He shove me towards the rest of the group. Then he gave me a salute and ran off.
"Betrayel," I whisper.
"You okay (L/n)?"
I turned around and I'm faced with Iida. He looked a bit tired. His eyes were tinged ever so slightly with red.
"I should be asking you that. Your eyes are red. Why?"
He shook his head.
"Just stayed up a bit last night reading."
"I see. Let's go to the others. Ashido wants to see something."
"Right."

"Shut up. I'll go to the store over. I can buy him a cat plush and write a note."
Nothing here is really any good. Just a lot of stuff animals and plastic.
I started to walk away while she cried, "It has to be more romantic!"

I continue to look around as Ashido follows me. She kept putting things back where they were if she didn't find them acceptable.
"Hey, how about this music box? I can choose what song to put in it."
She looks at the pretty patterns on the box and squeals.
"It's so pretty! You know how to sing?"
"Yeah, Hitoshi says my voice calms him down and let's him sleep. So a... love song?"
Ashido looked about ready to explode. Her smile is so wide and her eyes shining.
"That's so cute!"
"I guess. You should go buy the things you'll need. I'll keep looking around."
"Okay!"
She marched into the store right across from the one I'm currently in.
"Would he like it though? He could just think it's another gift. It wouldn't mean anything."
Why is this confessing ritual so difficult?

I pushed my way through the door against the people getting out.
"(L/n)! We have to leave! Uraraka texted me that there's a villain here!"
I grabbed her hand and we ran out.

Anxiety and different scenarios circled my head at the thought that we could meet up with this guy. What if we get hurt and die? What if we get kidnapped? So many 'What ifs' encased my mind. My breathing turned harsh.
Up ahead was Iida. He was helping people and leading them out the mall.
"Iida!" I yelled.
He looks up and runs over to us.
"Are you guys okay? You two aren't hurt?"
Ashido answers, "We're good! Let's just get out of here!"
She continued to pull me along.
I'm going to kill Hitoshi for making me go.

So I didn't kill Hitoshi.
I called him to pick me up when Midoriya was getting questioned.
I ended up hugging him.
"You suck! I wanted to stay home and now look!"
My words were muffled from his shirt. He just looked calm as he held onto me.
"Yeah, I know. We can go home and play with Star."
"Buy me pudding and Boba tea."
"You got it boss. The others are staring though," he whispered the last part.
I let go and just slumped against him.
"Bleh! I'm tired and hungry and I want your attention."
"You have it, trust me."
He made a gesture as if he was yawning. He pressed his fist against his mouth and then put it to my cheek.
