"Me too" I said to the lady opening the gates to the park
"Mii sista!" Ace and Tony yelled waving wildly as I walked towards them
"Mii bruddas!" I laughed waving back
"Bruddas!" Delilah squealed peaking at them from behind my legs
"Baby Dee" Quincy got down to her level opening his arms, she gladly ran into him giggling.
"Hi" she smiled than began talking in her own language
"Wow really?" Quincy asked shocked, nodding she continued talking. "I can't believe that"
"Where's my Tj?" I asked texting Elijah back
"Right here" looking down I smiled at Tj hugging him "that's my cousin?"
He pointed to Delilah with a confused look.
"Yeah?" I said questioning it myself
"Yes, that's your cousin" Montana told him "go say hi"
"Okay"
"Hey Tana" I gave him a side hug watching the kids interact
"Wassup"
"So where are we going first?" Messiah asked putting his arm around my shoulders
"The kids side first, unless y'all want to take turns watching them" Quincy shrugged standing up
"Not it" everyone yelled in unison leaving me and Quincy as choices
"Mookie, I wanna go on that" Tj came and pulled me in the direction of the baby swings
"Moe!" Delilah pulled my other hand in a different direction towards a train ride
Damn, the kids picked me
"Bye sista" Tony waved as the kids dragged me to kitty land
"I'll come with you" Messiah said picking up Tj
"Awe my bestie, your the best" I pinched his cheek smiling wildly "I love you dude"
"I love you too, even though you don't call me no more"
"I've been busy with Delilah—you know what? Let me catch you up on my life"
We spent the next two hours discussing me and all the choices I've made. The kids wore themselves out at the playground section of the amusement park. Tj's asleep in Messiah's arms and Delilah's asleep in mines.
"So to sum everything up, your taking a year off college and when you went to New York on your business trip you met Dave East? Yeah I don't believe it"
"I'm forreal, I met him and his girlfriend Aaliyah"

"Got any pictures?" Messiah asked not believing me
"No but Dm him and ask about me, I'm telling you we've met and became friends"

"Bro I'm serious, his girlfriend lives out here. And she has her own cupcake shop"

"Whenever Dave comes back to Cali I'll set something up so y'all can meet"
"Bet !" He nodded trying to hide his excitement
"Go with Dada" Delilah sat up rubbing her eyes "peas"
"I guess someone's ready to go"
"Having a forgiving heart is going to be the death of you" Messiah shook his head, he thinks I forgave Elijah too easily
"There's more to our story that you know nothing about, so stop judging. I only tell you what I want you to know"
"Alright, I'm sorry"
We met up with the boys and got hotdogs from a nearby food stand. Delilah laid against my chest trying to stay awake.
"Call Dada" she said tiredly holding my phone in her tiny hands "peas call Dada"
"That nigga ain't her daddy, stop letting her call him that" Montana mumbled
"Listen bruh, I don't give a damn how y'all feel about Elijah. He's going to be in my life and Delilah's. He's a good guy believe it or not. He's never pressured me into doing anything or forced himself onto me. Elijah has been so good to me, it's annoying. If I said I wanted or needed something he would get it without a second thought, he cares about me and Delilah more than he cares for himself. He even treats Delilah like she's his and wakes up in the middle of the night to change her or fix her a cup of water. In all honesty I could careless about your opinion about him, I understand what I told y'all about him pissed you off but you guys need to move on, I did. Give him a chance and get to know him before judging him. I'm happy for crying out loud, you should be happy for me"
I'm annoyed everyone has an opinion about Elijah and doesn't know anything about him.
Unlocking my phone I FaceTimed Elijah handing Delilah the phone when he answered.
"Hey Dada" she smiled lazily
"Hey Lilah" I couldn't see his face but I'm sure he was grinning "Where's Moe?"
"I don't know" she frowned

"I'm right here" I turned the phone showing my face "hey dude, where you at?"
"Hey, I'm in the office about to go out. When will you be going home?"
"Um probably in the next hour or so, Delilah misses you"
"What about you, do you miss me?"
"Nah playa, I don't" I smirked, he hung up mumbling fuck you
"Go with Dada?" Delilah asked, nodding I threw our trash away putting my belongings in my purse taking out my keys. "Bye Tj!"
"Bye cousin" he waved back smiling with ketchup on his cheeks
"I'll hit y'all up later" I told the boys hugging Quincy, I left holding Delilah in my arms
I'm glad one of us had fun today, I'm so tired of going at it with the people I care so much about. I just want all of us to get along.
"Don't go to sleep on me" I said strapping her into the car seat
"Bobo" she grinned holding her giraffe blankie
"I see you gave it a name" I nod, yawning I closed her door going over to the drivers side
"Go see Dada?" Delilah asked for the third time, turning the radio on we listened to YWN Melly song 223's.

When we got home Delilah was full of energy, she took a nap in the car and turned into a power ranger when she stepped into the house.
I bathed and dressed her, we were now having a photo shoot in our bed clothes. Delilah pulled one of her feet to her mouth giggling. I took the picture laughing.
"My goofy baby" I laughed tickling her
"Babe!" we heard a deep voice coming from downstairs "Delilah?"
"Who's that?" I gasped looking at Delilah
"Dada!" She yelled sliding off the bed running out the room
"Wait for me" meeting her and Elijah at the stairs I stopped raising a eyebrow "what's behind your back Elijah?"
"My hands" he shrugged rolling his eyes playfully

Delilah pulled on his pants leg wanting to be picked up
"Hold on" he told her "Babe close your eyes and hold your hands out"
"Don't do nothing dumb, I'll slap the shit outta you" I told him following his directions
"Oou" Delilah squealed, Elijah sat something in my hands that clanged itself to my hands.
Awe shit it's a spider! I can feel it, he set me up !
"What the fuck is this" I asked worriedly scared to move. "Elijah get it, it's going to bite me!"
"Babe open your eyes" he laughed, peeking through out of one eye, I gasped dramatically.
