entered it followed by Kotori.

Sako: Thank you for coming!

Sako: Hihi.
Koneko: Sako! I sensed Ifrit's power at the Dark Zone. It's Kotori and... Wendy.
Sako: What?! Kireina-chan! Take care of the customers for a while. I need to go somewhere else.
Kireina: W-Wait! Sako-san!
Kato: Hmm? Where is Sako going too?
Kazuma: Kato. Fenrir just told me that he sensed Ifrit's power along with the power when we met Kirisaki-san.

I went after Sako and saw her entered the portal to the Dark Zone. I quickly entered the portal before it closed.
-At the Dark Zone-
Kotori: Grah!
Wendy: You're weak. Why do you even accept my challenge if you know you don't have a chance against me?
Kotori: D-Don't underestimate me!
Kotori released a giant ball of flame towards Wendy, this made her take a distance away.
Wendy: That was close. But her power just increased. This is getting interesting.
Kotori: I'm going to win, and make sure you won't ever show yourself anymore!
Sako: Two of you, stop this at once!
Kotori: Sako-chan?
Wendy: What do you want, Kato-sama's twin sister?
Sako: Why do you guys have to fight? We're friends right?
Kotori: I've never recall someone like her being my friend! She was the one who put you and Kato in danger! She's the reason Kato got injured! It's all her fault!
Sako: Tori-chan—
Kotori: Shut up! I don't want to hear anything else! I'm going to put an end to this!
Kotori charged up her power to release a powerful attack towards Wendy. Wendy did the same thing. Sako tried to persuade them but they just don't want to stop. They intended to kill each other.
Wendy: I'm going to make Kato-sama's mine.
Kotori: In your dreams!
Right before they launch their attack, Kato appeared between them.
Kato: Stop this at once!
Kotori: Huh?! Kato?
Wendy: Kato-sama.
Sako: Onii-chan?
Kato: We got a school festival running right now! Are you trying to make our classmates mad at us! What are guys even thinking? Trying to kill each other? This is nonsense! Kotori, are you trying to become what you don't want to be? A killer?!
Kotori: K-Killer...?
Kotori and Wendy stay silence for a while. Kotori put down her axe and her hands on the ground while crying. I slowly approached Kotori's side.
Kato: Kotori...
Kotori: Stay away from me! Don't come near me! I don't know who I am!
Kato: Idiot. Are you trying to make a joke right now? You're Kotori. My childhood friend. We've known each other for a long time. You're our class rep and club's president. You always scold me, humiliated me, and even hurt me. But I know, you do that because you care about me. When I was injured, you told me to go to the infirmary. When I was in trouble you are always there to help me. Without you, I might not be here anymore.
Kotori: *sob* But, but...
Kato: But what, Kotori?
I slowly approached Kotori and hold her hands. Her hands were hot and burning mine's but, I endured it.
Kotori: But I wasn't there when you were in trouble yesterday! You got injured and it made me feel guilty! If only I was there, it won't turned out like this. *sob* *sob* I hate myself!
I hugged Kotori as tight as I could even though her flames were burning my body.
Kotori: Huh? Kato?
Kato: Even if you hate yourself, I'll always love you, Kotori.
Kotori: K-Kato?!
Kato: You heard me. I love you. Thanks for taking care of me. I appreciate it.
Kotori: Kato... I... I...
Kato: *collapsed*
Kato fell on the ground unconscious. Kotori was shocked and called out Kato's name repeatedly but it seems there was no response from him. Kotori then noticed burn marks on Kato's body.
Kotori: No. What have I done?
Sako: Onii-chan! –Started to run towards Kato-
Koneko: Sako-chan stop!
Wendy: To-kun...
Kotori: No...
Kotori wailed after she saw Kato was hurt by her actions. Flames around her began to grow and burn everything. But, before it gets worse, Kotori was knocked out by Karasumi. Kotori slowly lost consciousness and finally landed on Kato's body.
Karasumi: *pant* *pant* I made in time. But...
Sako: Onii-chan! Onii-chan!
Kato:...
