So this one was requested by...no one because I said I will make a story someone requested and the next story will be my choice and I think I will keep it up.
Anyway, hope you're fine ! For me, I'm not. My brain got fried up because of school so the ending is so-so. The truth is I'm bad to write an ending. =/

- At the 346 Production : in your office -
- 3rd POV -
You're (L/N) (Y/N), a producer from the 346 Production. You actually have produced three girls : Shibuya Rin, Kamiya Nao and your crush : Hojou Karen.
Karen was the first idol you produced. She always like teasing you and she's always stays on your side. As a consequence, you fell in love with her.
Back to the story, you're in your office and you're making schedule for the girls.
"Good morning producer." You heard someone entering the room. You can guess it's Rin.
"Good morning Shibuya-san." You greeted back.
"Jeez, when will you call Nao and I by our first name ?" Rin said and sighed.
It can't help. You only call Karen by her first name because she "blackmailed" you. You have to do it only on her or else she will show a photo of you in your underwear to her friends. How did she manage to get it ? That's a good question.
"S-Sorry Shibuya-san but I can't..." You told her and she sighed.
"Whatever." Rin said and went sitting down on a couch.
A few minutes later, Nao comes in.
"Hi producer !" Nao greeted.
"Good morning Kamiya-san." You greeted back.
"So what are we going to do ?" She asked.
"Eeh~ Are you already motivated Nao ?" Rin said while smirking.
"S-Shut up ! It's not like I want to do it !" Nao said and joined Rin. You giggled.
"Let's wait Hojou-san for now." You told her.
You have waited for a few minutes but Karen is still not here. You start to get worried about her.
"Karen sure take her time." Rin said.
"Right ? What should we do producer ?" Nao asked you.
You would like to wait her a little longer but Rin and Karen will soon start their job and trainings and you will have a meetup with the others producers.
"For now, stick to your schedule and let's visit her after that alright ?" You suggested them and they accepted.
- Meanwhile -
- At Hojou's residence -
- Karen's POV -
Cough ! Cough !
I would like to go to work but my mom told me I'm sick so I stay at home. Well, maybe I overworked on those recent days. I wanted to show my skill to producer during one of our live with Rin and Nao, it turned out well because producer was impressed. The reason I did that is because...I think I love her. She's quite innocent and caring. I think I love these parts.
Knock Knock
"Karen, do you need something ?" I heard my mom asking me behind my room's door.
"Nothing mom." I answered her.
She's quite worried about me. I think producer and the girls are actually worried too. Maybe I need to send them a message. I picked up my phone and I start sending it.
Karen :
Sorry guys ! I can't come at work ! I'm sick.
Rin :
Oh.
Tsundere (Nao) :
What ?! How ?!
Producer <3 :
Maybe it's my fault.
Oops, I forgot to change producer's name in case someone is reading it.
Karen :
Don't worry producer. It's not your fault. It's just I worked beyond my limit those recent days.
Producer :
You didn't have to Karen.
I know you're physically weak so please, don't do it again.
In any case, get well.
Rin :
Get well Karen.
Tsundere (Nao) :
Yeah ! Get well !
They really are worried about me.
I sighed because I have nothing to do.
Maybe I should watch the TV. I turn on the TV and I see a rediffusion of our recent live.
"Today, we welcome the members of the unit, Triad Primus."
It reminds me of my debut.
Flashback : a few weeks ago
- In training room -
"Alright, 15 minutes of break !" Trainer-san said and I sat on the floor while panting.
I have just debuted as an idol.
Producer was the one who scouted me. I still remember what she told me.
"I'm sure you can bright as a star." She told me that.
Even though I told her being an idol is not my thing, she insisted to produce me.
"Not too hard Hojou-san ?" Producer asked me while coming at me and then crouched down to be at the same level of mine. She really cares about me.
"I think it's fine." I was actually improving my vitality and my dance. "Did the others found the training hard at the beginning ?" I asked her. I can see her embarrassed.
"I-I'm embarrassed but you're the first idol I produced so I don't know a lot about it." She said. I thought she already produced some idols after what she told me before. "Sorry if I'm not useful..." She said.
"No, no you're not ! You pay attention to me so it's alright !" I reassured her.
"Thanks Hojou-san." Producer stood up. "I think it's nearly time to go back. Don't force yourself." She said and smiled. I think it was at this moment where we have started to be closer.
- Time skip : on her 1st live -
Can I really do it ?
I see a lot of people waiting for my performance.
"Are you stressed ?" Producer asked me.
"A little." I checked back the crowd. "They really are looking forward to my live." I told Producer.
"Yeah, they really like your first song and most importantly, you." Producer agreed and added.
"The live will start in one minute" A staff member said.
I'm both excited and nervous. It's all thanks to my fans, my family and most importantly, Producer if I am here now. Her support, her caring, her kindness. I think I have started to love her since then.
"Thanks Producer for everything. I will do my best as an idol !"
- End of flashback -
After this moment, I always try to catch her attention.
I "blackmailed" her with a photo so we will be closer by forcing her to call me by my first name. People could say it's somehow forceful but I don't think so. It's just because I always wanted to tease her and see her reaction.
How did I manage to get the photo ? Well, we went to a bath house together and I sneakily took pictures of her in her underwear in secret. Her undergarments is quite cute.
But now, there's Rin and Nao. It's quite hard to be close to Producer now. Producer got less time to spend with me and I got busy with jobs, radios and lives.
It could be great if she's here and takes care of me. I'm feeling lonely right now.
- A few hours later : Afternoon -
- In your office -
- Back to 3rd POV -
Rin and Nao got back from their activities and you're planning the next schedules for the girls. With Karen absent, you had to postpone her schedule for an another time.
"We are leaving Producer. We will visit Karen." Rin said and she and Nao left the office.
You forgot to ask them to wait so you can go to Karen's home together. But you know why you didn't.
'I don't want to slow them...' You thought.
- Meanwhile -
- With Rin and Nao -
They walk toward Karen's home and Nao is wondering about something.
"Hey Rin, what do you think about Karen and Producer ?" Nao asked her.
"What do you mean ?" Rin asked again.
"I mean, look, Karen is always by Producer's side. So maybe they have...you know." Nao explained her but embarrassed to continue. Rin smirked.
"They have what...?" Rin tries to force Nao to continue.
"O-Oh shut up !" Nao said.
Rin giggle and think about it. She notices that you are often together, like you form a couple. Karen told Rin that you and Karen are working together since the beginning and it's become a routine. But Rin also notices that Karen blushes when she saw you.
"That's kinda true. Yesterday, I saw Karen blushing when she saw Producer." Rin said.
"Right ? Maybe it's time for me to get my revenge." Nao said.
Well, Rin can't deny that. Back when they met in middle school, Karen always teased her and Nao always got embarrassed. Now, it happens less often because Karen spent her time with you.
"Don't take advantage on her sickness especially when she can't fight back." Rin said and giggled.
"Jeez, why don't you let me have fun with her...?" Nao said and pouted.
They finally arrive to their friend's house.
They ring the bell door and wait. The door opened and they saw a woman who Rin and Nao recognize her as the mother of Karen.
"Oh Rin, Nao, it's been a while !" The mother said.
"Good afternoon, yeah, it's been a while since the middle school." Rin said.
"Y-Yeah yeah..." Nao said.
"Are you here for my daughter ?" Karen's mother asked them.
"Yes, Karen didn't come to the work so we have wondered if we can come to see her." Rin explained her.
"Of course you can. Come in." Karen's mother let Rin and Nao in. "You still remember where's her room right ?"
"O-Of course we do ! We won't forget it so easily !" Nao answered and so she and Rin go to Karen's room.
- In Karen's room -
- Karen's POV -
I heard the doorbell. Maybe it's them. I hope Producer is here too.
Knock knock
I heard two knocks on the door.
"Come in—Cough" I said and I coughed. The door opened and I see Rin and Nao but no signs of Producer.
"Hi Karen." Rin greeted me.
"Hi guys cough" I coughed once again.
"Are you alright ?" Rin asked me worried.
"I'm fine but I don't think I will come tomorrow." I told her.
"Jeez, it will be hard to train without you." Nao said. Is she that motivated ?
"Really Nao ? Are you looking forward to it~?" I told her and she blushed.
"I-It's not like I want to have fun with everyone ! A-And why are you teasing me again ?! Oh god, I got enough of that !" Nao got angry. She's very cute but not as cute as Producer. "You know what, I will do it too !"
"Nao, don't try to do it or else, you will regret it." Rin warned her. Is she going to do something unexpected ?
"Don't warn me ! I will have my revenge for everything Karen did before !" Nao said and looked at me. "Karen ! Rin and I are both pretty sure you love Producer !"
Okay first of all, why did you have to bring Rin along with you ? I'm pretty sure Rin has the same thought.
Then how did you find it ? Is it that obvious ?
"I-I don't know what you're talking about..." I lied to her. Great, I stuttered.
"Don't lie to me Karen ! We saw you blushing when you're close to Producer." Nao said proudly. "Hey Rin ! Back me up !" She asked or rather ordered Rin.
"Why should I ?" Rin asked nonchalantly, like she's not concerned. "It's your battle, not mine." She said.
"W-Why Rin ?!" Nao complained and Rin and I giggled.
It's feel nice to have a talk. If they weren't here, I would get bored and nothing would happened.
Nao always tried to bring up my love toward producer but she ended up losing this battle.
I told them the truth and they have approved it and they will support me no matter what.
We continued to talk until it's getting late.
"Well, I had fun with you guys !" I said happily. They sure filled up my day.
"Yes, it's thanks to Nao." Rin said.
"W-Why ?!" Nao shouted. "A-Anyway, we leave. It's getting late." Nao said and she and Rin took their stuff.
"Thanks for visiting me." I thanked them and they smiled.
"You're welcome. Just get well." Rin said and they left the room.
...
...
It's getting silent again. I hope I will recover tomorrow. I want to see producer again.
I closes my eyes and I say : "I want to be with you producer..." and I end up sleeping.
- A few minutes later -
I woke up because I heard someone coming into my room. Maybe it's mom.
"S-Sorry for the late...!" Huh ? This voice...
"P-Producer ?" I see producer panting, like she ran as fast as she can. Is she so worried about me ?
"S-Sorry if I didn't come sooner." She said while she sat next to me. I shake my head.
"No, it's alright. I know you're busy—cough." I told her and I coughed again.
"D-Don't push yourself Karen." She told me. Like I thought, she's really worried about me. I feel happy to see her worrying about me
"It's alright producer. It's just a cold." I said and I smiled but Producer is still worried.
"I know but..." She paused for a moment. "I-I can't help but worrying about you." She said while blushing and looking away. Seeing her like that made my heart racing.
Producer told me that my schedule of today was postponed so I don't have to worry about it but it made me feel bad because she did her best to convince people who invited me to do it on an another time and it must be hard.
I notice producer is checking the time on her phone.
"Sorry Karen but I need to leave." She said.
I think it's the only opportunity to confess to her. She started to leave but I tugged her sleeve. My heart can't stop beating faster. I'm not ready to do that but I have to.
"P-Producer..." I called her and she looked at me. "C-Can you stay here ? I need to tell you something." She blushed and nodded and so she sat back on the bed.
I grab her soft hand and I say :
"Do you know why I forced you to call me by my first name and I always tease you ?" She shook her head. "I feel like we become much closer if you do this." I leant on her shoulder. I can feel her peaceful breathing. "Did you notice it too ?" I asked her again and she nodded while blushing. "I'm relief...I thought you were quite dense..." I embrace her arms and I look at her. She's still blushing, as always, she's very cute.
"K-Karen..." She said and looked at me. I smiled and I whispered her :
"I love you..."

I would like to put an extended ending but like I said before, my brain is already fried up and tired. (Right now, it's 12:26 am)
