Hum...I have some writer's block because :
- I don't quite get the overprotective idea.
- I can't identify myself as a cute and short character.
- I got busy because of school's tests lol.
- See the A/N at the end.
In my opinion, I think it's a little bad but tell me if I'm wrong. Well, I hope you won't mind it in any case.
Anyway, let's becoming this cute and short character and let's-a-go !

- At Otonokizaka's High School -
- 3rd POV -
Being popular is not your strong point but you ended to be. Everything happened because some photos of you, which you think it's too embarrassing to show, got uploaded on the Internet and so everyone got charmed by your cuteness and...your short size.
Back to the moment : like every story, you hid in places where your fans won't find you like empty classroom, locker or...bushes and on this wonderful day, you've been see by them.
"Here she is !" You heard one of them shouted and so you started to run away.
"Don't let her go !" An another one said and you heard them running after you. You know they don't have any ill inten—
"You're running so cutely~!"
"Why are you running away~?"
"We will force you to wear those clothes we all chose~!" ...You take back what you were thinking.
'Why is it happening to me ?' You thought while trying to not imagine what's going to happen if they catch you.
All you wanted is a peaceful school life. You don't mind getting attention from your classmates but they are going a little too far. At the beginning, you received some compliments and as the day goes on, you gradually get weird things like photos or a fan club.
After a while of fleeing, you're facing two choices, one is the upstairs and the other one is a dead end with a room on the left. You look behind and you don't see them but you still hear them shouting and running. Without bothering, you run to the room and you hope it's opened. You pray yourself so it will happen and you turn the door's handle.
- Umi's POV -
Honoka, Kotori and I are writing the next song. Nico is doing her special training to the first year and Nozomi and Eli are doing their student council's duty.
I can heard people running in the corridor. They should know it's forbidden to run in the corridor.
The door get opened and we see a little girl coming and closing the door while panting. She checks outside by looking through the window and she sighs in relief. She looks behind her and she sees us. By looking at her ribbon, I can guess she's a second year too but by looking at her face, I have started to blush because of how cute she is.
"S-Sorry for the intrusion !" She stuttered. Even her voice is cute.
"N-No it's alright right ?" Honoka asked us and we nodded. The little girl sighs in relief once again.
"T-Then can I stay here ? I don't want to run again because of my fans..." She chuckles nervously. She has fans too ? I think it's quite obvious because she is so cute—Why am I calling her cute ? And besides it, I feel like I need to protect her from her fans. I mean, she can't work quietly if they are fans around her ! Anyway, back to the topic.
"S-Sure ! We don't mind !" I suddenly answered her and Honoka and Kotori looked at me surprised. I guess the the right choice and at the same time, know why I want to protect her.
- Kotori's POV -
A little girl came at the club room. My first thought was how a little child got here. It was until I saw her ribbon tie I realized I was wrong.
"Hey, shouldn't you be in a middle school ?" Honoka-chan asked her dumbly.
"W-What ?! I'm a second year of this high school though..." She said and she got lost in her thought until she frown. "Wait a minute, I actually am !" She said and pouted s-so—
'C-Cutely—!!' I thought. When I think about it, it feels like we're quite similar besides the size. I don't know if she's easygoing but there's something within her, like a daughter who need someone to keep an eye on her...
- Honoka's POV -
The unknown girl got into the club room. At first view, she looks like Nico but I noticed she's more cuter than Nico-chan.
"By the way, who are you ?" She asked us. Looks like she doesn't know us. Oh well, it can happen.
"My name is Kousaka Honoka !" I happily introduced myself. "Here's Umi-chan and Kotori-chan !" I introduced them.
"I-It's nice to meet you." Umi-chan said embarrassed.
"I hope we're gonna be friends !" Kotori-chan said cheerfully.
The (H/C)-haired girl smiles.
"Yeah ! My name is (L/N) (Y/N) ! Call me (Y/N) !" She told us her name.
Her smile has the same effect as mine except it's more cuter. I can feel kindness from her, like I can trust her but at the same time, my mind tells me to protect her and...I also think I'm starting to love her.
- A few days later -
- 3rd POV -
After this encounter, you're allowed to stay at the club which you learnt it's the school idol research club and the members are your three new friends, three third year which are Nico, someone like you but 'less cuter' from what her friends said, the cute and smart student council president Eli and the spiritual secretary Nozomi and three first year, the sportive girl Rin, the idol's and rice's lover Hanayo and the lady-like Maki. You also learnt all of them form a school idol group named Muse.
You enjoy being with them because they are your friends who're not a fan of you. At final, you will get a peaceful life for now.
"(Y/N)-chan !" You heard Honoka running and catching you from behind.
"Honoka-chan !" You happily called her back. What you didn't notice is two strong glares from the two second year girl.
"Let her go." Umi said and managed to get you away from the bread lover's grasp. But what she didn't notice is she's holding you tightly.
"U-Umi-chan..." You tried to call her but she ignored you and glared at Honoka who's glaring back.
"H-Hum...Girls ?" Kotori tried to call them too but they ignored her. You sighed and you managed to get off the archer's grasping. You think it's time to stop.
"Why are you fighting like that ?" You asked them and they looked away while blushing.
"I-It's because..." The blue-haired girl tried to justify but she couldn't. After all, she can't hate Honoka.
"S-Sorry (Y/N)-chan." Honoka excused herself.
You sighed again and you got a hug from behind. You can guess it's Kotori by her strand of hair.
"Kotori-chan ?" You asked her.
"Yes, what is it ?" She asked you while smiling and holding you tighter. You can feel the same glare from the two scolded girls.
"W-Why are you holding me ?" You asked her a little frightened and you feel those glares getting stronger.
"No reason why ?" She answered and asked an another question for you.
Umi and Honoka have enough of seeing both of you getting touchy.
"Kotori-chan/Kotori ! Let (Y/N) go !" They said in unison and Kotori didn't answer for a while.
"...No." She finally answered and started to cuddle you. Umi and Honoka grumbled and you started to think it's maybe time to handle this situation.
"W-Why don't you make the peace together ?" You kindly asked them and they stared at you. "I-I guess not..." You said and you giggled nervously.
You noticed that they are becoming overprotective since this day. When you leave your house, they are waiting for you, when you go outside, they follow you and when you talk with someone, they keep an eye on you.
You don't mind it but you had started to think they won't let you a moment alone beside when you're at home. But somewhere within you, you feel grateful for caring about you and you started to have feeling about one of them but you don't know who yet.
- An another time skip : On the weekend -
- In a mall -
You are buying things in various shops for cooking. Your mother forgot to buy ingredients before going to work.
You finally brought the last ingredients and you noticed it's time to eat so you walk to a nearby café and you bump into someone.
"Hey ! Look where you're watching kiddo !" This someone said and you got annoyed by the word kiddo.
"No it's you who should be careful and—!" You looked at the person and it's a man around of 20 years old. You got scared by his height and you fell on your butt.
"And what ?" His face got closer to your and because of how intimidate he is, nothing came from your mouth. He didn't say anything and instead, he's looking at your body. "You know, you look cute so why don't we..." He continued to talk but you can't hear anything because you can guess where this conversation is going to. You closed your eyes while tears were about to fall until your heard :
"Hey ! What are you doing ?!" A serious and recognizable voice came out. You check the owner of this voice and you see it's Honoka along with Umi and Kotori.
"Tch...Even though they are cute, I don't want to face the guards..." The man said and left you.
The three girls run to you and you feel relieved.
"Ah guys—!" You got cut by their sudden hug.
"What were you doing ?!" Honoka asked you worried. You can feel your heart getting tighter.
"We were so worried about you !" Kotori joined and hugged you tighter before the two others did too. You feel your tears getting close to fall.
"Please, don't leave us !" Umi said and you feel your tears falling and your heart tighter.
"I-I'm sorry..." You said while sobbing and they started to cry too.
After this moment, you and your friends are walking to a free table in a park after buying breads. You told them it's not necessary to come along but they insisted because of what happened.
You can feel your heart racing because of before. Whoever you look at make your heart beating faster. Maybe you love them after all.
Honoka, Umi and Kotori noticed your discomfort and Honoka decided to put her hand to your. Umi, Kotori and you blushed by her action and Kotori suddenly put her hand on the free hand. Umi looked frustrated and she decided to put both her hands on both Honoka's and Kotori's hand.
They look at each other with an angry face and they look at you.
"Hey (Y/N)/(Y/N)-chan ! Who do you like the most among us ?!"

"S-Sorry but I love all of you !" You told them and they were shocked of your answer. They looked at each other again but instead of getting angry, they understand each other and they smile. After all, they were fighting to get you but all the moments you spent together and had fun are evidences to not fight anymore. They let your hands off and they hand their hand to you and said the wonderful sentence in unison :
"Sure, we don't mind sharing you !"
~Extended ending~
Umi : "Why did I say something so shameless ?!"
Honoka : "But look ! We are together with (Y/N)-chan !"
Kotori : "Yeah and I'm sure she's happy to have us—"
Nico got out from bushes.
Nico : "Hey ! Did you forget about the idol—"
Hands came out from bushes and brought Nico back to the bushes.
Honoka : "Did you hear something ?"
Kotori : "I don't think so..."
Umi : "By the way, where's (Y/N) ?"
Muttering in bushes
Eli : "Hey Nico, stop trying to ruin our plan."
Nico : "But they are idols ! It's my duty to tell them that's wrong to—"
(Y/N) : "What are you doing here~?"
Everyone but the second years gulped.
Nozomi : "E-Everyone run !"
They ran away from (Y/N).

Anyway ! My brain is going crazy right now because of the requirement of this story. Maybe I need to take a break ? I guess I should...
For the A/N :
I want you to tell me which one do you want me to write first.
The reason is :
- I got inspired by some stories from colleagues like Hikari-kun and ExtremeAnime (check their works, they deserve it lol~)
- Doujins and visual novels ! I really like reading and playing them and one day, I told myself : "Hey, why don't I write something about it ?"
Sorry about the whole reason and here's the choices !
- The requests AKA the default ? The next one is Enterprise x Female Reader x Enterprise Alter both from Azur Lane.
- A yandere ? I have some ideas.
- Something new ? I want to try an angst story.
I have plan to write one about doujins works and visual novels but I don't know if you would like or at least, care about it. Let me know again~
I will let you answer for four-five days and I will tell the "result" in my profile page and meanwhile, I will take a break from writing. If nobody answered, it will be the request who win by default.
