Lisa has been pacing around their office, she's fucking nervous because of today's dropping of rankings. Jennie was just looking and pouting at her.
"I'm getting dizzy, stop" jennie said
Lisa didn't, she face palmed and opened her mouth but nothing came out.
"Come on, love, you'll do great, okay?" Jennie added
"This is frustrating" lisa mumbled and went to jennie, hugging the brunette.
Jennie chuckled and hugged lisa back, kissing her head, "shh, let me hold you for a minute"
Lisa must be lucky to have Jennie, she can fucking calm her whenever she do things like this.
"Lisa!" A woman barged in that made them pulled away
"Congratulations!" Jisoo hugged lisa, "You're on top!"
Lisa can't believe what she heard, she didn't even know if she'll laugh or clap her damn hands.
The employees came into the view and congratulate her, saying "Congrats Ms. Manoban!"
Jisoo spoke and smiled, "Thanks, Jennie"
Lisa thanked them and hugged jennie again, "I love you, so damn much. Thank you for everything" then pulled away to give a peck on jennie's lips
"I would do anything for you. I love you more" Jennie replied and kissed the blonde's tip of nose.

"So, you're resigning?" The old woman asked while sewing
"Yes, Lisa badly needs me now" Jennie replied then closed her laptop
"You'll let go of the things you worked for?"
"Mama.."
"What if she's just fooling you?" The old woman asked again
"Mama, I know she's a manoban, but I trust her. She's not like the other guys or girls who just left their lovers" Jennie replied and fixed her specs
"You're talking about Ch-"
Jennie cuts her grandmother's sentence, "no, I'm talking about the guy who left me and my mother"
"We're back at it again"
"Ofcourse, some of me still lives in the past"

Jennie was picking up things in the grocery when someone approached her.
A old guy, wearing make ups. By his looks, you can call him, a gay.
"Jennie?" The old guy spoke
Jennie looked up to see where the voice came from and who owns it. When she saw who was it, she just gave her slightest smile and pick another thing, putting it on her cart.
"Wow, is that you now? You look great!" The man spoke with a smile on her face
Jennie sighed, "what are you doing here?" She asked
"Oh! I came here to buy groceries, we're out of stock" the man smiled
Jennie just ignored him and started walking away when a voice caught her attention.
"Mom! Can we buy this?"
She confusedly looked at the boy approaching the man who talked to her just a while ago. The boy wearing his uniform, by his looks, he's a high school.
"Mom?" Jennie asked confusedly
"Oh! I forgot! This boy was living with me, he's like my child!" The man said excitedly, he looked at the boy and spoke, "Go on dear, say hi to her"
The boy smiled at Jennie, "hi"
Jennie didn't respond. Instead, she looked at the man with so much disappointment and shook her head, "child?" she asked and shaked her head, walking away.

"love, are you listening?"
Jennie snapped out, turning her head to look at her fiance who was babbling for minutes now.
"what?"
"I said, how's your day? since you resigned" lisa replied, looking at jennie with worries in her eyes
Lisa reached Jennie's hand that was resting on her lap while the other one was controlling the steering wheel.
"are you okay? you're.. you're quiet" lisa spoke
Jennie sighed and squeezed Lisa's hands that was on her lap, "yes, I'm just tired"
"are you sure? do you want something?" Lisa was glancing back and forth at Jennie since she was driving
"I'm okay, really. Don't worry" Jennie smiled
"Okay" lisa replied, "Jen, what did I say?" lisa asked
"love.." Jennie spoke sadly
"What do i always say?"
"that.. that i shouldn't tire myself.. I shouldn't push my self to the limit.. that I shouldn't be stress.." Jennie said, caressing Lisa's knuckles
"right" lisa mumbled, "please, let me know if you're tired of shits, I'm going to take care of you. I love you so much" lisa spoke and bring jennie's hands to her mouth, giving light kisses.
"I know, baby, I know.. I love you too, so much" Jennie replied and hugged Lisa's arm
"Well, that's my girl" lisa said and kissed Jennie's forehead
Lisa parked her car infront of Jennie's house. She hastily went out and opened the car door for Jennie.
Jennie smiled and walked down, grabbing Lisa's hand, intertwined with her.
"Is everything okay?" Lisa asked when they stop infront of Jennie's door.
Jennie went infront of lisa, hands still intertwined, "I'm okay" she smiled
Lisa sighed, she knows something is off. She tucked her free hand on her pocket, "Jen" she mumbled
"I'm okay, I won't say it again if you'll ask" Jennie replied, leaning her head on Lisa's chest
Lisa untuck her free hand on her pocket and draped it on Jennie's shoulder.
"I won't ask you again. I know something is up but I don't want you to feel force. I'm just here if you're ready to talk about it, okay?" Lisa said softly, sniffing Jennie's hair, "your hair smells so good, woman" she added
"I just don't want to talk about. I'll tell you when I'm ready" Jennie replied, sniffing Lisa's chest, "You chest smells like sweat, mayor" Jennie jokingly replied
Lisa backed away, raising her brows, "not yet mayor! And what? I don't smell!"
Jennie laughed.
She's.. She's perfect.. Lisa thought
"I'm being sweet here then you'll ruin the moment? Oh come on!" Lisa pouted
Jennie stepped forward and tiptoed, she kissed the tip of Lisa's nose, "I'm just joking"
"Oh no no, I'm mad" lisa said, crossing her arms on her chest
"Come here" Jennie opened her arms widely
Lisa gave up on her drama, she happily hugged Jennie. burying her head on Jennie's neck.
"I love you, Jennie" she mumbled, caressing Jennie's back, "I will never ever let you go" she added
"I won't let that happen" Jennie mumbled, "I love you" she spoke sincerely.
They stayed in their position for a minute when lisa's phone vibrated.
"Arrhh" Lisa didn't pull away, hugging Jennie tighter
Jennie chuckled and gently pushed lisa, "your phone love"
Lisa groaned and picked her phone on her pocket, "it's jisoo"
"Go on, answer it"
"No, she can say it anytime, not now. I'm having my moment with my girl" Lisa grinned
"No, answer the call. It might be important" Jennie scold
"Oh man!" Lisa whined and pick up the call
"What?" Lisa answered boringly. Jennie chuckled and slapped lisa's chest.
Lisa quickly holds Jennie's hands and pulled her towards, causing Jennie to lean her head on lisa's chest.
Jennie didn't waste her time and wrapped her hands on Lisa's waist.
Lisa smiled, "jisoo?"
"come here tomorrow, the engineer will talk to you"
"Oh, the one that will fix the bridge?" Lisa asked, caressing her girl's back
"Exactly"
"Okay"
"Okay, tomorrow morning"
"alright" sniffing Jennie's hair again
"don't be late"
"Yes, when did I arrive late? And, I'll bring Jennie"
"Okay, suit yourself"
"Bye" Lisa replied and ended their call.
"Do you usually talk like that?" Jennie asked
"Like what?"
"You're so boring" Jennie teased
"to her, not to you"
Jennie smiled and pulled away, "see you tomorrow?"
Lisa reciprocates, "one day, you'll go home, with me. To our house"
"I always felt home. home is you, lisa"
