It is the next day from after the marriage. The sun is rising and one can see two people in a room sleeping. Both of them on a bed of course but everyone can also see the giant wall of pillows in between them. How did they get there well lets go back for that.
At Night :
The 2 came to the house after there wedding party. There they saw Alexa, Damons mother with an old lady standing by her side. Both of them were smiling ear to ear.
" this is grandma Li. She is going to be working here from now on. Don't worry she is trustworthy as she has been with me ever since I married your dad Son. "
Now that was a blow for them.
" But mom we don't need anyone for that. The house keeper comes thrice a week and does the work. And besides we would be going in 2 weeks. " ~Damon
" And besides mother in law I can do the cleaning and cooking and other stuff as well. " ~Atanasia
this shocked all three people besides Atanasia. They did not know that she would go as far as doing that. Damon and his mother thought that she is saying that just so there would be no one who would question Damon and her relationship. Damon admired her for that. They did not know that she is saying that because she does wants to do it because it has been a while since she did that work.
" How could you do that? You are a Reinhart now and besides you just got married it will take time for you to understand how to do things in this new environment. Just let grandma Li help you she will teach you all about Damon's like and dislikes." ~Alexa (Damon's mother.)
Are we in an ancient world or something. thought Damon and Atanasia.
As for Alexa she was thinking on how to make grandma Li stay here because she will act as her spy and tell the interactions between the couple. She is important for her Love Cupid plan.
Unknown to her both Damon and Atanasia saw through her plan they looked at each other. Damon with an Apologetic gaze and Atanasia with confused look. She did not know what to do?
They both gave a knowing look and looked at mother and Damon said that
" Okay mother but just for some time but after that Grandma Li will go back to work for you. Is that okay." ~Damon
" Don't worry she is already working for me." ~Alexa
"What do you mean mother?" ~Damon
" I mean she came here because I asked her to." ~Alexa
That was close!
After that both Atanasia and Damon went to there room
" I apologize for mothers awkward behavior. She seems to know what we talked about that day."
" Even though you rejected my 2 years plan." ~ Atanasia
" Because I am not in for it. I don't plan to fall for anyone"
" love is a natural process. It doesn't matter if you want to or not." ~Atanasia
At this time she did not know that her words will come right back at her in the future. As for Damon these words were the one who brought joy to him.
Damon went silent after that.
"I will sleep on the sofa." said Damon.
" No need. The bed is big enough. we can divide the bed just in case. You see I move a lot in my sleep." ~Atanasia
"You are fine with that.?"
" Yes I am it won't matter even if you sleep in the bed it is not like we are doing anything questionable and besides we are married couple starting from today who will question us." ~Atanasia
"That is true."
Damon gave a defeated look and agreed and then the 2 got changed and went to sleep.

Back to present:
Damon woke up and was confused to see the wall of pillows when he suddenly realized that he is not alone in this house anymore. His wife is there.
He got up and went to freshen up when Atanasia also woke up. She rubbed her eyes and sat there like an idiot for quite some time. Well actually she was having conversation with Valak.
'There was no mention of grandma Li in the novel.'
[there was no mention of the villainess's life either. Whats your point.]
'Then can you check on some details for me.'
[Details like what ?]
' About grandma Li and the story from the villains prospective'
[Why do you need that?]
'Valak you ask too many questions. I just want to know what actually made her go as far as trying to kill her mother in law. And what was the thing that actually made mother in law try to make Damon get married to the heroine. There is something wrong.'
[Well the mother hated her because she was haughty.]
'A problem that is common between every rich kid in novels or reality. Not enough to try to get her divorced. And besides why did mother in law wanted heroine with no distinguished background to be her sons bride.'
[Now that you mention it. It is right.]
'there is something that we are missing out on.'
[Okay then I will go look out for details. But it may take me some time to come back. Be safe till then.]
'Okay it is fine as long as you get the work done.'
[Oh and when I come back I will be in human form so don't get shocked. I want to enjoy the world as well.]

Hidden mission unlocked: Save mother in law from snakes.
'Snakes! is she going on hiking or something.'
" um you don't want to use the restroom Atanasia. " ~Damon.
Well it has been 10 minutes since he came out of the washroom and then he had been observing her who did not even notice that he was standing there. When he suddenly called her she jumped with the scare and looked at Damon wide eyed. He found her reaction cute.
" Yeah I will go now. " ~Atanasia
She awkwardly went to the restroom. When she came out Damon was on his laptop doing some work. He noticed her and looked towards her then she asked
"You don't eat breakfast."
"No I don't." Damon replied without batting an eyelid. Atanasia got mad at that and looked at him with stern eyes.
"One must never skip breakfast. It is not good for health."
Damon was shocked at that he tried to resist but stopped after seeing her murderous glare. It was first time that he saw her make that scary face. Heck! She wasn't even scary when she was acting. He nodded and went to do breakfast with her
She made breakfast for the both of them. As soon as Damon saw the dish he suddenly felt hungry

he started eating and was shocked and delighted to have such a good meal in the morning. After they had breakfast they went about there way all the while grandma Li was observing them and having a gentle smile on her face. She informed it to her madam in a happy mood.
At such a time the doorbell to there house rang. Grandma Li went to open the door. It was Ciana and Alexa ( Damon's mother ). Atanasia and Damon both greeted them and invited them in. Atanasia prepared tea for them and sat with them all the while having bad feeling about something.
" Dear son why don't you come back to our house and live with all of us." ~Alexa
" Mom we are neighbors. Your house is literally in front of ours. " ~Damon
What! But according to the novel he used to live far away from his parents home.
"Really !" I said excitedly.
"Yes of course sister in law mother shifted from our family home to here to Acti... Ouch! What was that for mom." ~Ciana
"Don't speak unnecessary things."~Alexa said that to Ciana all the while giving weird signs.
"Mom why did you shift here Leaving dad behind. You could have at least got dad to join you as well. Now days he only sulks." ~Damon
'For my love cupid plan to go smoothly.' Alexa thought.
" So that I could meet my daughter in law whenever I want. Is there a problem?" Alexa shamelessly made an excuse.
" Aww~ Mother if that is the case don't worry I will come and meet you whenever I have the chance." Atanasia said so while hugging her and also giving a bright smile to her. She simply found her actions cute right now since she knew about her Love cupid plan.
Alexa and everyone else in the room were left a daze by Atanasia's smile. It was so beautiful Ciana even thought of changing her gender preferences but stopped because she was shocked by her own thought. As for Damon he felt strange and happy and confused. he felt that he should do everything he could to protect that smile of hers.
"Did you just call me mother? " ~Alexa smiled as she was extremely happy about that.
"Yes, Do you not like it." ~Atanasia said while making a sulking and sad face. That made everyone in the room panicked.
"No no, I Love it please call me mother." Alexa said.
'This is so fun. She is so cute. ' Thought Atanasia.
They talked with each other for some time. During that time she found out that Ciana has a few common things as her and that she was thinking of having a blutube channel. She discussed that with her and her idea of that and what she wants to do. Ciana was hooked up with that. It was like she found her long lost sister.
They discussed there things all the while Damon and Alexa were talking about there matters while looking at the girls in shock.
They did lunch together and then Alexa ( Damon's mother. ) and Ciana went home with smiles
"Your mother is cute." ~Atanasia said with the large smile pasted on her face.
" What happened to your plan of making her hate you?" ~Damon asked amused
" I changed my mind. And besides you did not agree to my plan." Atanasia said as a matter of factly.
Damon was speechless.
"You were planning on making a blutube channel?"
"Can you please stop being so random. Well yes I am." ~Atanasia.
"Okay then if you need any help then ask me I would help you. Oh and we will be going on a honeymoon in weeks."
"Call it a vacation with friend. I am looking forward to it." Atanasia said smiling.
Damon felt a bit disappointed at something but shrugged it off and said
"Sure."
