"Amoura."I said getting on her bed.
"I'm gon slap you, you know we supposed to be leaving."She said laughing.
"Yo bed just so comfortable."I said laying my head on her pillow.
"Where Amoura at? I thought she was coming over with Brittany."She asked me.
"Nah, she taking Kind out for Halloween."I told her.
"You not taking her?"She asked me confused.
"Nah, I really don't like being out and I'm hurting right now."
"That's the real reason you laying down, talmbout my bed comfortable."
"It is."I said curling myself into a ball.
"You took yo medicine today?"She asked me.
"Yeah, it still hurts though."

"No, her first Halloween was last year."
"I know but she was only a month old, she ain't get to do nothing. This is first Halloween where she actually gets to celebrate it and have fun."
"As long as she have fun, it don't matter who be with her. I just hope me and Kentrell are better by time Thanksgiving and Christmas come."

"Is she having fun?"I asked Amoura who I was on facetime with.
"Yeah, she's playing with all the other kids, having the time of her life."She said laughing a little.
"You really got her as a butterfly?"I asked her.
"Yep, go look on my Instagram."
"I disabled my page, remember."
"Ain't you log into mine too though?"
"Yeah, I am. Hold on."I said putting her on pause.

I got up out my bed and left out my room. I walked down the stairs and went in the kitchen. Chris, Royalty, and our cousin Madison was in there, talking and eating.
"Hey sister!"Royalty said waving at me.
"Hey baby girl. Hey Madison."I said to them.
"Hey Mara."Madison said smiling.
"How you doing?"Chris asked me.
"Good, I guess."I said shrugging.
"Well, I was thinking about getting you some body guards."He said to me.
"That's crazy, I was gon ask you about that."
"Really? I thought I was gon have to argue with you about it."
"Nah, you don't have to convince me."
"You feel like you in danger or something?"He asked me.
"I don't know. I mean, it was so many people on stage, who knows who they really was tryna aim for."
"Amara."He said giving me a look.
"I know, I'm lying to myself. I know exactly who they were aiming for."
"We gon figure out who did this, I promise."
"Hopefully soon. I hate the fact that he's out there living freely while Kentrell is fighting for his life. Also the fact that I don't know if he gon come after me or Kind, or somebody else we care about."I said as tears threaten to fall.
"No harm gon come to you or Kind or anybody. I'm gon get you some body gaurds and I don't want you to go anywhere without them."He said before hugging me.
"Okay."I take a deep breath. "I'm finna go back upstairs."
"Alright."He said as he kissed my forehead.
I left out and ran up the stairs. I went to my room and climbed in bed. I laid down and tried to go to sleep because in my dreams is the only place I can see Kentrell up and ok for right now.
