We had drove for about 20 minutes before reaching Lauren's parents house.
"You're parents live this close?" I ask
"Yeah" She says as she rushes out of the car
"Tay it's gonna be ok" Lauren says running to her sister
"You don't know that" Her sister says
"Hi" I wave. "I know your scared but you should listen to your sister on this one. A while back my dog went missing for nearly a week. We had searched everywhere and I had pretty much given up hope but before I knew it, as I walked out of the house and on my way to school, there she was sitting outside the front door. It was the most nerve racking thing I've ever been through" I smile
"Uh Lo, who is this?" Her sister asks confused
"My... friend Y/n" Lauren smiles
"Oh" Taylor says. "I like her" she smiles
"Me too" Lauren says followed by a laugh
"Well her name is Lily, she's my little princess" Taylor says
"Cute" I smile
"Lets go find us a dog" Lauren smiles

It had been a couple hours and sadly, no luck.
"Where could this dog have gone? We're never going to find her" Lauren says
"Shh!" I whisper. "She'll here you" I say as I continue to look
"I don't know how your still so hopeful" she says crossing her arms
"Gotta Have hope right?" I smile
"I guess" she laughs
"Over here!" I say to Lauren. "Wait never mind that's not the dog"
"Y/n you found her!" Lauren cheers
"What?" I say
"Tay there she is!" She yells
"That's her little princess??" I say
"You're never going out by yourself again missy" Taylor says bringing her dog back inside
"Uh Lauren wtf?!" I say before we walk inside
"What?!" She asks
"That's a whole 70 pound dog?!" I say
"Yeah so?" She says
"You made it seem like a little baby puppy went missing!? There was no way in hell that big ass dog was gonna stay lost for long" I say
"Your so dramatic" she laughs as we walk inside
"That thing barely fits through the door" I say following her inside
"Oh it smells good in here" I say closing the door
"My moms cooking dinner, she invited us if you wanna stay" she says
"Okay" I smile

"Yeah I just got her a few days ago and she already hates me" Taylor laughs
We were sitting in the living room waiting for dinner to be done. Me and Taylor has been talking for a while while Lauren helped her parents make some plantains.
"I doubt anyone could hate you" I laugh
"You're in my seat" Lauren says waking over to us
"It's my seat now" I smirk
"Is it?" She says as she sits on top of me
"Ahh" I laugh trying to push her off
"You asked for this" she laughs
"Move" I laugh
"So Tay, How was your day?" She laughs ignoring me
"Here we can share" I laugh pulling her to my side
"I guess" she smirks
"You two are cute" Taylor says smiling at us
"Oh yeah trying to squash each other is so cute" I laugh
"She's the cute one" Lauren says
"I'm not denying it" I laugh
"Wow" Lauren laughs
"I mean I guess you're kinda cute too" I joke
"Thanks" She smiles
"You're welcome" I smile back
"The foods done!" Laurens mom calls out
"Me first!" Lauren says pushing me into the couch
"Not so fast!" I laugh pulling her back towards me
"Tay help me" Lauren laughs as Taylor pulls out her phone and records us

"So, how are you liking living with this one" Lauren's mom asks
"I love it, its been fun so far" I smile
"Yeah mom we actually just got back from a mini vacation" Lauren says. "We even went camping"
"Lo I thought you hated camping?" Her dad says
"Nah I actually really enjoyed myself this time" she smirks
"Yeah it was fun but Vegas was fun too" I say trying to change the subject
"Definitely a night to remember" she smirks
"I can't imagine Lauren sleeping in a tent" Taylor says
"Oh we didn't, we shared a blow up mattress and slept under the stars" Lauren says
"You shared?" Her dad asks
"Yeah" Lauren says
"It was cold.." I say. "And Lauren's .. warm?" I say awkwardly
"Right" Her dad smiles
"It actually wasn't really that cold-" Lauren starts

"What's wrong?" Lauren asks
"Camilas been texting me all day" I say
"Oh" she says
"I'll be right back" I say standing up

"Who's Camila mija?" My mom asks
"..Her girlfriend" I say
"Oh, we thought that maybe you two-" she starts
"-Nope" I quickly say

"Yeah?" She says
"Is everything alright?" Her mom asks
"Cams not feeling well so I should go" I say
"Oh..." she says. "..I should probably go too it's pretty late"
"No that's ok" I say
"It's fine I drove you anyways" she says
"You don't have to, I don't wanna make you-"
"-Who's making me do anything?" She says a little annoyed
