"Embry this plan better work.." I whispered and he shrugged.
"Maybe you should act better. I'm the one doing all the work so maybe you need to up your game sunshine." He shot back amused as I glared at him.
"I am doing work!" I hissed back and he shook his head and chuckled.
"No way princess! Do you really want him to pay for what he did because if not we can stop now?" Embry asked with a raised brow.
Did i really want to hurt paul like this?
Images of him and some other girl filled my head. Him kissing her, touching her..him and her..........
"Illshow you acting." I muttered and without a second thought crushed my lips to his. he stood there shocked completely taken off guard but when I tugged his shaggy hair he finally got the hint and played along, kissing me back. It felt really wrong kissing him, how could paul do this? hm- * cue the loud ass growl*
hey finally jackass (aka paul) noticed!
" Um-uh...ewww, I'm gonna throw up. Yeah i just threw up in my mouth." Jake said in disgust behind me gagging. Poor kid, I completely forgot about him.
And just like that I felt embry vanish from under me, i looked up in to see ..... Mia?
She had me by the collar of my shirt.
"What the fu-" I looked in time to see Paul punch Embry square in the face. Aw fuck.
"EMBRY WHATS YOUR DEAL?"Paul yelled as Embry got out of his grasp.
"Dude whats my deal? What's your deal! You say you dont want her one minuite and you have a girlfriend! Make up your damn mind!" Embry yelled turning beat red, which surprised me usually Embry was the quite one, more civil. My heart swelled at the sight of my best friend defending me.
And the fact Paul looked absolutely flabbergasted.
"Whatever! Have her then, Hope you guys have so much fun and a great life together!" Paul shot back throwing his arms in the air before storming out the front door, leaving the rest of us speechless.
"I think im already sick of the drama. " I say mostly to myself sitting down and put my head in my hands. At this moment I actually wished I was back at my crazy dorm, with my crazy friends.
We would be arguing about something stupid like Jadens anger problems, a hoe, or something simpler like that. I wish I was away from here, and the problems and fighting it comes with,and its only been 32 hours!
With that thought I got up and made my way to the door.
"Tori where are you going!" Jake yelled running to me and closeing the door.
"Out." I simply said and grabbed my bag with my fake i.d in it and went out the door. As I was walking down the driveway someone called out to me, stopping me in my tracks.
"Wait! Tori wait up!" Embry yelled chasing after me.
"What you need em?" I asked as he threw his arm over my shoulder.
"Going with you DUH!" He shot me a goofy grin which made it hard for me to object.
"Fine lets go then, actually we dont have a ride........" I sighed but then spotted Jakes truck.
Sneaking over very ninja like I opened it, after peering over at the house to make sure no one was watching. Unlocked, sweet.
I jumped in the front seat and exposed the old ass trucks wiring, should t be too hard to Hotwire.
"Oh hell no, we are NOT hot-wiring Jake's truck! He'll kill us!" embry whispered trying to drag me out of the truck but with a devilish smile I glanced at him as the truck went to life and I closed the door.
"You coming or what?" I asked waggling my brows at him. After muttering about going to jail and funeral arrangement he got in.
Throwing the car in drive we sped off just in time for Jake to look out the window and see us.
"Tori get the fuck back here with my truck!"
He's so gonna kill us....... oh well.

"SHE STOLE MY CAR!" I whine slumping in the couch. I'm gonna kill her, but Embry first for going along with it.
"How your keys are right there." sam pointed out stupidly and i rolled my eyes.
"the evil little midget hotwired my car- wait she doesnt even have her license!" I yell with a groan. Crap shes gonna eather crash my truck or get arrested, maybe both knowing her and Embry together.
"Well didnt Embry go with her..." Mia pointed out and I sighed, they don't even know how bad they are together, nothing but trouble I'm telling you.
"Yeah...i think? But whats up with her and..-" I cut seth off.
"I dont know most likely just to piss Paul off." I said frustrated. Paul really needs to get his head out of his ass, and do something. He either wants my sister or he doesnt, but he needs to make up his damn mind, and quick.
"Yeah.." Emily adds bringing us Into a awkward silence.
Please Tori dont get yourself into trouble.

We drive about 10 minutes until we found a sports bar, it was crowded and could hear the music from the parking lot.
"Are you sure..-" Embry asks unsure but I just grab his arm a drag him along.
"Yeah, you're the designated driver!" I reply chipper as ever with embry hesitantly following behind me, finally he grabbed my arm and turned me around.
"Are you sure Tori? Paul wont like-" I cut him off right there
"I dont care what Paul likes or doesnt like! Until he drops his hoe and figures out what he does and doesnt want then he has no say!" I exclaim a bit harsher than necessary and embry put his hands up in surrender.
I continued walking and opened the door to the bar, the stench was horrible.
let me tell you. It was a mix of stale alcohol, sweat, and puke, it was so strong even a human could smell it.
Embry and I scrunched our noses up in distaste and got a table. Not long after a waitress came up and eyed embry with a phony smile on her face.
"Hey, what can i get you?" she asked trying her best to be seductive and embry quickly spoke up, brushing off her advances completely.
"Just a coke.." He said while giving me a meaningful look basically saying "don't"
"Vodka redbull please." I said using my best smile even went as far as winking at her, which caused her to get flustered for a moment before returning the smile and walking off to get our order.
"Must you use your charms on everyone? That's just evil that waitress didn't even know what to do, she forgot to even I.D you!" Embry hissed under his breath as I just flipped my hair over my shoulder
"That's the whole point, Time to party!"
JPOV
My head was pounding, Paul and Jared would not shut up.
"Dude doritoes are better!" Paul yelled and Jared shook his head wildly before objecting.
"No way Cheetos are so much better"
"Your out of your mind Doritos kick Cheetos ass"
"Oh yeah how about I kick your ass"
"Really do it then punk."
To no surprise Jared lunged at Paul, knocking over a lamp and the cd shelf next to the tv.
"Say it! DORITOES ARE BETTER!" Paul roared putting jared in a headlock.
"f-f-fu-f*ck you!CHEETOS ARE!" Jared was just not giving up. Stubborn bastards.
This has been going on for about a hour and a half and it got old about.....a hour and half ago.
Please god give me the strength to not kill these two idiots....

"EMBRY!" I yelled/ slurred over the loud music and drunk people.
"what? " He asked confused as i leaned against him for support, and tossed my arm around his shoulders.
"you know i loooooveeeeee you right? because i do!" I said and started laughing maybe those 10 shots of tequila werent the best idea....
"Tori lets get you back to Sam's....." He says dragging me out of the bar while I giggled again.
"aw embry your s-so responsible, you always take care of me. i love you buddy!!!" I slur struggling to make sentences and he rolled his eyes but smirked at me. i swear if i wasnt so tipsy i would smack him...
"Tori. you're drunk." He pointed out like I didn't know while putting me in the passanger seat and buckling me in. ( remember safety first, click it or ticket!)
"n-no!! im just a little......tipsy! Yeah..." I say trying to defend my drunkness, but then I see a a squirrel and I could've sworn he gave me the finger.
Ok maybe i was a little drunk.
"ok girlie. Whatever you say..." He says streatching the word before driving off. Oh well I'm having a great time no ones going to ruin my great mood so I cranked up the radio and had a little dance party as Embry laughed at my drunk ass all the way home.

"Dude just f*cking admit it! " paul hissed glaring at jared.
"Ok ok. doritoes are good..... BUT CHEETOS ARE BETTER!!!!!" Jared laughed which set Paul off again.
Just then we hear super loud music, right outside, probably wondering what the noise is too Emily and sam walk into the living room to join us.
"whos-" Emily is cut off when the door opens and enters Embry supporting a very drunk Tori.
"H-hey guys!" Tori slurrs throwing her hands up before going into a fit of laughter. oh shit-

"Aw Embry lighten up,we had a good time right?" I ask with a big grin and he smiled back at me.
"Yeah it was fun, I just wish you didnt drink so much though..." he sighed and i scoffed.
Party pooper.
"Psh im awesome when I'm tipsy! Well this was fun but lets go inside before jake pisses his pants about his truck." I announce getting out of the truck before i fell to the ground, damn never realized how far down the ground was before just now. Embrys helps me up and lead us to the door, i love this kid.. have i said that?
"H-hey guys!" I yell and when see their faces i laugh, and i couldnt stop laughing. these guys are so funny...
"Jake I swear I told her wasnt a good idea..." Embry says rushing to defend himself from a very pissed off looking Jake and I slap his arm and giggle.
"Yeah he was responsible. We had a good time you should of camee!" i slur and giggled at jakes mad face.
"Oh sorry sis I never got the invite when you were STEALING MY GOD DAMN TRUCK" he huffs out in annoyance before turning to Embry.
"Embry what the f*ck? You let my sister get drunk!" He exclaimed throwing his hands towards me who was now upside down on the couch laughing like a idiot. When I seen he was pointing to me I sat up straight and realized I sat next to emily and paul. Haha whoops.
"I-im sorry guys. im not th-hat drunk! i pinky swear!" i said putting my pinky up. i turned to paul.
"Hey Paulyy....!" I slur out stretching out my words and started giggling as he glared at embry. Damn he's so hot when he's mad...
"Ugh...hi?" he asked clearly confused I was even speaking to him, he got even more confused when I went into another laughing fit and I couldn't help but put my head on his shoulder and started laughing into his shoulder,wow maybe i am drunk. woopsie!

My sister started laughing for about 5 minutes .
"Tori who gave you liquor anyways!?" I asked / demanded.
"The nice waitress at the sports bar gave it to me! I didn't even need to use my fake I.d!" she said with puppy dog eyes... if the puppy wasnt drunk it might've worked.
"Ok i-im tired so i might go crash in the nice woods righttt there... bye bye!" she says getting up and I grabbed her arm quickly.
"Oh no you don't drunky! " I pull her to the chair and she sat down. Wow drunk Tori is strangely obedient.
"Tori you can sleep here tonight if you like." Emily offers and tori turned a perfect smile on emily. emily looked dazzed for a second..how can she still do that and shes wasted!
"Thanks em! thanks sam i ho-hope you dont mind!" She says slurring her words as Emily leads her upstairs. She is gonna have a terrible hangover in the morning...
I turned my glare on embry.
"Really Embry? you couldnt tell a 17 year old girl she couldnt drink!" I exclaim and he looked down ashamed.
"He probably wanted to get her drunk. so he could fu-" embry got up and glared at paul
"SHUT THE F*CK UP PAUL! i didnt!" Embry shouts at Paul who got up and returned the glare.
"Right! dont act like no one notices the way you look at her!" paul shouts back accusingly and embry's cheeks turned a tint of pink.
"shut it paul...just because you screwed up dont blame me, shes my friend!" He stammers out sitting down and Paul growled.
"Paul, Embry stop!" Sam orders and Paul immediately sits down, but kept his glare fixed on embry.
I know Paul cares about my sister. He just needs to stop being a idiot and tell her.
