The way his hand wrapped itself around her waist, it gave her back chills. They walked further away from the ballroom, until the lights were no longer visible to their eyes.
It was the moonlight that gave them the enjoyment to see the glowing flora and fauna in the garden, fireflies glowing in the dark shadows of the trees.
His emerald eyes focused on her pale skin, which seemed to be more beautiful up close in the rays of the moon, her blue eyes wandering from a moonflower to another.
"So... Is there more to Prince Aiden than his amazing dancing skills?"
The Northern prince seemed to be in a daze. His locked gaze on her face snapped him awake after hearing her question.
"You're a natural as well, my queen. You were the one who led me in the first place. How come you declined the others' offers, then?" Aiden asked.
"You, didn't answer my question, Prince Aiden." The queen chuckled.
Aiden breathed deeply, "Well, I'm just an ordinary prince of the Northern Isles, I like fencing, I am the only child. And... I might as well describe myself as cold."
"Cold? I would even go as far as describing you social."
"You don't know me yet, my queen. And to answer your question earlier, I would add a few, important things. I am a rebel, I rebel against my own father, who currently rules the country. I've spent more than fifteen years protecting my mother from his abusive clutches, got enough bruises, and had spat enough on people to prove I'm the coldest person in my kingdom."
"He once offered me all a thief could ever ask for; towers of gold, bronze, and silver. He tried to steal my senses, tried to fool me to believe he changed. But I'm more than that, my queen. I never wanted those, I never wanted to be next in line for the throne. I just wanted my mother to be safe from his hands."
Elsa smiled at him, sitting on the fountain.
"Wow... You sure need to let it all out, hmm?" She smiled.
Aiden looked at her oddly.
"I know just the thing you need."

After following the Queen to a small clearing by the port, he was getting more curious and curious by the passing moment. But the excitement in his heart grew as he realized, they just escaped from the boring summit ball! It was a mischievous thing the composed queen could do, surprisingly.
"Aah, aah~" She suddenly sung a melody.
(The tune of the call in Frozen 2)
Nothing happened to the surrounding.
"Aah, aah~" she sung louder.
This time, the flesh of the fjord suddenly began to glow. Rising from the deep depths of the waters is the water spirit, the Nokk.
Its glowing eyes stared into Elsa, motioning for her to hop on.
A wave of leaves suddenly circled the queen, earning laughs from her, "Why, the wind had decided to grace us with its presence, no?"
The great majestic water spirit nodded.
Meanwhile, Aiden couldn't believe his eyes. The noble steed had risen from the flesh of the seas, made out of pure water. His jaw never wanted to close at the moment, his eyes fixed on the majestic water horse.
"Beautiful, isn't he?" Elsa smiled.
"I couldn't agree more. I have never seen anything so... Magical, before." Aiden shook his head, "What are you doing-?"
Elsa pressed her forehead against the majestic water spirit's, its body turning from water to something similar to snow. It galloped greatly in the rays of the moon, now wildly motioning them to hop on.
"What are you waiting for? Hop on!" Elsa laughed, mounting the water spirit fearlessly.
Aiden excitedly hopped on the horse, surprised he wasn't getting anything wet. "This is more exciting than I thought..."
"I agree with you."
She pulled the reins of the horse, signaling it to gallop. The horse neighed, galloping, and running forward. The Nokk danced around, prancing around the fjord, as the wind played along with them, making occasional waves of water around them.
Aiden wrapped his hands around Elsa's waist, the water environment around them made him think he might fall. Sensing his worry, Elsa comforts, "Don't worry, the water spirit is one of my closest friends, he won't let you fall!"
Aiden blushed, "Excuse me, I am not afraid of the water!" He yelled.
"Oh, are you?" Elsa smirked.
Elsa pulled the reins of the Nokk, making it suddenly halt. The stopping force was so great, Aiden almost fell off. He kept a tight grip on Elsa's hand, preventing the fall.
Elsa's eyes widened at the gesture, signaling the Nokk to return to the port. The Nokk obeyed, bringing the two of them to the wooden deck.
"Bye, Nokk. Until I summon you again." Elsa nodded.
The Nokk bowed its head, returning its flesh to water from snow. It dispersed from its form, disappearing in the water.
Aiden laughed, scratching his head, "That, was fun!" He exclaimed.
"I have to agree with you, Prince Aiden. That sure was a good time to go for a ride."
"Yeah... It was a great ride, because you were in it." Aiden admitted, rubbing the nape of his neck. A deep blush graced his cheeks, his emerald green eyes staring at her icy blue ones.
Elsa's lips found themselves on his cheek, kissing it for a quick moment. "Thank you for tonight, Prince Aiden. It was great getting to know you. To more weeks and forward?"
"You know, Elsa, why didn't you tell me that you have a Kristoff of your own already?"
Aiden's eyes widened, his hands wrapping around the Queen's, finding himself hiding from the... What is it, exactly?
Elsa doesn't know on which one should she focus on; Aiden's grasp on her hand, or how Olaf just sprouted out of nowhere.
"Olaf!" She nervously giggled, her cheeks experiencing a burning sensation.
"Ooh, who is this guy, Elsa? And why is he holding your hand?" Olaf said with a bit of utmost teasing.
"Uh... Aiden, this is our most delightful snowman, my creation. Olaf, you startled us!" Elsa giggled, approaching the snowman. The snowman motioned for Elsa to bend down to his height, whispering to her once she did, "To be honest, he looks a bit mysterious. Is he a prince?"
"Yes... "
"Is he handsome?"
"Yes... "
"Is he attractive?"
"Of course.."
"Is he your own Kristoff then?"
"Yes... Wait, what? Uh, no, no, Olaf, I should really separate you from Anna sometime!"
"Ooh, not yet, you mean?" He teased.
"Olaf!"
"Fine, you win this time, Elsa. Hmm, come to think of it, maturity is driving me a bit out of myself, does it not?" Olaf chuckled. Elsa nodded, rolling her eyes good-naturedly, "Yes. It does. He's just a friend, Olaf. Just, a, friend."
Olaf looked at her strangely, "Why does it look like you're unsure of that?"
"Oh, look at the time. I'm sure the ball must be done by now, is it, Prince Aiden? Run along, Olaf. I'll meet you in the morning?"
"Sure thing, Elsa." The snowman replied, "Bye Prince Aiden! Goodnight, Elsa! I will walk away and hide the fact you're perfect for each other!"
Elsa facepalmed, earning a laugh from the prince.
"Well, may I escort you to your room now, my queen?" Aiden bashfully offered his arm.
Elsa smiled, her cheeks rosy, taking his arm, "You may."

"Thank you for the ride earlier, my queen. It was good to feel the wind again." Aiden said in gratitude, letting the Queen go in front of her bedroom door.
The door opened a slice, unnoticed by the two.
"You are welcome, Prince Aiden. I look forward to seeing you again."
"Oh, uh, please, call me Aiden. Just, Aiden. Let's cut the formalities, shall we?" He took her hand, pressing a chaste kiss on it.
Elsa's blush went deeper.
"We shall. Goodnight, Aiden."
"As to you, Elsa."
