No ones PoV
You were in the passenger seat while Dean was driving, like per usual, and you were just listening to the radio which was currently blasting out Metallica, and the radio guy said Asia was next.
"Oooooo I love Asia" you squealed looking over at Dean who looked back at you and smiled.
"Me too honey... me too" he mumbled back in a gruff tone, grabbing your hand in his as he started blaring Metallica even more, leading to him doing some pretty funny dance moves and head banging within the beat.
You giggled again, turning away when he finally decided to calm down. Yet neither of you knew what was coming right around the corner... a drunk diver, who hadn't called a taxi, hadn't got a friend to drive him back or a bus. No, he decided to get in his massive truck and think that it was okay for him to drive home.
As you and Dean were going along the road, him mumbling the words as you whispered them, just enjoying the everlasting road, thats when you heard it, the beep and Dean looking sideways eyes in shock as the massive truck can hurling towards you too.
The truck dragged baby alongside for a good 100 meters and it wasn't great that there was a hill which you rolled down, you screamed and the last thing you heard before black vision overtook was your lover screaming your name.
"Y/N!" Dean screamed.
Deans PoV
I heard a truck beeping, and as I passed a crossroads all I saw was a truck, going way over the speed limit his me and Y/n, and my baby, but that didn't matter.
What did matter was how Y/n's screams echoed through my ears and that scared me, the only thing I could think of saying was Y/n... her name, it might be the last time she hears it, he'll it might even be the last time I say it... I was truly and utterly scared.
As the truck whacked into us, and we rolled down a very steep hill, I was still awake and could hold myself a bit more... controlling myself while Y/n was passed out and in all honestly I didn't care about me but Y/n looked terrible... she looked absolutely terrible.
5 minutes later
For the past five minutes I've been shaking Y/n and she hasn't woken up, now that was scaring me.
"Y/n. Baby come on, open your eyes" I whimpered, my manliness deteriorating and I didn't care.
"Please" I looked up to God.
"I know- I know I'm a shitty hunter and boyfriend I don't deserve Y/n but please don't do this to me... I'm begging you" I silently cried still shaking Y/n.
"Darling...?" I asked, hoping, praying for a answer.
I soon heard the ambulance sirens down my ears and men from all different corners shouting.
"Two people, a man and a women, man is around 40 woman is around (age), man is alive, woman not so sure" a paramedic spoke.
"Help!" I shouted, making the paramedics come running to the car, as they were running what I didn't notice before was how squished she was in the car, I looked fine, he'll I was great apart from the face that Y/n wasn't waking up next to me.
A paramedic tried to grab me but I shouted "NO! GET HER" he continued to grab me.
"GET OFF OF ME AND GET HER" I shouted ten times louder as they still dragged me off, me trying to fight against them.
"Y/N!" I shouted.
"Calm down sir" a paramedic that was restraining me spoke, calmness in his voice and they dragged me back to the ambulance placing me on one of the beds.
"God, just leave me... I'm fine tell me if she is okay... please, her name is Y/n Winchester she is my wife and I need to know" I calmed down and the paramedic just looked at me sadly.
"Sorry sir but we have to check you, your girlfriend is in good hands and will be in here with you in just a moment" she spoke, I nodded my head and let he do all the necessary checks.
"Your wife is being checked outside, Okay?" She asked and I just nodded my head. A few minutes later Y/n appeared, broken on a stretcher.
"Y/n... Y/N!" I barked not in anger but in fear, her head lolled to the side a bit and her eyes opened very faintly.
"Y/n!" I spoke again, she wasn't listening she was slipping unconscious again, and I didn't know what to do god SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO! I screamed in my head. I looked over at Y/n again and just prayed she'd be okay.
"Stay with me, you hear?" I questioned her, my tone much softer and caring, than in panic, however when I didn't get no response as her eyes close and the heart machine dropped a bit I threw my head onto the stretcher trying to wake myself up from this dream and in all reality it wasn't a dream.
"Y/n! Goddamnit... Y/n Winchester you better not die on me you hear! What would I do without you?! IM NOTHING WITHOUT YOU!" I shouted, no matter what happened all I wanted was for her to stay awake.
"God Y/n... I love you" I mumbled before I felt my self slip into unconsciousness.
A few hours later I woke up in a hospital, confused but remembering what exactly happened getting up and looking for nurses.
"Hey, Hey! Where is Y/n Winchester's room, she was brought in here due to a car crash happened around six hours ago" I explained, the woman looked at me and she nodded knowing exactly who I was.
"The paramedics said you'd do this the moment you wake up, you wouldn't stop talking to the girl on the car ride there, you love her don't you" she spoke as she walked me down the hallway.
"Yes... God yes I do" I mumbled the last part, but the nurse still heard me smiling up at me as we came to Y/n's room.
"Now, before you go in there lad, it's not a pretty site okay, I just want you to be prepared, not for the worst but for the site... okay" she looked at me as my green eyes nodded back at hers, she walked off and I decided to open the door.
As I opened the door and the door creaked, the first thing I could see made me sick. It was Y/n. She was lying on a hospital bed, looking ever so skinny, hooked up onto all sorts of machines and medicines pumping through her body as her face was covered in blood and she had a breathing machine out though her throat to help her... her heartbeat was up and down sometimes.
I slowly crept over to her bed.
"Come on sweetie, you gotta do this, who's gonna make me pie, who am I going to give cuddles to?" He questions the air not expecting a response, and he didn't receive one either. He just looked up into the sky at God/Chuck and cried.
"Please help me, make her better... please! I don't deserve this, I know I don't but I never ask for miracles, YET YOU MADE ME FOR YOUR SON TO POSSESS ME! Help me do this one good thing! For her!" I spoke passionately.
"I'm sorry Y/n... god I'm so sorry" I got closer to her and she would wiggle a bit showing she was definitely alive but I needed her to be okay. She is the only thing I have left, apart from Sammy but she's the only thing who will complete me.
And as fate would have it Y/n woke up, fully awake. You Not just looking at me but looking everywhere in confusion, I just smiled at her adorable face and not wanting to leave her side... ever again.
"Ah God, I knew you would do it Y/n! I knew you was strong and God I'm so happy" I spoke running and giving her a hug.
"Dean where am I?" She asked making me look at her.
"Honey, we were in a car crash and you almost didn't make it" I whispered kissing her hand and looking deep into her angel eyes.
"Wow... get any cool pics of us getting absolutely whacked" she giggled and I laughed at her, she never lost her personality she was the coolest, most funniest girl Dean had met which what attracted him to her even more. Dean didn't care about looks when it come to Y/n... she as perfect.
"I love you Dean" she mumbled kissing my nose as I kissed her back.
"love you too fake Winchester"
Dean smiled and right there and then you knew you were both going to be okay, you felt fine accept your face and Dean felt fantastic about you being alive... you two need each other and you too deserve each other more than anything.
