Dylan felt restless at the photoshoot today. His body was aching even after 8 hours of sleep in the hotel. His flight was delayed yesterday and he managed to catch up with some sleep at the airport sofa. Perhaps sleeping in that position caused all the aches he was experiencing now. Thankfully, they took a break so he could stretch himself for a little. He was still slightly sleepy this morning even drinking lots of tea did not help.
Dylan took out his phone and casually opened up the album of photos of his favorite artiste. She did not know it but he had been secretly saving photos he loved of her and when he missed her, he would scroll through her album to look at her. He felt close to her somehow.
Look at these photos. Can people really say that she has mediocre looks? Or ugly? Or fat? He shook his head.
He loved this picture of her. She looked so sweet and demure. But he also liked fierce looking Yue or sporty Yue.
He loved the photos they took a year ago at the library. That was one of the most memorable photoshoots with the MG gang. So free, so happy. He missed those times..a lot.
This one made him smile all the time. Funny Yue. It was ironic how the universe set up life for you. He loved cool girls and he got a girl next door who is actually pretty cool in her own way.
Just looking at these photos caused his head go giddy and warm at the same time. He wanted to be the photographer who shot these photos. Or be the fashion designer who dressed her up. Or her stylist so he could touch her hair and make up artist so he could be near her smooth fair skin and sexy lips. Heck he wished he were the clothes on her! Even in that Nike sports attire when all was covered up, he could still feel her effects on him. She looked incredibly cute there.
Argh!!! What are you doing to me, Shen Yue?
He glanced over to the staff and saw they were still setting up for the next shoot. He decided to check online for her latest photos.
SHEN YUE!! OMG! DAMMIT!!
This photo was too perfect. So ridiculously sultry. She looked like she was teasing him. The caption would say, "Come to me, you naughty boy."
Dylan's heart started to race. His hands began to feel clammy. That position, girl.....he stood up, diverting his eyes elsewhere to distract him but provocateur Yue was beckoning to him.
He regretted immediately turning down her request to meet him in Suzhou. He thought she would be tired and too tied up with her filming and wanting to be an understanding future boyfriend, he told her to rest. Shen Yue sounded disappointed but he assured her that she needed to focus on her current work.
"But I only have half day filming," she protested. Then she sighed. "Never mind. You are right. Let's just meet in October." Her words rang in his mind.
October. His mind jumped. How the hell did he think he could miss seeing her? Stupid Wang He Di!
He made a loud groan, which made the staff turned to look at him. He nodded apologetically and made a sign to her that he needed to leave the room.
He stepped out to make a few calls. He cringed and frowned at his first call, then the next one, all the while looking down at his feet, and nodding. There would be loads of reprimanding and nagging but he could not care so much.
One last call.
After a few rings, the caller picked up.
"Hello!"
"I cancelled my flight home. I'm coming your way."
He could hear a loud squeal on the other end. He smiled.
