I didn't quite follow the story plot you requested because...I don't want to make a mess to the timeline—oh wait, I already did it.
I hesitated on the timeline because the only part where Kazuki and Yuuji are together are either during the past or at the ending and well, I chose the past because I skipped the ending because of the NSFW part in the game.
Anyway, yay ! A request on Kazami Kazuki, one of my favorite character ! She's the reason why I put Kazami in my username.
Normally, there's no spoilers (I hope so).

- At school -
- 3rd POV -
"I-I love you !"
Everything started when you got a crush on a certain girl in your school. This girl is none other than Kazami Kazuki, a normal student and a member of the basketball club.
You happened to meet her when you wanted to peek the club in the gym. You found her pretty and wonderful when she trained.
When the members took a break, your crush noticed you and you quickly hid behind the doors and without a surprise, she approached you and she asked you about what you were doing.
You couldn't answer her because you're kinda scared to her seriousness but all she could is to let out a giggle and introduced herself to you. You felt happy to finally interact with her.
After this day, you often spent your time with her along with her friends. You also noticed she's very smart despite her grade being over the average but not to the top.
When one of her friend asked her if she has siblings, she answered she has a little brother named Yuuji and he's quite shy. When she talked about him, you noticed she's very happy and very open-minded, like she wanted to show how much she spent her time with her little brother. Too bad you're a single child.
A few weeks later, you finally decided to confess to her. Your heart couldn't keep your feeling for her anymore. You told her to come behind the school and surprisingly, she accepted it. With this on your mind, you're very nervous about your confession and you couldn't focus on lessons.
After the lessons ended, you quickly ran toward the meeting and you saw her waiting while starting being impatient. You can notice it because of her foot tapping on the ground and her flustered face. You went to her and you excused yourself for the sudden meeting and she told you she doesn't mind it.
"So what do you need ?" She asked you and you gulped down. Maybe you could stop the confession for now but it will ruin all the courage you gathered.
"I-I love you !" You confessed to her.
She only answered with a surprised expression. She didn't expect you to confess to her. She felt her face heating up before she looked away. You felt a sudden heart attack when you saw this new side of her, a side you found very cute and unusual.
"I-It's too sudden but...I love you too..." She accepted your confession before she smiled at you and you were happy.
For the first time, you felt happy to finally become her girlfriend. You hoped it could last forever.
- A few days later -
After your confessions, you spent your time with her on almost everyday. At first, you were really looking into the couple's things but it was too embarrassing for your girlfriend to do them. You also noticed she's sometimes elsewhere, like she was thinking about something else. Maybe she has to manage her mind or she's tired but you didn't know the reason.
Today, it happened again but now, you decided to ask her if everything is alright.
"H-Hey Kazuki, are you alright ?" You asked her worried.
"I'm fine (Y/N). I was just thinking about my little brother." She answered you and you sighed before you smiled. You really like her caring as a sister.
"You know, I kinda envy you to have a sibling." You told her and she giggled before she went back thinking once again.
"Hmm...I got an idea. Why don't I bring you to my home ? Maybe you could see what I am as a big sister." She said and your eyes suddenly became surprised.
It will be your first time to be in her house. Maybe everything will be pretty and maybe his family is very nice. You couldn't hold your excitation you immediately nodded at her request and she let out a slight smile.
"Alright so see you at the entrance at the end of school ?" She said before you nodded once again.
After you went to your class, you were imagining about her house and her family without taking notes on lessons.
- In Kazami's residence -
After you joined your girlfriend at the entrance of school, you followed her to her house and you found out it's a two-floored white house and it's very clean like it was renovated recently.
After she opened the door, you followed her in her house and like you expected, it's quite pretty.
"Welcome back Kazuki..." An elegant woman came and welcomed your girlfriend before she laid her eyes on you.
"You brought a new friend ?" She asked her.
"Yes, she's my...f-friend." Kazuki hesitated while looking at you and blushing.
While you followed her to the first floor, you couldn't help but doubt about the word she used especially friend. Why didn't she tell this woman you're her girlfriend ?
"Hey Kazuki—"
"I-I know, i-it's just I didn't tell them yet about our relationships. I-It's too embarrassing to tell them..." She interrupted you like she knew the question you will ask and she blushed. You giggled to her reaction and she sighed.
When you entered into her room, the first thing you found was a young boy who's reading a manga on the floor. The first thought was :
"He's so cute ! Is he your little brother ?" You couldn't help but find this boy cute surely because you didn't see someone like him.
"Y-Yes..." Kazuki said after being surprised and she saw you checking on the manga her brother is reading.
"Is this about basketball ?" You asked the young boy but he kinda got scared and ran behind her elder sister.
"I told you he's quite shy." Kazuki said while hugging her little brother and you couldn't help but giggle nervously.
"Sorry, I kinda want to check on him." You said while blushing slightly and somehow, Kazuki felt a slight pain on her heart.
She noticed you were looking at her worried. She doesn't want to show you how she feels right now. She looked at her little brother who's glancing at her girlfriend. She grabbed his shoulders and she puts him in front of you.
"Come on Yuuji, introduce yourself to my friend." She said and the young boy looked at you who's standing there with a gentle smile.
After he introduced himself to you, you heard someone coming at home. Kazuki went outside of the room while you stay at the room with her little brother. He continues to read the manga on his bed and somehow, you kinda want to help him to be social. You sat down next to him before you caught him up and you made him sit on your laps. He got scared and at first, he tried to leave but he gradually got used to your presence. He went back to reading and you decided to read it too above his shoulder.
"Sorry for the absence (Y/N) but—" Kazuki came and stopped to talk when she saw the position you and Yuuji took.
She felt something hurting her and she knew that it's jealousy.
"Ah sorry Kazuki ! It's just I want to read his manga." You excused yourself and you saw her clenching her fist. It's the first time you felt scared because you didn't see her angry at all and she's usually calm and serious.
"Huh...Kazuki ?" You asked her worried and she turned back to the door.
"No it's fine, you can stay with him." She said and you were about to call her but she already left the room and she closed the door.
You sighed because of this awkward moment and you saw Yuuji glancing at you.
"Ah sorry ! Maybe you should comfort her." You said before you let him go. He moved up but he stood in front of you.
"I-I think it should be you." He said and you got confused. You were thinking it's obvious it should be the sibling to comfort a member of the family.
You asked him the reason but all he said is because you're very special for his sister and he doesn't know how to confort because of his shyness. You sighed before you let out a smile and you went out of the room. You went downstairs and you could see her sitting on a sofa in the living room. You approached her and she looked at you furious.
"What do you want ?" She asked you angrily which made you slightly scared.
"I-I'm worried about you." You told her and she looked ahead.
"I thought you would rather spend your time with my brother than me." She said and you sighed mentally knowing she's jealous.
"I know but you're the most important for me." You said before you grabbed her hands. She looked at you surprised and you would expect t will end soon but no, she shook her head and she pouted.
"...Give me a lap pillow." She said and you got confused once again.
"What...?" You let it out and she looked angry.
"J-Just do it !" She said and you quickly followed her order and you sat down next to her before she quickly lie down on the sofa and laid her head on your lap.
...
...
You two were blushing because of the awkward silence but at least, you could see her embarrassed face closely.
"S-So...where's your parents ?" You started the conversation.
"T-They are out for business. Why ?" She answered you.
"I-It would be embarrassing if they saw us like that." You told her and the conversation ended quickly.
...
You didn't say anything else and you noticed your girlfriend being both embarrassed and upset. You wondered why she seemed upset. It's the first time you see her like that and you don't know how to handle her. You decided to ask her.
"D-Did I do something wrong ?" You asked her and she looked away and you understand she doesn't seem to talk.
"L-Look, I'm sorry for whatever I did s-so would you excuse me ?" You told her and she didn't answer. You let out a pout and you got an idea to get her attention. You started to poke her cheek once, twice, thrice, more and—
"S-Stop it !" She yelled as she started to get annoyed and she pushed your hand out and looked at you.
"Sorry ! I didn't mean to do it !" You excused yourself.
"It's just you didn't give me your attention and I'm feeling bad right now..." You said and you noticed her expression softened.
"I-I hope you would forgive me...I will do anything to get it." You continued and you saw her blushing and looking away.
"...G-Give me a kiss." She said weakly but you couldn't hear her enough.
"W-What ?" You asked her once again and she sighed once again.
"K-Kiss me and I will forgive you !" She said faced to you and you started to blush.
"F-Fine, you don't have to yell at me." You said and you closed your eyes before you leant your lips to hers. Kazuki felt her face reddening and she closed her eyes and let herself to give you her first kiss and get yours. Both of you felt joy and peaceful while you're kissing. You would like it to stay longer but the lack of oxygen made you separate and breath calmly.
"I-Is it fine...?" You asked your girlfriend and she nodded shyly.
"I-I forgive you (Y/N)..." She said and you felt happy and you felt you will start crying.
"K-Kazuki—!!" You shouted her name before you hugged her head. She got surprised but she felt happy to finally manage to get your first kiss and give hers to you.
After you finished crying, Kazuki went back to sit down on the sofa next to you.
"I-I'm sorry for my behavior." She started to excuse herself.
"I-I saw you starting to get along with Yuuji so quickly and it kinda triggered my ruthless behavior." She said and she saw you starting to smirk.
"Don't tell me you're jealous~" You said while you got closer to her but she pushed you.
"Y-You're wrong !" She refused to admit.
"Yeah, yeah, like I would trust your words~" You said and you suddenly got an idea.
"You know what, let's make a promise !" You told her and she got confused.
"I promise my love will be always for you. That way, I will always stay with you !" You said and she started to blush.
"If I break it, you can do whatever you want to me." You told her and she smiled.
"Are you sure about that ?" She asked you and you nodded with seriousness which make your girlfriend giggled.
"I wished you could get this attitude at school." She said and you sighed.
"But...I hope you will hold your promise, my lovely dear~"

Normally, I should add an extended ending but...because of a certain comment on a certain one-shot which the person said he/ahe doesn't understand even though it's optional, I will try to refrain myself to do it.
