I rushed to throw this together upon remembering that I haven't published something in ages. I'm really sorry about that, a lot of stuff came up and I really wasn't feeling motivated at all...

『 Chocolate 』
[Name] - Third Person
"Hey, Master,"
"Hello? Master? You alive?"
"... Sting?"
The blond guild master finally looked up, unamusedly, from his paperwork at the [Hair Colour] haired girl who had barged unceremoniously into his office moments prior.
"What now?" he asked suspiciously, leaning his cheek on his hand. The girl only showed him a smile before replying.
"Can't I talk to my best friend?" she pouted, perching herself on the edge of his desk.
"You never want to talk to me unless you need something from me," Sting pointed out as he returned to his work.
"Well, now that you mention it..." [Name] dragged each syllable out, making Sting sigh but he listened nonetheless. "What do I do? I gave him the chocolate as you told me but he didn't show that he was glad about it."
"I dunno, what did he say?"
"Wait up Rogue!" a [Hair Colour] haired girl called as she ran up to the Shadow Dragon Slayer.
"Good morning,"
"Morning!" she smiled, taking out a box of chocolates and handing it to him. "I made these myself."
"What's this for?" he asked in surprise.
"Valentines Day," the girl replied cheerily. "These are your favourite kind right?"
"... Yeah, Thanks [Name]," Rogue showed her a slight smile, accepting the chocolate and reaching out to ruffle her hair.
"... Thanks [Name]... " the girl mimicked Rogue's monotone speech with a pout.
"Well you know him as well as I do, what am I supposed to do about it?" Sting asked, his voice void of any emotion. His grip on the pen tightened ever so slightly, but [Name] didn't notice at all as she stared off into the distance.
"Ugh, but you're both obviously closer... Don't you boys talk about things like this?" [Name] asked, looking at him.
"No way,"
"Hey, do you think he likes someone else? Yuki, or maybe Minerva? They're both sooooo pretty," she wondered, tapping her hands.
"But you're the most beautiful," Sting muttered underneath his breath as he continued to write.
"That's not true but thank you for thinking so," [Name] giggled, glancing at him and showing a bright smile.
Sting only glanced up for a second, but quickly looked back down at his work once again. Silence passed over them, the sound of pen scratching paper filling the office.
"Why don't you just tell him?" Sting suddenly asked.
"I have a bad feeling that I'll somehow ruin our friendship," [Name] murmured with a sad smile. "You know, I've been admiring him on and off for years. I don't even know if this really is love honestly..."
"With how much you talk about him, then yeah, it probably is,"
[Name] glanced at the boy from the corner of her eye.
'You know, Yuki said the same thing about you,' the thought came across her mind but she never voiced it.
Around a year ago, she had asked Sting why her heart started racing and why she felt herself constantly thinking about someone. He had told her that it meant you liked or probably loved the person.
She still didn't understand why their bodies were like that. It was just too confusing. All she knows is that according to Sting, she likes Rogue and had stuck to that. But now after talking to Yuki, she apparently likes the both of them?
"Oh right!" [Name] suddenly exclaimed, pulling a box of chocolates out of her bag and pushing it towards Sting just as he stood up. "Made them myself," she added cheerily.
"Huh? Why am I getting chocolates as well?" Sting asked, taking it but never quite meeting her eye. His other hand lifted up to cover his cheeks.
"Hm, you're not the only person I talk too~" she grinned happily. "Yuki told me that I should give them to you as well."
"And you just do everything Yukino tells you to do?" he raised an eyebrow at her, his composure returning.
"I asked her that as well, but she just said, 'Trust me, Minerva-sama also believes that you should'," [Name] answered, impersonating the silver haired girl's voice. "These are your favourites, right? White chocolate?"
"Y-Yeah, thanks," he managed to grin and reach up to ruffle her hair.
"Jeez, you and Rogue are exactly the same. This is the second time my hair's been messed up today," she pouted, glaring slightly.
"Doesn't look too bad. I'm finished here so let's go take a break or something," Sting offered.
"Sure," [Name] followed along with a smile.
But as soon as they walked outside, they met face to face with Minerva and Yukino. By the look on their faces, it seemed that Sting wasn't being truthful. [Name] only smiled apologetically as Sting was dragged back into his office by Minerva, unable to do anything to help.
"What did he do wrong this time?" [Name] didn't even react to the sudden voice next to her ear, already used to Rogue's antics.
"No idea. Also, maybe you should stop doing that? Just so other people don't start dying of heart attacks you know?" [Name] asked back, turning to face the boy. But he only blinked at the question, tilting his head ever so slightly. "The whole emerging from the shadows and suddenly speaking thing?"
"Oh, sorry,"
"You don't have to apologise. It's amusing most times," [Name] quickly smiled sweetly at him before linking her arm through his. "Come on, let's go sit down or something."
"Sure," Rogue agreed, letting her drag him off.
They sat down beside each other at the nearest table to the office and started chatting. Although it was mostly [Name] who was speaking, neither side minded. It was always like this after all. Neither of them mentioned the empty spot opposite them.
"Thanks for the chocolates earlier. They tasted good" Rogue suddenly said, making her beam. "Frosch took half of them though," he added.
"It was nothing. I'm glad they turned out well," [Name] happily said. "I'll be happy to bring more tomorrow if you want."
"That'll be nice," he nodded with a smile. "Thanks."
"Anything for my best friends," she grinned. "Oh and whilst the two of you were bickering yesterday, I found a job the three of us could take. It's not too far from here so the train ride won't be that bad. We can even walk if you want?"
"It's fine, I don't want to inconvenience you. I'm sure Sting thinks so too,"
"If you say so. Let's leave the day after tomorrow since I think Sting was lying about being done with paperwork,"
"Sure,"
"So that means we have another day off tomorrow. Are you and Frosch going to hang around in the guild?" [Name] asked, leaning her cheek on her fist.
"Probably, aren't you?"
"I might, I might not," [Name] started with a smile. "If I feel like it I mean, I might end up sleeping in."
"I'll tell you if anything important happens, you should take a break. You've been quite busy recently. You look tired,"
"Really? I haven't noticed, but thanks. You know, it would be nice to go somewhere to relax once in a while,"
"Yeah..."
"But then again, we'll have to walk since it won't be much of a holiday if the two of you keep puking on trains and carriages," [Name] teased, nudging his foot with hers.
"Please don't remind me of last time," Rogue groaned, running his hand through his hair as he averted his eyes.
The girl only laughed, reaching out to ruffle his hair much like the way he and Sting normally did to her. His eyes narrowed slightly at her. "Payback for this morning," she beamed.
Rogue scoffed lightly, gently moving her hand away. "It's a habit,"
"Yeah, the two of you are quite good at annoying me aren't you?" [Name] rolled her eyes.
"Not what I meant,"
"It never quite is, is it?" she said with another small smile, poking his cheek.
Rogue just let her, knowing to just let her do what she wants at this point. She had always been like this, but it wasn't like he minded. He glanced downwards, hesitating slightly before he decided to give the small package to her.
"Here, you said that these were your favourite didn't you?" he asked. [Name]'s eyes widened slightly as she took it. She was too busy staring at the package that she didn't see the pink tint on his cheeks.
"You remembered? The last time I mentioned this was around a year ago I think,"
"Of course, you're important,"
"Thank you!"[Name] grinned brightly, suddenly hugging him. Rogue froze slightly, but his smile didn't drop as she leaned back.
Just then, a blond figure collapsed into the seat opposite them hitting his head on the table with a 'bang'. [Name] and Rogue blinked at each other in confusion.
"Ne, Master, did you die?" the girl asked cautiously, poking his cheek.
"I'll live... Probably" came his mumbled voice.
"Let's let him rest, he'll be fine," Rogue assured her.
"Kay," [Name] nodded, retracting her hand.
"... Hey Rogue, meet me in my office afterwards," Sting muttered tiredly before falling silent.
"Uh, did he just fall asleep?"
"I'll fetch the blanket," Rogue sighed.
"And I'll find the pillow," the girl gave him a brief smile before they went in opposite directions.

『 Sting's Ending 』
"Hey, you like [Name], don't you?" Sting asked after Rogue closed the door to his office.
"Why are you asking this out of nowhere?"
"Because she likes you too, isn't it obvious?"
"... The same could be said about you, idiot," Rogue retorted, easily avoiding his question. "She'll be happier with you anyway."
"What are you talking about? She's told me that she--"
"You're blind, you know. You should tell her,"
"Yeah no, it's not like she'll like me back," Sting sighed.
"Ask her to give you a chance. If that's all you called me here for then, I'll get going," the shadow dragon slayer said, heading towards the doors.
"H-Hey!"
"Just talk to her, if you won't then she'll be taken away," Rogue said as a warning before leaving Sting to think about it in his office.
"Eh? Master, is something wrong? I usually just walk in you know," [Name] asked as she walked into Sting's office the next day. She faked a gasp after closing the door and leaning against it. "Did you hit your head? Is that why you've been so weird all morning?"
"No! It's nothing... I just needed to talk to you about something," Sting mumbled at the end, leaning against his desk. "And don't call me that."
"So what is it?" she questioned. "Just to be sure, I'm not in trouble right? I swear that whatever it was, isn't my fault."
"No, you're not. It's just... I like you [Name],"
"I... like you too?" the girl asked, tilting her head in confusion. There was no way this was happening right now.
The white dragon slayer only sighed as he walked towards her. [Name] didn't move, watching him as he came closer and closer. "You're dense at the worst moments," she heard him mutter.
"That's rich coming from you," she rolled her eyes while crossing her arms.
"Yeah?"
"Definitely," she nodded.
He gave her an almost crooked smile as he thought over once again how he was suppose to tell her his feelings. "Look, I know that you like Rogue... but just hear me out alright?"
"Alright?"
"I like you. I like you a lot, I probably even love you. When I'm around you, my hearts always beating wildly and it gets annoying. It annoys me so much that you always talk about Rogue. I promise to be better than him though, so do you think you can just give me this one chance?" he rambled on with eyes averted and cheeked flushed slightly.
[Name]'s gaze never left his expression as the pounding of her own heart echoed in her ears. Guess it really was happening.
"What if I say no?"
"..."
"Just teasing," she smiled slightly, reaching up to ruffle his hair. "Call this payback for messing up my hair yesterday."
"So what's your answer?" he almost looked relieved and [Name] smiled at the cuteness.
"Depends on your answer to my next question,"
"Which is?"
"How many chocolates am I getting for White Day?"
Sting's eyes immediately lit up and in a flash, he was hugging her tightly. She let out a laugh and hugged him back, burrying her face in his chest.
"As many as you want," he grinned.

『 Rogue's Ending 』
"What did you want?" Rogue asked as he closed the door behind him and leaned against it. "And why the secrecy?"
"Well, we've been best buds for years right?"
"What of it?"
"Answer me seriously then, do you like [Name]?"
"And why do you need to know that?" the black haired male's eye's narrowed at the other's question.
"I'm just curious you know. I won't tell her, promise," Sting grinned, determined to get the answer out of him.
"You promised all those other times as well..." Rogue skeptically muttered.
"Well this time then. C'mon, if you can't trust me then who else can you trust?" the boy pried.
After around a minute of silence, Rogue finally gave in and he quietly admitted his affections. In turn, Sting's smile brightened and a rush of words exposed out his mouth.
"I don't understand gibberish," Rogue said with a roll of his eyes.
"I said you should tell her and ask her out!"
His only answer was silence, accompanied by a glare.
"Face it buddy, it's now or never isn't it? If you don't ask her, someone else might take her away from you. Besides, even if she does reject you, [Name]'s nice enough that she'll still be friends with you,"
"... You're right... For once."
"Oi!"
"Where's Frosch? It's rare to see the two of you separated,"
"Frosch wanted to be with Lector for a change," Rogue answered quietly as the two off them walked towards the small cafe. He held the door open for her, causing her to smile at the simple gesture.
They found a small seat by the window and both ordered without sparing so much as a glance at the menu. This was the favourite cafe after all, the amount of times their team came here was phenomenal.
"So... What did you want to talk about that you couldn't do in front of everyone else?" [Name] asked, leaning her cheek on her hand.
Rogue scoffed lightly at her choice of words as he leaned backwards in his seat, going over every possible scenario in his head. He fought the urge to fidget and look nervous as he thought over his next words carefully.
[Name] saw that he was looking outside of the window and glanced in the direction he faced. Was there something outside that was more interesting than her?
She began to search every possible detail of the scenery outside, so invested that she nearly missed Rogue's next words.
"It's just that, I've liked you a lot for a really long time," his words were spoken sincerely and she could feel the intensity of his red orbs on her. "[Name], I'll do my best to keep you happy, will you please be my girlfriend?"
The beating of her heart seem to double as she sat there, not knowing what to do. Blood rushed to her cheeks as she blinked once, twice and thrice to see if this perfect dream would distort into darkness.
But it never did and she realised that she had to answer.
After what seemed to be an eternity, with Rogue not once pressuring her to answer, [Name] composed herself and turned to face him.
"I-If I get my chocolate o-on White Day," she blurted out, but the stuttering made it sound less cool than she had originally planned. How was it that he could be so composed?
Even so, Rogue smiled softly and leaned forward to pat her head. He then gently moved her head closer so that he could plant a kiss on her forehead.
"That's a given," he murmured the promise.
