He was knighted after he solved a huge political issue between Silverbell and Dwarnia, the country of dwarves. His achievement saved Silverbell from war.
Not only that, but he currently has hundreds of achievements regarding magic discovery and technological advancement. He's known across Silverbell as the smartest man to ever grace the world.
He is an absolute intellectual monster.

When I looked up, I could see Sir Maddy constantly repeating my name while spitting out giggles and laughs. It was almost like...a pedophile?
"Ehehehe~ Cordelia~ Hehehe~ Cordelia~ Little girl~" the royal tutor said with a strange look in his eyes.
I shuddered.
I do not feel safe at all with this guy in the same room as me.
Even Ash, Grey, and Ace had the same thought as me. They all stood between me and the man as if they wanted to protect me.
I appreciate their help and all, but I am able to help myself.
"Ahem...So when are we going to start our lesson?" I asked, interrupting Sir Maddy.
"Oh~ You want to know? Ehehe~ We can start~ Little kids~ Learning magic~ Learning martial arts~ Learning moooreee~" he said with a chuckle that resounded throughout the whole room.
"Are you sure you guys want to start now? We can play some gam-" Florence tried to say with a smirk before I cut him off.
"I want to start learning now!!!" I yelled.
MAGIC. NOW.
Florence laughed and clapped his hands twice.
"We can start, Sir Maddy!" Florence said to the royal tutor.
In a split second, Sir Maddy's craziness intensified.
"Wahahahahahahaha~ So much fuuuuuunnnn~ Weeewooooo..." Sir Maddy said with more enthusiasm than before.
...Great.
Sir Maddy came over to us and began to rub our heads.
"Brains~ Brains~ Brains~" Sir Maddy said with a laugh.
What the heck?! Where did the pedophile personality go?!
I want the pedophile back.
While Ash, Grey, Ace, and I were awkwardly watching Sir Maddy do his...thing...Florence was nearly dying from laughter.
"Uhh..." I said to Florence.
"Basically, this guy is too smart that his brain and body can't physically keep up. So, his personality is a little warped," Florence said with a sigh.
Yeah...um...this guy is a genius...?
"Is it even possible to be too smart?!" I questioned.
...In this otome game world, there are plenty of geniuses. After all, every male lead is a genius.
So why is Sir Maddy the only one that is "too smart?"
"He is insanely smart...trust me. I can't even keep up with everything he comes up with..." Florence said seriously.
"So what...? He's like ten times your age!" I reasoned.
I know Florence is a genius...but that doesn't mean he is the smartest person alive.
"Trust me. This guy's IQ is insane. Every once and a while, he will predict the future after hundreds of calculations and possibilities..." Florence said slowly.
"Yeah...and?" I said without understanding what he was trying to say.
"Every single prediction he has made so far has been 100% true. He even predicted the exact day I would be born...15 years before my parents were married..." Florence said with a sigh.
...Woah...I want to be able to do that!
"EHEHEHEHE~ I'm so smart~ Predictions are too easy~" Sir Maddy said spinning in circles with his arms out.
"One day, I'll be as smart as you!" I promised him.
"Good luck~ Young child~" Sir Maddy said while hugging himself.
Suddenly, Sir Maddy rushed to the door and skipped away.
We all assumed that he wanted us to follow him, so we left the room too. The five of us followed him to the castle's courtyard.
We lined up next to each other and were all ready to finally practice. I looked around the entire area and lost focus on what Sir Maddy was saying at some point.
"Cordelia~" Sir Maddy said to get my attention.
I turned to Sir Maddy, but the moment I looked at him, he disappeared.
What?!
Where the heck did he go?!
"Hehehe~ I'm right behind you~ Pay attention~ Or else you'll be punished~" Sir Maddy said right behind me.
"AH! Woah! What?!" I yelled.
How in the world did he get behind me so fast?!
"Ehehehe~ Focus~ I'm not very patient~ Okay?" Sir Maddy threatened me cheerfully.
"Y-Yeah...of course..." I said.
That was freaky...
Sir Maddy...he's the real deal...
"Demonstration~ Demonstrations~ Demonstrate!" Sir Maddy said with a jump in the air.
He told us to show off our powers in front of each other to see where we were at.
The problem was...everyone knew magic except for me...so...this wasn't good.
Florence went first and showed off impressive fire magic. He created a fire that was as big as a normal house. He also obliterated a tree with his lightning magic.
Next, Ash walked up with a little bit of nervousness. He walked through a tree to present his stealth magic, which was super cool. He could barely use his plant magic though.
After Ash went, Grey calmly used his shadow magic to pick everyone up. Then, he spun everyone around in circles as if we were rag dolls.
Grey was laughing and having fun as he was doing this, of course. I, on the other hand, was definitely not having fun at all. He finally placed us on the ground after a bit.
Then, Grey snapped his fingers to create a ball of poison that floated in the air. Then, he threw the poison, using his shadow magic, at a tree. The tree died instantly.
When Grey finished his presentation of evil, Ace decided to go next.
Let's just say...Ace is OP. In one moment, he used every type of magic he could at once. Humongous spheres made of fire, ice, water, lightning, wind, and etc were floating around him.
It was so shocking that everyone literally gaped at him.
"C-Can I have him?" Ash said with wide eyes.
"No! He's mine!" I said clearly.
There was no way that I would give away my OP familiar to someone else!
Finally, it was my turn. Obviously, I was nervous.
I don't even know how to use magic! Why am I still going?!
"U-Umm...I don't think I should go..."I mumbled to all of them.
"Eheheheh~ Go~ Go~ Go~ Show off~" Sir Maddie said with a laugh that echoed throughout the world.
"A-Alright then!" I said with fake determination.
I stepped up in front of all of them and tried to control my breathing.
Then I held up my hand in an embarrassing anime-magic pose. Alright...uh...what do I do next?
In my mind, I thought of water magic.
The first thing that came into my mind was the image of bubbles.
I wonder if I could create a bub-
*Plop*
...Huh?!
Sitting cozily on my nose was a small bubble.
It was incredibly tiny, but it was there.
I-Is this MAGIC?!
Needless to say, I was freaking out.
I CAN USE MAGIC!!!!!
WOOOHOOO!!!!
As I was celebrating in amazement, I heard some chuckles from the guys.
...
...Oh, shoot...this is embarrassing.
Ugh...after the boys showed off genius-level magic...I created a bubble the size of sand...
"Just...Shut up," I said with embarrassment.
"Aww...It was so cute seeing you so happy though," Florence said while shaking from laughter.
"I-It's okay, Cordelia...Pfft" Ash said as he fell to the ground laughing.
"Milady...forgive me for laughing at...this..." Grey said with his lip twitching.
Ash just sighed and went to my side to pity me.
Ughhhhh...
Why can't they all just stop...
"You guys are prodigies, okay?! I've just started...so cut me some slack for once!!!" I yelled at them.
"It was awful~ It was absolutely awful~" Sir Maddy said while stomping around.
Great. Even the tutor thought it was bad.
The boys are going to use this moment against me for the rest of my life...
"Well, what should I do?" I asked with a sigh.
"What should you do~ What should you do~ Relax~" Sir Maddy said while accurately giving me multiple pointers.
For some reason, he was able to teach me properly even though he didn't talk clearly...
"So I just need to relax, have a strong imagination, understand the magic I'm using, and to focus?" I asked to be sure.
"Yes~ Little girl~ Yes~" Sir Maddy said with a giggle.
"Hmm...I guess I can try..." I said with a little doubt.
Would this actually work? There's no way that my magic could improve with only these things...right?
Welp.
It was worth a shot.
I stepped in front of everyone and decided to try again. I had little hope that my magic would work though...
...But...I still wanted to try.
I really want to learn magic.
So...Hmm...maybe this time, I'll try to use my ice magic...
First...I needed to relax...
I slowly breathed in and out of my lungs to calm my racing heartbeat. It was hard to calm myself, but soon, I could feel all of my muscles loosen up.
Next...I needed to imagine my ice magic...
I imagined how cold ice was...I imagined how slippery it was...how clear it was...how solid it was...how it could be carved to form an ice sculpture of anything in the world.
Then...I needed to understand my magic...
What do I want to do with my ice?
I want to...shoot every male lead in the face for making fun of me...with the sharpest, coldest, and most brutal piece of ice...
Now...all I need to do is to focus.
I could hear the wind blow and every cell of my body feel the world...
...Wow...being focused is cool...
Finally, I was ready to cast my magic.
Hehehe...run away boys...
I held one of my hands just like a gun and got ready to shoot.
Throughout my arm, I could feel something like energy surging to the tip of my fingers. I could feel the temperature of my fingers drop and I smiled.
In one quick movement, I shot my magic.

"Why should I?!"
"It's getting hard to keep up with you."
"I'm not tired though! Let's continue going!!"
"This is why I said that it would've better if I took the lead."

"But you might get lost again," Ace said with a sigh.
"No way! There's no way I'll get lost again..." I yelled behind me with a giggle as I continued to run away from the castle behind me.
Right now, I am 9 years old.

I've been alive for a long time in this world, which is a pretty big accomplishment.
For the past few years, I have been training with the male leads under Sir Maddy. In my opinion, we've become very strong.
I've also become a lot faster at running. I can even use my water, ice, and creation magic. I can't use my illusion, destruction, or copy magic yet though...
I'm not the best at controlling my magic either...sometimes, I forget that I shouldn't use 100% of my magic power all at once....
But one day, I will be able to use my magic any way I want! Besides, my physical abilities have increased thanks to some harsh training, so it's okay!
Luckily, throughout the past five years, I wasn't able to meet the fourth male lead, which was kind of surprising since I met the other three male leads pretty quickly.
I'll probably meet him soon, to be honest...
"Milady, if we keep running away, we'll get in trouble. You always get lost," Grey said as he followed me.
"I don't wanna," I said stubbornly.
It's incredibly boring to stay in the castle all the time, so I prefer to run away!
Grey sighed and talked to Ace as we ran.
If you were wondering, all of the male leads, Sir Maddy, my father, and a handful of other people know that Ace can talk now.
I decided that keeping Ace's ability to speak as a secret was too hard and boring. So, I told everyone about Ace when we were all together.
Speaking of Ace, he has grown much bigger. He is now three times larger than he used to be.
I think that one day, he will be as large as a bus...which is kind of scary since I always tease him for being smaller than me.
Not only has Ace grown, but everyone else has grown too. They are slowly becoming just like the male leads in the otome game.
I just hope they won't grow to hate me just like they did in the game...
Also, the two dumb gods, Shai and Gadia are still hanging out in my head. Their attitude towards me has slightly changed after a while. They became...more casual(?)
By the way, the room in my head is now filled with technology, luxury beds, and etc. that I created using my creation magic.
Thanks to the gods, I can even watch anime from Earth on the TV's I created in my head! Seriously, the room in my head is the best place you could ever imagine!
I sighed.
In the past five years, so many things have changed...
...BUT THE MALE LEADS STILL HAVE THE SAME PERSONALITY!!
Florence is still sadistic.
Ash is still a tsundere.
Grey is still evil.
Ugh! Why didn't they change at all?!
I sighed again.
I guess that I'll have to deal with the stupid male leads some more...
"Wait...do you guys know where we are?" I asked when I stopped running.
Whoops. I got lost...again...
AGH! Why do I always get lost?!
Grey and Ace sighed as they looked at each other.
With a small chuckle, they both led me back to the castle.
...Apparently, my personality hasn't changed either...
