Stop skipping around so much in ya story, that shit irks my nerve so fucking bad!
This is how the story goes... In simple terms
Chapter 1: first day of school or some other recognizable day in the summer
Chapter 2: Thanksgiving
Chapter 3: Valentine's day
Chapter 4: 5 years later
Chapter 5: 3 weeks later
Chapter 5 pt 2: 1 week later
Chapter 6: a pregnancy later
Chapter 7: 2 years later
Chapter 8: epilogue
Chapter 9: THE SEQUEL!!!
uh... What is the actual fuck did I just read??? Can I know what happened the next day???
Basically I just read the day they met (aka when they saw each other), when they got close, when they got together, how long they been together, some random plot twist, when they got back together, when she got pregnant (aka the sex scene chapter), they child 2nd birthday (and the child not really 2 yet), and the end
And then you have the NERVE to write a sequel... I don't even know what all that happened in book one ...book two gon have some random character in it who stirring up drama, but here's the twist that character was mentioned in book one somewhere, and it wasn't in the plot twist... You be so confused reading this bullshit, you go somewhere and rethink life
It's ok to skip around but not in every chapter... Use other chapters to include some details about your characters and their personalities and how they act around each other and when they're away from each other... Throw some chapters in there about their friends and family
When I say details, I don't mean: height, body type, swag, or their hair. Tell me what they do, are they in school, do they work, or both??? Do they live alone, with a friend, a family memeber???? Are they a loner, a nerd, an airhead??? What do they like to do, what do they like to eat???
Moral of the rant: take ya time and think about what you're gonna write about, and figure out how to stop skipping around so much
