"Yes, Bi, and why do you have to say it like I'm a pile of garbage and he's a millionaire?" I crossed my arms and turned my face slightly away, faking anger
"Because he is a millionaire? Not saying you're garbage, though" Biana informed me
"Wait, actually?" I asked, my interest peeked
"Okay, no. But he's pretty rich, he has a famous dad, he wrote some fancy nerd book thing and did this study about how the mind and the heart are connected? I don't know, too science-y for me. And his mom is a semi-famous actor. She's been in a couple big movies as supporting roles. All villains, which I find interesting" As Biana talked she had pulled up a magazine cover on google, featuring a tall dark blonde lady and a slightly shorter light blond man. Both of them looked stern and cold, nothing like the Keefe I had met. As I studied the photo my phone buzzed violently, almost falling off the bed. I snatched it before it could, looking at my screen and seeing an unknown number

I stared at the text for a second, and could feel Biana reading over my shoulder
"What do I say?" I ask her. She's good at talking to boys, she should know
"I don't know! He asked for your phone number!" Biana points out. Ah, damn her and her reasonable logic. I decided to reply with a
Better. Now what do you actually want?
I mean, it's slightly rude, but to the point.
You're cute when your feisty. I just wanted to make sure you're okay. Concerned classmate, remember?
Really? I'm buying that about as much as Elwin did.
Despite my self, I'm smiling. It feels good to talk to Keefe. Natural.
"Ohhh, that smileeeeee. I smell romance!" Biana teases me
"There's nothing to smell. I just met the kid, and besides, the way you talk about him there's no way he's into me." I defend
"Whatever. I'm just gonna be over here, watching my little girl grow up" Biana wiped fake tears from her eyes and sat down on her bed, pulling out her phone and quickly loosing interest in me.
I carry on light conversation with Keefe for a while before realizing I've been talking for almost two hours and it's time to eat. I tell him I have to go and make a small dinner, eating before going to bed, like the grandma I am.
"Wake up! You're supposed to help me with history this morning, rememberrrr?" I awake to Biana's face a foot from mine.
"Yeahokayokay" I mumble and sit up slowly, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. It's a Saturday morning and I promised Biana a study sesh after breakfast. I need food in the morning before brain can work. Well, food and coffee. After I get up and do my usual morning routine, I put on some black leggings and a tie dye t-shirt, throwing my hair into a ponytail. I shove some toast and eggs that Biana made me into my mouth and grab my textbooks, notebooks, and laptop in a whirl before bi shoves me out the door and to the library.
Lesson one when studying with Biana: you have to make it interesting. She has a super short attention span and will lose interest quicker the a goldfish with ADHD. So that's why I was singing a song about WWI when I felt hands come over my eyes and block out the world. I'm jumpy, but this was something I'm used to because of dex and fitz
"Guess who?" I recognized the voice, but it didn't sound like the guys
"Fitz?" I asked, he was the safer bet
"Nope" the voice replied, and Biana decided to give me a oh so helpful hint
"Sophie, its the love of your life" she stage whispered to me
"Oh! Hi, Keefe" after a second Keefe burst out laughing and I thought about what had happened "wait! No it's not what- I didn't mean... how do I put this?" Biana had joined in with his laughter and now had her chin propped up in her hand, her face saying 'I'm going to love to see you try to explain this' while she giggled
"You're not the love of my life!" I yelled at Keefe
"Shhhh, Sophie. I would expect more from you" mrs.Greta shakes her head at me, making me blush at the ridiculous situation
"Biana likes to tease me, and the only reason I said that was because she was making fun of me after I told her about yesterday, so I knew she meant you, even if I don't think you're the- okay I'm going to stop saying those particular words, but you get it" I rambled, really trying to stop while I was ahead.
"I'm not the love of your life?" Keefe clutched his heart in fake hurt " and here I was, planning our wedding" he shook his head "I found a venue that's just to die for! And I'm assuming you're the maid of honor?" Keefe turned his attention to Biana
"Of course I am! And I'm helping you plan. I know Sophie like the back of my hand, so I'll know what she likes. I can also give you a few pointers" Biana winked at him
"Biana, no. Bad Biana" I told her. It would be scary if these two ever teamed up against me, which I guess they where. Slightly
"Biana, yes. Goooooood biana!" She said back to me, nodding vigorously "and I think he's a keeper too" she stage whispered at me again, not so subtly starting at Keefe.
"Hear that foster? The friends like me, that means I'm bound to stay!" Keefe wrapped an arm around my shoulders grinning "I think we'll get along just fine, after the wedding ceremony" this situation couldn't get any worse. And then it did
"Sophie?" A boy asked from behind me
