I feel my surroundings,

And I have found my place,

The truth unwinding,

My fall from grace.

The concrete stabs my fingertips,

Thoughts racing in my head,

I cant feel my arms or hips,

I wished I were dead.

I looked up at the blue sky,

Seeing how far I've fallen,

Watching my life pass by,

It looked grey and sullen.

My last breath,

Was crisp with deaths chill,

At least my death,

Had one final thrill.

This is how it had to be,

Because I wanted nothing more,

In that moment I became free,

When my body hit the floor.
