The glass fogs up and becomes blurry before a cloth is lightly slapped onto the surface, squeaking sounds emitted from the unlit lamp as it becomes clean. A man with slightly curly dark brown hair with a little scruff skilfully slides down the ladder and onto the brick path.

"When the early morning hours...~
Have come, and gone~
Through the mist morning showers...!
I greet the door~
For when it's light has hit the ground,
There's lots of treasures, to be found!
Underneath the Lovely London Sky~"

Jack shortens the ladder before turning around, placing it on the back of his bike, looking over his shoulder for a brief moment as he sings, admiring the brightening sky of London. Clouds touch the water on the river Thames, creating a mystic yet peaceful vibe as the night finally comes to an end.
The man rides his bike through a slightly messy, damp street with tall brick walls and heavily tinted large windows, crates and barrels lining the corners and walls as a few trucks drive past, the few men working during the early hours of the morning setting up their first load for the day, pushing through the early morning as they think about heading home to their families in the evening.

"Though the lamps I'm turning down,
Please don't, feel blue~"

Jack swiftly pulls over to one of the spread out lamps on the street, stopping by a cart of red apples as he lifts a wooden pole with a small cup and hook on the end up towards the top of the lamp. With ease, he opens the glass casing holding the fire and puts it out before closing it again, a smile on his face and he sends small, acknowledging nods towards the few people he had become acquainted with in the street.

"For in this part of London Town,
The light, shines through~
Don't believe the things you've read!
You never know,
what's up ahead,
Underneath the Lovely London Sky~"

He hops back on his bike and drives past the cart of apples, sending a small wink towards the man on the back of the truck beside it who nods in understanding, watching as Jack swiftly grabs a ripe red apple. As he turns the corner to exit the street, he swiftly throws the apple over his head and towards the group of people with a few of their family members who wait to gather food for the night. A man catches the apple and looks towards Jack gratefully, bending down to give the apple to his little daughter—roughly about eight years old— with a smile. A woman sitting on the bench beside the small crowd smiles and gives the leery a smile and slight look of awe at his kindness.

"Have a pot of tea!
Mend your broken cup!
There's a different point of view,
Awaiting you,
If you would just look up...~"

Jack makes his way from the viewing point of the London bridge and rides down the road, sending a respectful nod towards an officer who patrols the streets. He slows the speed of his bike down an alley, smiling at the sound of giggling children following him. He stops the bike at the lamp positioned at the exit of the alleyway and smiles as three children approach him, grabbing onto the pole and putting out the lamp.

"Hey! Get outta here!" A man cleaning the outside of his shop growls at the kids, who giggle and tease him slightly before running back the way they had come from.

"I know, yesterday you had to borrow from ya chums...!
Seems the promise of tomorrow, never comes!
But since you've dreamt the night away,
Tomorrow's here, it's called today!
So count your blessings,
Your a lucky guy~!
For your underneath the Lovely London Sky~!"

The happy and upbeat leery turns a corner, riding across the path and past London's bank, an old woman sitting on the steps smiling at him as the pigeons that once surrounded her flutter away at the sudden disturbance. He turns and rides into local town park, making sure to stay on the pebble stone path instead of on the square plains of grass. The bushes surrounding the park cause leaves to fall on the ground before flying away in the wind. The brunette lets out a small chuckle and tilts his hat towards the groundskeeper of the garden, who stiffly nods back before stabbing multiple leaves onto the pole he was holding, cleaning up the park from all of the leaves littered around.

As Jack rides towards cherry tree lane, he puts out another flame from a street lamp, whistling a small tune all the whilst. From the corner of his dark brown eyes, he notices a figure seated under the single blooming cherry tree. The tree's petals fall to the ground gracefully, a few of the, even managing to land on top of the figure's head, giving them an angelic, mystic and serene look to match the atmosphere.

For an unknown reason, the tree's leaves are not only pink, but also have a few that consist of a mixed colour of lavender, always blooming before the others trees— which, if not for the winter, the tree would probably always be in bloom— although the cold has never stopped its few unique coloured petals from falling.

Jack's expression brightens as he recognises the feminine figure, a small fond smile on his face at the sight of the (H/C) haired young lady, who leans her back against the tree, deeply immersed in the book resting in her grasp.

"Good morning, Ms. Banks!" He calls out, earning a surprised look from the woman.

"Oh, Good morning, Jack! And please, just call me (Y/N)," the female chuckles, softly folding the top right corner of the page she was on as to mark where she was reading before closing the book, standing up to approach the male, "How many times have I told you? I've known you since I was but a child, after all."

Jack chuckles, "Right, right. Say, isn't it a bit early to be out and about at an hour like this? The sun's barely fully risen above the clock tower."

(Y/N)'s (E/C) orbs widen in realisation, "Goodness, my father might get worried!" She frantically checks under the cherry tree to insure that she hadn't dropped anything before sending Jack a grateful nod accompanied by a smile.
"Thank you for informing me of the time— but I best get going. I hope to see you again soon!"

"Always, (Y/N)," he sends her a playful wink, tipping his hat at her, "and good morning!"

"And to you as well, Jack!"
With a smile, (Y/N) begins to retreat home, a small skip in her step as her heels gently click against the pavement, humming a quiet tune as the few remaining cherry tree petals in her silky locks gracefully flutter off behind her. A content smile makes its way onto her lips as she gazes at her feet before looking up ahead of her, her voice sounding just as angelic and warm as she looks.
"Morning, Ms. Banks," a dark toned man greets the woman, carrying a small casing of glass bottles filled to the brim with milk.

"Good morning, Mr. Malcom!" (Y/N) greets back, "would you mind if I took back a bottle for my father?"

Mr. Malcom— otherwise known as the milk man— shakes his head and smiles, "Be my guest. Saves me the trouble of dropping it off later," he jokes. The (E/C) eyes girl laughs gently before clutching the book she was reading to her chest happily, the man pulling a single bottle of milk from the metal case, handing it to her. In return, the woman gives him a few penny's.

(Y/N) waves him goodbye and continues on her way before her head perks up at the sound of a high pitched whistle coming from the roof of the house a few metres away from her.
"Admiral, above decks!"
The young woman chuckles softly and shakes her head at their reoccurring antics, familiar with what they do every morning and evening.

"Listen...~
Soon the slump will disappear!
It won't be long~
Sooner than you think you'll hear,
Some bright new song~"

(Y/N) finally reaches her home and lets out a content sigh, entering the house with a smile. She enters the kitchen and places the bottle of milk on the counter before walking upstairs, finally reaching her room in the building. She places her book on her bedside table before approaching her windowsill, sitting on the edge with her cheek cupped in the palm of her hand, her elbow propped up on the windowsill to keep her head steady as she leans on it.

The female's beautiful (E/C) irises gaze out of the open window, a gentle breeze blowing by causing her (H/C) hair to flow in the wind gracefully along with the curtains.

"So hold on tight to those you love!
And maybe soon, from up above!
You'll be blessed, so keep on looking high~
While your underneath, the lovely London sky!~"

As the young woman looks down upon the brightening city of London, she's blissfully unaware of the kind, yet mysterious emerald irises that gaze upon her serene form at the windowsill, a fond smile playing at they're lips.
The blonde male watching her lets out a subtle breath of happiness, his posture strong yet relaxed as he sings, his voice coated with a light and alluring British accent.
"...Lovely London Sky~"
